Adalyn is quite a friendly, charismatic girl, as you would expect from an angel. She loves to be around people, and always lends a hand when she can. Despite her outgoing personality, she's always guarded towards others, and never shares anything personal. Trust is something that's very hard to earn with her, but if you do, she will treasure you as a friend. When she does get close to someone, she tends to get overly protective of them. Her emotions are something she gates troubling others with, but she will make sure shes there if anyone needs to talk. Fighting is something Adalyn loves. It gives her a sense of security being able to fight. She strives to become better at it. Sometimes, Adalyn can get a little cocky, and that instigates a lot of unneeded fights. She's also very cunning, and if circumstances call for it, sh can be manipulative, though she tries to refrain from it. Also, Adalyn can get a little awkward when it comes to things that are alien to her, like love. Since she is quite tall, she has long arms and legs which make her quite clumsy. She accidentally elbows people, trips, and knocks things over all the time.

Appearance: Adalyn has long, dark waves that cascade down her back, some of which she braids to the side. Her deep, sapphire eyes are framed in thick, dark lashes. Her small lips are always locked in a smile, or a pensive expression. Adalyn has a lean build, and is tall, standing at 5'7. Her height gives her long arms and legs, and it makes her quite clumsy. She has light tan skin that pales as it reaches her face. She has a small scar at the base of her neck. She has wings that she can fold whenever she wants. Her wings are 12 ft in wingspan.

Misaki falls to her knees as she coughs uncontrollably. She did not expect the puppet to explode or cause much damage. It probably could have done a lot more damage if Aventine wasn't there. She hears a thud behind her and quickly turns around and crawls next to the girl who was unconscious on the ground. "No, no, no this is not good."

By what he said, it was almost daring him to kill that guy, but he shook his head. With the help of the angel whom the name wasn’t given, he got back to his senses, but still took the man in hostage. “I don’t think that they are dumb enough to kill themselves..." He smirked with confidence, glaring at him with his soul-peering eyes, giving in a small grin. He beat himself in the head to almost have failed the mission, and just looked at the angel with no name, smiling softly, but he didn’t let his guard let down. He wondered, though, how they are going to transport him back to the academy, but his thought soon changed as he heard an explosion.

He saw Adalyn getting out of the smoke from an explosion, surely caused by one of the puppets. He gasped softly, wondering if see was okay, but it seems that she is alright as he stood on her own. She sighed in relief, still having the enemy in his mind as he looked at his team, now wondering whether they will be able to defend themselves or not. He knew how to fly, and how to use his dagger. Beyond that, he doesn’t know what is the extend of his powers. He had to be honest with him; he doesn’t know if he had any powers at all. Although his thoughts were soon shaken off as more explosions happened. He gasped more as it seems that more members of his team was damaged by the puppets.

Now, he didn’t know what is happening to him. There was an emotion, yes, but which one. It wasn’t happiness… not eagerness… not calmness… it was something that was so foreign to him. The problem is, even his body it was foreign, and so it was fought like a disease. Although, he hoped that his team will be okay without him. Besides, he felt that he is the best position right now; holding off the enemy to do anything more. He just wished that no puppets would come near him, and hope that the others were alright. Soon, his bracelets was half marked, like if it was the crack that were usually found when attaching one of those, especially when they fit snuggly to the skin. It always happened when Kaze felt panicked, but in the way that he wasn’t sure what to do. He never knew why it did that.

The scene was chaos, there was no other word to describe it. She saw as another angel was engulfed in flames, and when the demon girl saved her from most of the fire, she passed out. She knew she should stay with the demon boy and the target to make sure he doesn't escape, but she needed to help her. Quickly running over to her unconscious body, she lightly touched her forehead with two fingers. Her eyes glowed a light blue for a moment as she used her 'Angel's Touch'. She looked at the angel next to her. "I'm sorry, that's all I can do," she said softly. She ran back to her former position near the target and the demon boy.

While he watched the hostage, she stood making sure no puppets came near them. Out of the corner of her eye, she noticed a small cluster of puppets nearing them. Lanyee was busy attacking the other puppets from the air. Taking a few steps, she sent a barrage of air slices at them. Then, as fast as she could, she pushed the demon boy to the ground and crouched over him, surrounding the both of them with her wings to protect them from the simultaneous explosions. After she felt the heat decrease, she lifted herself up and looked apologetically at the demon boy. "Sorry, they were getting too close," she explained. She paused for a moment to ruffle her wings to cool them down. She looked back at the young demon with a puzzled expression. "I just realized I never introduced myself. I'm Adalyn, what's your name?"

Sustained damage from incumbent explosions and attacks.

Left Arm incapacitated.

