Unlike it's big sister, Kanto, Kansai is full of street rats both literally and figuratively. Be careful when you venture into an alley-way, looking for info on your soon-to-be swords. Even if you're the best of the best, a knife in the back is still a knife and you bleed the same as everyone else.

A very historical region and 2nd most populated. Unlike the Kanto region, Kansai is full of slums and pretty dangerous.
