It was stormy that night. The sound of pouring rain against the roof of the guild dominated the ominous silence that swept through the many halls as weary champions rested in anticipation of battles. Lightning flashed, lighting up the dark halls for a split instant before creating loud, echoing booms of thunder that shook the very walls of the Guild of the League.

In the empty cafeteria, 7 champions were talking in hushed tones, plotting their secret escape from the Guild. The cover of night would be their aid, and they were after a common enemy. Indeed, faction aside, be it Noxus, Demacia, Ionia or otherwise, there was a greater evil threatening the realm of Runeterra that these choice seven heroes were determined to brave. United, their plan was to take down the evil usurper.

Here's how it works:

-You may pick any champion from League of Legends to roleplay.
-The original passive ability and four active abilities will be the basis of your character. However, free character development is encouraged, and developing your powers beyond these basic 5 attributes is a key part of the roleplay.
-Use your knowledge of your champion as well as inspiration and common sense when developing your character. What I mean by this is, don't give your champion powers that are irrelevant to him/her. Nasus clearly has Egyptian magic themed around life-stealing. Don't give him the power to control time or something.
-Personality reveal/development is very highly encouraged.

The roleplay is going to begin with the 7 heroes meeting in the middle of the night in the Guild's cafeteria. They will then make their departure from the guild and from there the adventure can begin. For now, the identity of the villain is not to be revealed (mostly because it hasn't been created yet). This is intended to be a multi-volume roleplay and this installment is focused on bringing into development the champions' backgrounds, personalities, and powers. There will be plot development, don't get me wrong. But you might have to wait until later for some of the juicier stuff. ;) (therefor I encourage people to come back for the later installments!!)