Lanyee noticed all the explosions and attacks, she was tired and in a ton of pain. And to top it off, she couldn't use any of her abilities other than flight from an explosion that was too close for her to evade. Her left arm was nearly destroyed, Muscles, tendons, and ligaments were torn. And she was bleeding horribly. She though, is slowly regenerating the arm's features, yet she was not fully able to fight. She hated these dolls and really just wanted to pull out from the fray that she threw herself in, and soon jumped up to start flying and after beating a few puppets off had landed with the others, now seeing the other angels, "Oh good. You guys aren't dead..." she said in a nice manner as she held her scythe up not caring about her bloody, and dangling left arm, "[color=pink]You guys handle the puppets, since I can't fight...[color]" she said feeling the pain again and almost yelling from it as she stiffened up and began showing symptoms of adrenaline being pumped into her body as she looked at the others.

Kaze hoped that everyone was alrgiht; he wasn’t much sure what was going on. While he is completely fine, he felt some kind of hurting inside of his heart. It felt like if someone knocked on it really hardly, but he didn’t lose the grip of n the hostage. He smiled softly as the angel came back to him to make sure that everything is alright. He was, out of the blue, tackled to the side, as he felt the explosion. Fortunately, it was just a push to cover, and she gave her body to protect them. He looked up at her, seeming to be a bit sad that he couldn’t do much about it, but his body still applied pressure on the unknown man’s body, trying to keep him down on the ground. “It is okay,” he said to the angel, “I’m sorry to cause much problems…” he apologised afterward. “I wish that we could teleport out of this place…” he sighed softly, closing his eyes, reopening them as he saw the angel saying something.

He smiled softly, finally being able to learn someone else names; it felt a bit clustered in his mind to have all those people with no name. So far, he knew Alyssa’s name, and now she knew Adalyn’s name. He smiled more happily, his wings twitched a bit, but his bracelets remained half opened. “My name is Kaze. It is nice to meet you.”

"Oh my god, oh my god, oh my god!" Sakamoto was just freaking out too much to be of any help, so he decided to fall back a whole bunch. This seemed to be the smart thing, as puppets that explode started crawling out of the wood work. He looked at everyone. They were all scared, but mostly determined. "You guys handle the puppets, since I can't fight..." He barely heard the angel due to the distance, but he could still feel her determination, and decided to use it. He took a deep breath, opened his eyes, and ran as fast as he could towards her, trying his best to avoid the puppets. When he approached, he immediately put his head close to hers and focused, draining the determination from her mind. He didn't fight it, as he usually did. Instead, he allowed it to replace his fear. He felt much stronger, and stood straight. He looked at the now confused angel. "Sorry, I'll explain later." He then turned to the person they were trying to capture. "Alrighty then..." He took a running start towards him and jumped, going the full distance, landing right in front of him and decking him as hard as he could, plus the momentum from the jump, in the face (20 AP). The force of the blow sent him in the building he was just standing on, crashing through the wall. "Gotta hurry..." He muttered to himself, feeling his stolen determination start to drain. He jumped in and stopped, waiting for his eyes to adjust.

Adalyn smiled at Kaze and nodded. "Nice to meet you too Kaze. Don't apologize for anything, you were the one who captured the target in the first place." She kept her eye out for any more puppets. She grimaced as she looked over and saw Lanyee's tattered state. They had one down for the moment, which wasn't good. Adalyn grabbed her locket as it transformed into a large, glimmering silver sword. "Better save my magic for later," she thought. Her body teetered a little trying to regain her balance as the dragon boy decided to land, crushing the street and sending a shockwave.

Out of the corner of her eye, she saw two people materialize out of nowhere, and was ready to attack them. They could have been new weapons of their enemy. She stopped when the young man started shooting the puppets, and realized they were just latecomers. "Hm, a tad late to the party huh?" she said.

The words of their target caught her attention as she stood vigilant. "Did he just say this was... fun?" She glared down at him, before responding. "We won't give you that chance, you're coming with us, and there's nothing you can do about it." Though she didn't show it, his words had rattled her. What if the puppets were just the beginning, and he had something else up his sleeve? For now, the puppets would have to get their attention. She attacked a couple more puppets, before she paused to take a breath.

