Personality: Well, actually he is known among the Dukes and Duchesses to be a real lazy ass. He doesn't do his work properly, loves to just ditch it and go somewhere to kiss the sky. Yes, I mean, literary. He loves high places, seeks them like drugs... or even more than drugs. Because although he's in charge of the drug section, provide the rich and the poor their demands for drugs and whatever, he's known to never take anything of it, excluded cigarettes and coffee. That's always a must. Indeed, he had tasted drugs before, but not necessarily regulary which makes him not addicted to them. He only makes profit from the business regardless of whether it is him who does the work or a demon under his command. Not like that makes much difference; he'll get the money either way. Though you can consider Savvy quite indifferent about his money; it's suffice that he has his cigarettes and gets meal three times a day. He never desired anything more than that honestly.
He's indeed sloth, loves to smoke, slack off or sleep. If you're searching for him, just go to some place high and you'll find him there, not doing anything sort of looks like work. Of course, there are some running trying to get him to work, but through that he developed a skill to avoid such tiring and meaningless work as he says: Making excuses. That's probably his most mentionable talent which is talked about. He loves making excuses and gets the other party to divert their attention to other things. It's not mean, just sly. Sly to reach his own satisfactions, well perhaps also amusement. He is known for his play instinct and gambles a lot with various of people, even with Nephilim. When he waits for the 'police' to arrive to get the Nephilim either he or his men catched, he'll pass his time with the prisoner and plays with him. Often it's a gamble game, where occasionally he let them free when they win. Requirements for that though, that he has to like their person which doesn't often happen as they're too scared to run their mouth and eventually lost anyways. However, times where he released Nephilims isn't such a rare occasion and gets him to trouble with the demons of Wrath quite often.
As anything goes, he is considered as a rather easygoing Duke, gives many freedom to his underlings and even treats them like friends. Never he acted like someone superior, despite he is well aware of the fact that the other Demon of Sloth are way inferior in comparison to his ability. He likes other presences and is often sighted playing with the Demons of Sloth to pass his time. Nonchalantly, apparently without worries, Savvy goes his way as lazy bum and seem to enjoy life. About his opinion of Nephilims... actually he couldn't care less about what happens to them. He only cares for whether they're interesting or not. He doesn't dislike them nor particulary sees them as love interest. Also about humans, well, he cares only for their looks. As far as humans concerned, he never met anyone who really piqued his interest. He knows that they're too vulnerable for him to touch; therefore he's quite indifferent towards them and merely regards them as slave or in certain occasion as pretty extra (of course, that's determined by their visual). Even someone like Savvy who appreciates his friends and seem to be pretty indifferent about everything will not hesitate to kill if a Nephilim or a human turns out to be a possible danger against his race.
History: Savvy doesn't have anything particular in his past memories worth mentioning actually. Like any other demon he was born to demon parents. A demon of pride woman and demon of wrath father. Not necessarily the best pair ever. Apparently they were forced to produce a kid -- Savvy -- as they were in love with lower ranked demons and their parents wanted a high ranked demon rather than an unknown one. That's why they did it several nights until Savvy's mother got pregnant. Yeah, pretty dry relationship. Soon after she gave birth to Savvy, they split up and went to continue their real love life. Savvy was given to the mother's side of family as the father's side loose interest after knowing he was a demon of sloth. The mother's side wasn't necessarily pleased either with the result, but couldn't get their children to do it again. Therefore they let Savvy grew up within their four walls, unwillingly showed him the ropes.
Well, at first Savvy showed eagerness and willingness to learn. And he was a fast learner. Surprisingly they were satisfied with his achievement, it even came to a verbal fight between his mother's and father's family for Savvy's custody. Soon enough the fight ceased though, as Savvy showed the first hints of laziness in his teen years. He became lazy to do any work that tire him out and refused to do any fighting. As his family forcefully made him to fight, he just avoided the task skillfully through all the years, which in the process also made him stronger. Like an unintentional training.
Years after he got himself kicked out of the family, he was called to be the Duke because of his strength and ability and claimed the title unwillingly. He couldn't care less about all the fights Satan did, but in the end he became his loyal follower anyways only because earth turned to be a rather interesting planet. He fought at front, slaughtered many humans with his own hands. It wasn't particulary pleasant, but it wasn't unpleasant either. He was just tired of fighting and was grateful that the war ended soon enough so that he could slack off all day. Perhaps tomorrow, he can play a gamble game with another angel descendant who'd chase away his boredom?
