In year 2000, the world as we know it has changed. In an unknown location in Europe, Science and technology has become far more advanced in the way of "creation". Or perhaps, now it's at a stand still. Years ago, a women named Angelika Einstürzen had the desire to create genetic mutations. Beings that were used for manual labor, fetish work, etc. None of the poor creatures were treated like humans until a revolution came to light. A revolution that was led by the "Mutant Activists" as well as the mutants alike. This lead to Angelika and her fellow scientists to step up the ante, the experimentations becoming far more and more vulgarly disturbed, each one taking something away from the kidnapped children in order to prevent them from stepping above their "Creators". Eventually, years passed and the revolution hit it's peak.... the activists won.

The Saviors
They work in order to save the poorly treated fetish mutants that roam the streets, or at least, they did before the Leader of Project X (a former member of the Saviors) left to form Project X. They have technically eight members, one being a captive by Project X, taken last month, and another that's been on the inside since the start of Project X. Each member seems to suffer some sort of tragic incident that lead them to decide to save the mutants, but none of that is seems to matter now.

Project X
Project X was formed to actually destroy all mutations of any kind. The Leader used to be good friends until a horrible... accident occurred. Now with hate filled in every thought, The Leader gathered the best of the best to aid him in eventually killing the mutations, or making them into mindless slaves. Unknown to them, the source of all these problems, rather, the offspring of the source, has joined them in hopes to capture her beloved "DOGS". No one besides the fifth member and the Second in Command seem to like mutants, but those facts remain a hidden secret.

Mutants

Mutations
-Created by group of scientists illegally and secretly, away from society
-Genetically mutated humans
-Labs and research takes place "underground" underground, somewhere nearly impossible to be found

[Fetish Mutations]

-Some are part of something else (Ex. Angel, donkey, mouse)
~Those have something taken away from them to stop them from committing suicide (Ex. Voice, sight, sense of hearing)

["DOGS"]

-The reason behind this is "to synthesize a genuine and perfect and powerful lifeforms" and to "create the ultimate human weapon."
-The "Spine" was a result of their experimenting
-Spine is what gives and allows healing powers, and abnormal, incredible strength
-There are various types of "Cereberus" for each Spine
-"Cereberus" are made from the scientists' genes, the ones who conduct the experiments and research on mutations.
-Some "Cereberus" are not compatible with some people. If they aren't, the host most likely dies.
-However, if compatible, the host goes through an 'interview' with the 'Dog' (?) inside of them. If the 'Dog' approves of the host, then they proceed to gain extreme and abnormal abilities.
-In some cases though, the 'Dog' may take over the host and cause them to go into a state where they do not feel any pain or feel fear, or feel anything, for that matter, and cause them to go into a mindless killing spree. In this fraction of time, the host has no control over their body and are unable to rebel.
-Hundreds of "models" are made, but the newer "models" always replace the older ones.
New "models" are usually genetically mutated humans that are stronger and more powerful than the other ones
When "models" are being replaced, the newer ones are put into a sort of arena and are told to kill off the older ones, in which the case is that the older ones are always killed with a few exceptions
-Or, they put older "models" only in that 'arena' and tell them to kill each other off. The winner is always told that if they are the last one standing, they will be 'given love.'
-Its not uncommon to see mutations go insane and feel the need to kill others, or kill themselves
-Mutations are not allowed to leave and never get a chance to leave, seeing how they are hidden so deeply underground and in secret. However, if they do get out, even the most powerful ones should be killed upon being found, although capture is always best, because they are dangerous if given a mind and free will of their own.
-Any mutations left that have escaped are shunned from just about everywhere and are horribly mistreated

Saviors

Determined to gain back his only sibling, he is willing to throw away the past he has with his very enemy and identity as a 'Mutant' in order to save his brother.....with no limitations.
