Appearance: Louis has short hair… He usually takes water and turns it up. His ears are cute, as they tend to stick out… His lips are thin and a light shade of red. His eyes are green and mysterious… His eyebrows are thick but defined. He is tall, standing at 6’1”. He also weighs 162 pounds. He also has fairly tanned skin from working by the beach. He also looks pretty young for his age, with no visible pimples on his face... He also has various birthmarks on his body. "Yep thats uh what I look like."
Personality: Louis is pretty laid back... He's quiet though and doesn't like big crowds... He's protective and loyal to his friends, though he doesn't have many... He's quiet but there is also another side of him... His survival side. That side is cold, manipulative, cunning and... Evil... But that side only comes out when he is in trouble or mad or ticked off. Often he is friendly and patient.. He likes to help people and he is a good listener... He is stubborn and cute in the awkward quirky kind of way.
Louis prefers to be alone... You can often find him alone reading or down by the way, fishing or helping with his family's Tackle shop. He is helpful and makes use of his time. He is humble with what he gets and he doesn't like to waste. Louis doesn't really have a bad temper and doesn't really enjoy keeping grudges... He likes to forgive and forget... But he has no problem doing whatever it takes to get his way, even if it takes lying, tricking or harming others. Louis is pretty crafty too, making objects out of next to nothing.. He is creative and imaginative.. He is also stealthy and can get around pretty quietly. "I only open up to those I trust and care about."
History:
Louis was born to Martha and Leonard Caruso... He was born on April 9th, a healthy boy. Growing up, he often fished in the bay or helped his parents at the shop. If he wasn't doing that, he was with his grandparents or at school... Louis was a sneaky child, often sneaking past his family... Or maybe they were just not paying attention.. Nonetheless Louis got away with many things. Louis also was taught how to swim by his mother at a very early age and his father taught him how to fish and make snares.
Growing up Louis had average grades... He had a handful of friends and was the average boy playing in the dirt and eating bugs... Just kidding about the bugs part... But Louis loved to always go to the bay every weekend in the summer... They'd fish for dinner and go swimming and those were the high parts of his childhood... Those were his favorite memories. Louis had 2 siblings.... He had an older sister and a younger sister... His older sister was 6 years older... So when louis was 6, his sister was 12... Her name was violet and she was drawn in the hunger games her first year. Louis's younger sister wasn't alive at the time... Louis and his family were forced to watch his sister get murdered by a District 1 tribute.. And he's hated that District ever since even though it was the Capitol's fault. When Louis's younger sister, Margaret, was born 5 years later, he vowed that he would never let anybody hurt her.... Not even the capitol.. He was pretty protective and made sure nobody laid a finger on her... When he was reaped at the reaping, he was more upset and worried if his sister would be okay then of his own life... He values his family, especially margaret, above everything else. "I'd rather not talk about it."
