"Hello! Welcome to Radiant Gardens Restaurant. My name is Skye and I'll be your server for this afternoon."

The voice of the short-haired woman echoed in the emptier room. She was short handed since their recent opening and she needed some workers. Well, to be more accurate, she needed everything. Chef, waitstaff, Hosts, a Bartender, cleaning service... busboy. She basically had to manage the best she could and sometimes that wasn't good enough. Business was slow but she was breaking even in profits. So she couldn't complain. What's the point of having a lot of business if you couldn't even manage it? However, that wasn't good enough. She wanted to do better. She could remember as a kid that her grandpa had this as a happening place, but that was before the apocalypse.

The man that sat at the bar was an older gentleman. He was hear every morning asking for the same breakfast. "Bacon, eggs sunny-side up, and flapjacks." The man spoke up with a gruff to his voice before he sipped on his cup of decaf coffee. He was a usual, but that was wonderful nontheless.

"Fantastic! Alright, I'll have someone cook it up right away for ya." With a smile she walked on the oak-planked floors passed the bar stools and in the kitchen door to her one lonely cook. "The usual!" Knowing exactly what meal she was talking about, the cook started to make the breakfast as Skye walked right out the door and towards the Host Podium, hoping for another customer.

Joe burst into the Inn panting and saw Skye. "Hello ma'am I have to go be back in a sec." Joe turned back to the door and drew both his pistols he pushed the doors open. "No damn heartless allowed inside not even fat ones!" Joe started shooting his dual magnums as fast as possible. "Just die already in the name of all that is dark BEGONE!" The Large body charged as Joe's music player changed tracks with a audible whirring of gears. Joe didn't have time to shoot any more so he threw up his guns and put his hands out towards the large body. "Reflect!" The spell went up just in time causing the large body to fly back. Joe jumped back and caught his guns he then jumped onto the heartless as the doors shut. He shot it repeatedly until it died then walked back inside putting his guns away he sat down at the bar. "Hey beautiful sorry about that can you grab me a beer?" Joe said pulling out the munny he gave a large tip. Joe took out and shut off his music player then looked at Skye. "So how's business going so far any good lookin guys come in besides him." Joe said pointing at the older man in the bar who laughed happily while Joe was still panting.

"Uh..." Was all that Skye could mutter as she saw Joe quickly run into the Inn. He looked exhausted and in a hurry, the feeling of darkness was definitely nearby. "....Right." She said with her voice drifting off as she watched him push the doors back open. Heartless were still a problem, even with the Restoration Committee's defense system that Cid built in.

The redhead quickly jogged over to the window and peaked out, watching her friend try to take down the large-body heartless attacking him. As she watched the brawl, her usual customer paid no mine as the chef came out with his breakfast. He was used to the fighting and it did not interest him like it did Skye. His dull eyes peered over at his meal instead and he started to take a bit of his pancakes after he cut into them. Right as he took a bite the heartless flew across each side of the window like a cow jumping over the moon in a nursery rhyme. Meanwhile his music was easily heard in the building.

Joe immediately headed into the bar soon after and he started to order a beer before turning over to the owner. "No one who made an epic entrance like you did." She chuckled as she walked over to the bar and sat at the stool. "You seem like you deserve a beer... what happened? Was that heartless there when you got here or did it appear by you?" She asked inquisitively while she crossed her arms. She knew fully well that Joe could handle himself, however it didn't mean that he still didn't worry her. They have known each other for some time now and she felt responsible for him.

Kenneth sat at an end table polishing her throwing dagger and at the same time hoping that no one had noticed her slip in. Watching the typical bar scene playing out in front of her golden eyes was amusing at first but quickily became boring when the outside brawl ended up being much shorter than she would've anticipated, standing up from her table and padding across the resturant floor until she reached the bar, where she took a seat, pulling whatever cash she had left out of her jacket pocket as she waited patiently for someone to talk to at least. Any assassins she came across would hopefully want to fight, this life of laying low was...not exactly her thing. Someone fight, shoot each other, do something! No matter how hard Kenneth tried she couldn't find a single interesting person. There was that guy...but she had pretty much enough of guys. They were all the same.

