Introduction
During this time of peace, the jedi order has more time and resources to focus on the raising of the younglings, and more and more knights are taking on their own padawan learners.
Often enough, missions of little difficulty are assigned to jedi and their padawans as a means of giving them practical experience. These missions typically range between the settling of minor feuds, to ridding a settlement of an infestation of variable sorts.
For this particular mission, a small group of jedi and their padawans have been sent to the planet of Radnor, a sea-covered world with one, small central landmass. Upon this landmass lie two great cities, divided by many miles of land and a series of canyons , named Tacto and Aubendo. The jedi were contacted by the prime minister of Tacto, the wealthier of the two cities, to investigate the happenings in Aubendo. It would seem that communications with Aubendo have gone completely silent, and those of their sister city have become concerned.
Unknown to everyone, the cease in communication was caused by an agent of the dark side seeking a testing ground for a weapon he plans to use to bring the Republic to its knees. He employed a biological weapon, a specialized virus, that embeds itself in the brain matter of its host. There it destroys the minds of its hosts and turns them into nothing more than a savage beast with no sense of pain and a singular desire to spread the virus to other hosts. Those affected become part of the great hive-mind controlled almost directly by its creator, and rely upon him for any thought above that of feeding and transferring the disease.
Can the jedi stop him? Will they even survive?

The Story So Far... Write a Post » as written by 6 authors
The thralls that were not already engaged with the others went after the apparently unarmed Jedi. Arcturas closed his eyes, regulating his breathing and completely opening himself to the force, and as a Thrall was just about to grab him, he opened his eyes, walking stick raised and then slammed down with a clear, crack sounding noise. With the impact, a Force Repulse, very localized to not hit the other Jedi, Empathy safe being inside the eye of the storm, so to speak, rocketed the thralls up and away. The few remaining thralls could be easily dispatched by the remaining comrades, and he exhaled, letting the force leave and he sighed, centering himself while waiting for the others to be ready to do whatever they wished to do, finally opening his eyes and offering an easy smile to the others before kneeling to tend to Empathy, while also offering coaching on her force usage, being honest with what was said. "If you need it, I can tend to any injuries you may have suffered. Otherwise, I think I know future training that we will be going through. Don't let pain and panic control your force usage. It was not a bad use of the force, but control will need work."
