America. For centuries and decades the country has been known for its beauty, lights and of course, legends. People from all over the world have heard stories and myth, both very different from the actual truth. Just like the myths, which are made up stories from many, many years ago, are told for others amusement and to keep the hope alive that maybe there are things out there unseen by the human eyes. But humans are rather a skeptic about such things and think that the stories are made up or hiding their scared nerves from the truth. Want to know the biggest myth that’s out in there in America? Vampires. It has been said that these bloodsuckers have been around for hundreds and even thousands of years now and have come back to reclaim the city that was once theirs and theirs alone. What city is that you might ask? It’s the city known as to most as The Big Easy, which is the nickname for New Orleans, Louisiana. This beautiful city is filled with much history, music, and mystery as now, a new secret coven has decided to chose the city of New Orleans as their choice of residence. For almost a hundred years now, they were the ones that decided to make The Big Easy their homeland. Something they did quite well with as they owned the largest mansions and houses, threw the most extravagant and luxurious parties for the public, which made them blend well in the public’s eye and make them look like a bunch of normal humans.

After some months, the vampires soon discovered that they weren’t the only creatures of the night that dwelled within the confines of The Big Easy. A pack, a group, and even a court were discovered and have decided to make New Orleans their newfound home as well. The town is now filled with vampires, werewolves, witches, faeries, and shapeshifters and none of them vowed to leave the area so instead of fighting against one another, they decided to make a pact with one another. Even if an all-out war broke out between them, they must keep their true identities a secret from anyone that isn’t of their kind. Which was something that they agreed upon as the leaders signed a peace treaty. And for the past century, little to no one has known of their existence but a couple of years ago, a group of humans found out about all of them. No one knows how they truly found out but now, the creatures have painted a target on all of their backs and all the humans are now waiting for them to slip up so they can run and tell the media. But for now? It is nothing more than just a waiting game while they still try to live their unnatural lives with fights, romance, hookups, torn apart friendships and relationships along with some rivalries forming. The friction between these groups of people have seemed to have disappeared and for their own sake, let’s hope that it has done so, for good.

1. Reservations: Please make sure that you reserve in the reservation thread. If you post it anywhere else, I will not accept your reservation and please do not PM me for reservations either because I won't accept them. All you need to reserve is the image size mentioned on the front page, hex color, which group they're apart of and the name of the face claim.

2. Face Claims: Okay, so, I'd really appreciate if there were some diversity in face claims. I've been to New Orleans in real life and not everyone there is Caucasian, I assure you of that. Please give me some diversity here. Do not just reserve females either. If you want to double up, one male and one female is what I'd like. No exceptions!

3. Posting: I do not expect a post every single day but every three days would be fine with me. Please be able to post between 250 to 300 words. If you post more then that's great. If you want to drop or can't post for a long time then please let me know via PM. If you do not post for two weeks without a word, I will remove your character from the roleplay without hesitation. I will PM you after one week though.

4. Activity: Please try your best to be active! This isn't really isn't asking for much. Along with being active, also be communicative to your fellow writers.

5. Inclusiveness: I understand that some characters might not get along but stir something up with them and cause drama within the roleplay.

6. Drama: Speaking of which, keep drama inside of the roleplay and not outside of roleplay. If you and another writer cannot get along, take it the private message system. If I need to get involved then please let me know.

7. Mature Content: If you cannot handle characters swearing, drinking, minor sexual content and violence then this might not be the roleplay for you to join.

8. Read the Rules: Please make sure you fully understand the rules above before making a reservation. I will not accept your reservation without the password either.

9. Have Fun: Lastly, have fun with this! This is all in good and not meant to be taken seriously! Have fun with creating your characters and writing your in character posts, as well.

I saved the password for last to ensure that you have read the rules: The password is fairly simple, just let me know your favorite species mentioned in this roleplay along with your favorite song of 2018. That's it, I promise. Easy, right? Now, go make your reservation!