Goodness, what a strange change of environment. From a once pleasant school yard, to a dark run-down city that looked like her old home. Shade look so misplaced, standing quietly in the heat of battle. Her golden eyes continued to simply stare ahead in disbelief now, the explosions sending crashing waves of wind to flutter her uniform and hair. With a turn, she noticed the boy she had shown up with jump into battle. How did he know enemy from friend? What exactly was going on and why was she sent here? The Succubus in human disguise took a step back, tucking her golden hair behind her ear and forcing her skirt back down with aggravation. She came to school to learn, not show the world how much of a monster she really was. For now, the stunning woman simply put herself off to the side, watching others brawl it out with a sadistic grin.
"My my..." She cooed to herself, "Angels...."
Her eyes locked upon the brunettes that looked her way, giving Shade cold chills that ran down her spin. Slowly, she licked her ruby lips in anticipation, it would be an interesting interaction between the two later. For now, Shade simply let the chaos explode in front of her, watching eagerly, like it was somewhat arousing to the young Demoness.

Kaze smiled softly, nodding. “I see,” He said, thinking of what she just said. He had to find his vocation for now, but he already knew what he needed to do. He needed to make sure the target they need to capture is safe. Of course, the way he said his sentence was very convincing to kill him, bit he had to remember that he was on a mission, not on a killing spree. He watched the others destroying those puppets, grinning. They might not work as a group, since everyone seems to go on what they think is good, but they work as a whole, which is the most important thing to know. He was a bit thrown off by the earthquake caused by the dragon, but Kaze used his wings to stabilize himself.

He found it funny that there were latecomers, even though that it always good to have more people. For now, he focused on the captive, and made sure that there wasn’t puppets near them. He listened to Adalyn closely, and nodded to her words. He smirked towards the captive. “It will be not possible to give that option, and we might not work together, but our efforts is as a whole.” He chuckled softly. He knew that the guy might be insane, but between the two of them, who was the most insane? He didn’t know. Kaze remember how he wanted to kill that person, even though he doesn’t know who he is and what he had done, other than he might be involved in something he doesn’t know about.

At the end, he was pretty determined that they’ll get through the mission. He wasn’t scared for himself; he felt pretty determined on himself, but he was a bit worried for those who took damage because of the puppets. He just hope that everything will be alright for them, and that the academy will let them a bit of rest afterward. The feelings were faint, but he felt good that he had some. Demons a usually reputed to feel no emotion. While they can simulate them, there is nothing much true in them, just a void. The crack in his bracelet soon disappeared, noting that Kaze was calmer.

However, a stranger – one of the students – came out of nowhere, and decked on the enemy. Being in his general direction, he couldn’t help but being taken by the hit as well, and was send into the wall as well. The dusk came up into the air, and soon, it dispersed in the air as Kaze came out of the crumbled wall; his bracelets were there. He flew into the air, looking down at the direction of the ground. Not only Kaze’s aura was visible, but it seemed out of control. He took his hands into the air, grinning as he send a fireball at Sakamoto of a radius of 2 meters (30 AP for direct hit, and had a small blast that adds 1 meter of radius, burning everything within it. (2 AP for burning effect, though, can be variable depending on the character and time.)

Fighting off the dolls was easy for Sean, since he had some long-ranged weaponry, while the others, not so much. One bullet to anywhere, and the dolls would explode into tiny pieces. Collateral damage was something he had to keep in mind, and unfortunately, there were not a lot of dolls that could take a hit from his gun without causing some damage to his teammates. The last thing he wants is a person to wind up dead just because his bullet hit an exploding doll near him.

Speaking of exploding dolls, Sean wondered why there wasn't a chain reaction of dolls exploding all over the place. Wouldn't a single doll exploding cause other dolls in its vicinity to explode, and so on? It was certainly an odd revelation, but it was one he would not like to see implemented should they fight him again. Or maybe it was, since everyone could run a safe distance away from the dolls, and someone could finish them off just by hitting one of the dolls in the horde, which would save them a lot of time fighting them. He decided to leave that for later.

The horde was starting to get thinner, he noticed, and he took that as a good sign. On the other hand, no one knew what his target had in store for all of them. There could be another horde of dolls (which they would mow through, although with more severed limbs) for all he knew, or he would have some kind of trap on the floors of the dark-looking city, or...."You're thinking too much, Sean," he thought. "Focus on the battle on hand. We'll deal with it when it comes." With that, he put another round into another doll (which thankfully didn't have any of his teammates nearby), and it blew up into a spectacular mix of smoke and the remains of the doll, which had become a rain of tattered rags from the "kaboom" itself.

Left arm heavily injured. Tissue healed and it can move again

Lanyee noticed the more people arriving, "Oh good reinforcements!" she said smiling before taking out the last puppet that was a few feet from her. She soon charged up to the mystery man as she slowly lost her humanity to keep him alive, "Name three reasons why I should kill you. We're here to capture you and if you don't comply I will take you by force" she said in an extremely aggravated tone for how nice she was. She looked at the others and thought, "Damn... They didn't take a beating like I did..." she thought as she moved her left arm, yet it was hard to move it and painful, "Well. At least my left arm is fine..." she thought again as she then turned her full attention and deathly gaze to the man she was to capture.