Joe drank silently and looked at everyone in the room then his target's photo. "I know your gonna be here soon." He looked up and saw Kenneth as he finished his drink and his eyes brightened. "Hey you there at the bar can we talk outside." He got up and walked outside he used to be a assassin but was now a peackeeper he gathered intel on people deemed dangerous by his allies on other worlds. "You have a tendency to freeze things that don't belong to you that's a threat to others and I can't allow that to hurt anyone." Joe walked outside holding the card with his target's info on it he had read Skye's info card and realized she was a good person but he hadn't done much but skim this target's name and recent history. Joe took a look at the card and realized the person had only damaged property on accident these cards were called moral tests since if you killed the a person on one you would become everyone's target. "Well then I guess this will be a sparring match." Joe created a door to darkness above him and a hundred swords fell out stabbing into the ground followed by a few shadows which the defense system crushed easily. Joe grabbed one and put it into his mouth then grabbed two more. Joe took a defensive looking stance that was actually made to throw power back at the opponent.

"Sparring match? More like practice," Kenneth smirked, grinning almost like the Cheshire Cat. "Well," she said mockingly in a sort of British/Italian mixed accent, "You seem to know what my abilities are, sir, so this shouldn't be too hard for you, no?" Before her opponent could make the first move she vanished, reappearing behind him, blade unsheathed. "Let's have at it then; I was getting quite bored with the Others after me so...often." Her smile faded. "I think I know you from somewhere...but- that doesn't matter!" The blade skimmed against his skin only mean as a taunting gesture. Just a second before this she pulled a black band that was around her neck down and out of sight. Out of sight...out of mind.

Joe felt the blade skim him and gave a small laugh. "I've learned to overestimate everyone a lesson you may get yourself." Joe jumped spinning he threw two of his swords down at the girl to pin her down the blades aimed at her shoes. The blades would just stab into the rubber filled tips and not even get close to her toes. Joe then landed and grabbed two more opening another hole but in the air he jumped into it and came out behind the girl his swords facing blade away from her he swung at her waist.


If the swing hits: Joe leaves the sword in her side and grabs another and swings repeating the process until he has no swords left and they are all stuck to the girl he then draws and fires at the hilt of one of the swords causing a chain reaction that makes all of the swords hit her at once. "200 blows and not a lethal one out of them I feel satisfied." Joe catches a sword that is tumbling away from the girl. "Well that was quick." He turns around.

If the swing misses: Joe jumpes back with a grin "Ok so your fast but are to smart too?" Joe disappears into a gate and appears in the sky above the girl.

Kenneth smirked. "You should work on your swing," she says tauntingly, vanishing again. Grabbing one of the blades she froze the tip, sending it flying back at her opponent. "Put up better of a fight! This is getting old fast." A sudden thought hit her - she hadn't learned yet to control her abilities, what if she ended up hurting him? "Come at me!" She yelled. Abilities or not, this was getting boring.

A young man, dressed in a hooded, armored vest, fingerless gauntlets, 3/4 shorts, and armored boots walked in. The handle of a jet black ninjato appeared over his shoulder. His hood up, hiding his face,Toji examined the scene, seeing two people spar."....Huh..."He slowly walked through, avoiding the battle.Walking up to Skye, he bows."Hello,ma'am. Are you in the need for a entertainer, bodyguard, or security. Toji Okami, at your service!"

Joe gave a grin then looked down his face became a stone glare. "If you keep holding back you might not walk away laughing." Joe blocked the blade then dropped the sword in his hand. It stabbed the floor and he opened a door pulling a large scythe out of the void it hit the floor with a thud and sent the swords into the air by a few feet. Joe swung the scythe and sent a few of the swords flying at the girl in front of him he stepped into a dark door and appeared in front of the girl just long enough to whisper. "You can't win without trying to kill me but I guess a pretty little thing like you can't do that can you?" Joe vanished and appeared in the air before the swords could get him he came down at the girl blade first.
