He's been talking to me a lot, you know... Telling me I should do it. Telling me that I should run away. There's a train that's leaving tonight, and I... I think I'm going to take it. Wherever I land, I don't care - I need to get out of here. Mum always tells me that I'm just chasing rainbows, but that's not true. Whatever road this is, it won't take me anywhere, and there is no escape.

He's right. I'll leave them a note, and then I'll be gone. Damned if I don't make that train tonight.

I'll be damned if I live to take the next one.

For centuries, there has been a network of trains that run across the globe, offering a last-chance get-away for those who cannot stand to live where they are. Runaways, they are known as; almost all of them leave a message to those who might go looking for them, and as soon as the message is found, they are considered lost and dead.

Because nobody knows where the train truly takes them; a lot who go take a train back, someday, and tell those who care to listen of their tales. One thing they always share is that the train has two destinations - what has become known as ''heaven'' and ''hell.'' One will share with you anything you wish for, becoming a paradise that you never want to leave; the other, few leave alive.

Trains are always passing through, to help those who want to leave back to wherever they came from. The same trains that are run by death itself are not always to be relied upon, for those who find themselves in hell may never find their way back.

When a small group of friends and strangers take the train on the second of June, 2014, they know one thing - the destination is never to be known until they have arrived. When they do find out where they have gone, it looks nothing like paradise; and the next train back is two weeks away. Straight into the unknown... Days gone by, will they find their way back?
