The main staying place of most of the Veilstone Citizens, this commune is actually a relatively pleasant place to be... if you're an insider. Outsiders may feel a bit unwelcome, seeing as the general expectation of Veilstone's occupants is that visitors will either join or leave. The current occupants enjoy a great deal of free space and security in knowing most of the people around them. This makes it so that outsiders are not only immediately recognized by most, but earn themselves wary stares when they approach.

Not a place you want to be without purpose, as the citizens may become hostile if they sense you are loitering without speaking to anyone. The elevator probably isn't entirely safe, but it is occasionally operated by electric-type pokespirit wielders to aid those who have a hard time with the stairs. The outcasts of society have created a home and a family out of this place, taking each other in as brothers-in-arms and sisters-in-arms.

The building itself is also impressively clean, rivaling the Children's City Juice Hall in terms of how tidy it is kept.