Adalyn spotted the new guy doing well with the puppets, taking a lot out with his shooting. The other new comer just stood there, making herself scarce. She didn't say anything, maybe that person was working an angle. She watched Lanyee approach, walking past her and looking down at the captive that Kaze had secured. "Well, looks like I'm covering two people," she thought. She manipulated air to attack two puppets before they could get near Lanyee. They exploded in a ball of orange and yellow flame. She dashed around to attack another one with her sword.

She paused for a moment, running a hand through her long, dark hair. Her expression turned to one of confusion as her fingers came upon something. She picked out a small piece of a puppet, and dropped it to the ground shaking her head. Then she went back to attacking more puppets. They were getting more sparse now. Suddenly, she saw Kaze collide into a wall, and then come out. He seemed different, like he change instantaneously. He sent a ball of flame at Sakamoto, the attack sending a shock wave of heat, which she was caught in. She put up air around her to protect her from the heat, but she was still send to the ground. Slowly getting up, she looked at Kaze with concern. Something was wrong. She walked closer to him.

"What?" Was all he could say as he saw fire suddenly spring up, and his 'ally' threw a fireball at him, sending him flying and into a wall of another building. He was shocked. He didn't even know where he came from, much less, why he would attack an ally. He looked up to see a puppet suddenly jump up from next to him, with two others behind it. "No!" He cried, lunging away as fast as he could. He was too slow, and the explosion rocketed him across the street, where he landed on a car. "Ugghh..." He said, putting his hands on his head. That was a lot of hits from everywhere at once...
Sakamoto looked at the boy-demon that initially attacked him, seeing the strange and abstract color of insanity. "Oh god, he's insane!!" He shouted to the girl who was approaching him.

He chuckled softly to himself as he saw that the fireball that he threw to Sakamoto did more than he expected. He first watched the being thrown against a wall, seeming to have absorbed the impact by himself, and then the explosion of the dolls near him. It seems to have made a considerable damage to the poor guy, but isn’t it the way to kill someone? He ignored completely the answer and just offered a big smirk as he flew down to the ground, shuffling his hand on his satchel. He could literally feel the corruption that he was emitting in the air, and unnaturally; his shadow was gone, vanish. He let out a small sigh, stretching a bit like if he had woken up from a long night. By the corner of his eyes, he could see the angel approaching him.

“I think I should thank you to not have taken too much damage, and haven’t learned the way to use his powers yet,” He said out loud, but it was more for the one who learned to have empathy, and he felt the bracelets. “but, tell me…” he now told towards Adalyn, pulling out his dagger as he rose it towards her throat, “Are you the one ready to die today? Or…” he then rose his other arm towards Sakamoto, “Is this being is ready to die?” He was concentrating another fireball into his palm. He could have fired it already, but he felt that it would be better to wait the answer of the girl, to give in even more suspense. He made sure to look back and forth in between those two, covering most of the sight in front of him. Even though his body took some dust on it, the most striking difference from back then is that his eyes took a mysterious purple color instead of a bloody crimson one. The dark aura around him danced like a bonfire, not to the size of one, but the lines of it was still clear to the naked eyes, and even more defined to those who could read his aura.

Since there was a minimal amount of dolls, Pearce's attention was on the mastermind, the big guy, their target.He seemed to be pinned down, alright, but there was something odd about the person who pinned him down, namely he seemed to be in pain (from the hunchback-slight, but still), grinning, and loosening his grip on his captive, while his captive looked somewhat smug, instead of fearsome, but judging from his previous demanour, he was insane, alright, and Sean guessed he wouldn't be too frightened over an evil person.
Sean was about to continue focusing on the target, but he stopped, and thought over his words. "Evil?" he thought. The demon boy looked evil, alright, but when he last saw him he obviously did not seem to antagonize anyone bar the explosive dolls and the insane man. Obviously, it was a bad sign, which was supported by a scream from one of his teammates identifying the demon boy as insane. Pearce immediately changed into his female self, since a revolver and SMG would deal minimal amounts of damage over long ranges. Fireballs and a pistol, however....
As Pearce emerged from the smoke she conjured up with to hide the process, she held two things in her hand-one, a pistol, and two, a big fireball. The fireball would help with the insane demon boy, while a few bullets to the man's limbs would ideally incapacitate him. Then, all she had to do was get both of her teammates out of the jam they were in. Coming back to the real world, Pearce's fireball and pistol were aimed toward their targets, on standby. Any movement from either of them and she would fire both weapons at once.
