sorry short very extremly busy
Finally waking up with a much needed stretch robert lifted from his customized bed and showered she sighed something softly and put on a suit and did his hair, looking at himself in the mirror he smiled. "Sexy" he said with a laugh and came out of his room and began walking into the common room.
He also noticed that there were people with guns and other men in suits.
"uhh.." the head man who wore leather gloves simply put up his hand. "we are going to wait for the others and after will go." he said nothing more so robert sat at one of the couches nervously awaiting the others while he did so he looked at the guards with guns who didnt seem to want to look him in the eye robert scratched his head confused.

The sheet said the character could create flames, and ice immediately after, with the mere wave of a hand. It sounds like he can casually make things materialize. With only the currently known details in mind, you have a wild card here.
My character has to absorb electricity or some form of energy in order to use his powers at all and regulate how much is in his body at one time, can be stopped by slipping ice cubes in the back of his shirt (I'm Serious about this) and is among others who possess their own powers, and being hunted down by an Agency likely trained to hunt down his kind. He's capable, but I found ways to undermine his manipulation of electricity. If that isn't enough, I'd have been more than happy to downgrade him in other ways as well.

As for having supposedly more than one ability? He does only have one ability: It's just how he uses it that gives him different tricks and techniques. :P I could also gradually have given him some of these extra skills as time went on. I also accordingly gave him weaknesses for his abilities, because I know it would have been too much power if he could do all of the things I put down without some difficulty.
It's also kind of bugging me that you accepted a character whose power is just described as 'magic,' allowing him to poof things up on a whim with no listed weaknesses or upper limits. No offense to the player or their character, but I find that rather unfair.
