Overall

Just like any of the other gods, Casteel unrealistically handsome and impossibly perfect. He's fairly Tall, but not over the top, with nice lean muscles, but not too ripped. His pale blue eyes contrast perfectly with his light brown and very well kept hair, and he's almost always dressed to impress. However when he's walking through the streets as a "human" his formal wear switches to casual, but still very nicely kept. He's not vain, because vanity falls under the category of emotions, nor can he be arrogant nor humble. He simply is what he is.

Personality
Casteel is as proper and well mannered as it gets. He's a gentleman in every sense of the word. Despite being part of the council, he's very understanding and doesn't exactly agree with their methods. He's fine with not having emotions such as love, hate, fear, happiness. These are human creations and humans are weak, therefore emotions make one weak. He's very calm and strategic, but always speaks his mind. He doesn't lie. He sees no reason for it, but he sometimes bends the truth to his benefit. He tends to manipulate others to agree with him and can often bring out the worst in people. However, he can bring out the bet in them if it's to his benefit. He's not selfish, but he doesn't do much for others. And if he were able to feel hate, his father would be first on the list.

Though he was making progress it wasn't quite good enough. There were hundreds of angels and gods past Castiel's security walls that were not only powerful in their own right, but highly skilled in using weapons, just like Cordelia. Aidan had a lot of catching up to do if he wanted to be or any help. He couldn't congratulate himself just yet. Cordelia fixed the target for him once again and instructed him to try hitting the center. The brunette nodded and aimed the weapon. He took in a deep breath that ran throughout his entire body and focused solely on the center of the target. It was difficult when moving, but not impossible. Aidan waited patiently for the center to align itself with his weapon before putting the trigger. At first it seemed like he had pulled it too soon, but once the bullet met with the center, Aidan felt a huge wave of relief. Makimg progress, that's all that mattered.

Leon watched as Roman stared at him unamused and he couldn't help but to smirk a little. Usually it was the other way around. The bugger angel walked over and took the weapon from Leon, who's smirk hadn't completely dissapeared yet. "Don't worry, if I wanted to hurt you I would have already" he teased, gently pecking his cheek. Roman knew Leon would never do anything to purposely harm him, or at least Leon hoped that he knew that. Though Roman could fight and was being taught how to use a weapon to help in the battle, Leon's ultimate plan was to fight for him. Protect him with his own life. Of course he'd never tell Roman this. All he'd get would be protests and something about how he's the one that's supposed to protect Leon. It was best to just do it without him noticing. Once Roman had the weapon. Leon decided to give him one last push of help. He walked up behind him like before, only adjusting Roman's grip and position of the arms this time and leaving the hips up to his judgement. Before backing awsy, he slid a hand up to the boxer's chest and placed the other in between his shoulder blades, gently stratening up his back. "Breathe easy" he muttered before taking a step back.

Castiel watched with a smile on his face as Abigail ran as hand over his cut and healed it up completely. "Please never do that to yourself again.". Castiel's smile didn't falter, how could she possibly be so cute? He gently took her hands and kissed her forehead. "I won't" he assured her, deciding not to mention the fact that if she hadn't healed him, a wound that size would have dissapeared on its own within 15 to 20 seconds. But now it was time to test her power even further. They'd need bigger and older wounds. Castiel thought for a moment and came up with a good solution. He slowly let go of her hands and took a step back. "Wait here, I'll be right back" he assured her before heading for the door.

As he walked down the hallways in between training grounds he could see everyone was hard at work. Aidan had chosen a rather large gun, but by the looks of it, he was handling it pretty nicely. Leon was attempting to teach Roman how to use a crossbow in a very intimate way which he probably didn't even realize. Castiel shook his head as he turned a corner to find one of the angels training with one of the former council members. The looks of annoyance on the god's face assured Castiel that the elixir was indeed working. "Sorry to interrupt" he said as he opened the door and the two froze completely. "Allen I need to borrow you for a moment". The young angel's eyes widened slightly as he nodded nervously. [B]"Y-yes sir"[/color]. He handed the weapon back to his instructor and followed Castiel out of the grounds and down the hallways, back to where Abigail was waiting. As they walked in, Castiel examined the young boy's wounds. He had taken one of the worst beatings and was in no condition to go out and fight again. He only hoped Abby could fix that.

Cordelia was prod of Aidan's progress, but they still had a lot of work to do. But the angel decided to join her boyfriend. She was bored just standing around watching him shoot targets. She wanted to fire some of these weapons. In fact she had an idea in mind, but she would bring it up to Cas after he was done with his girlfriend. "Give me a second." Cordelia walked over to the target area and set up a whole bunch of targets. Some moving and others weren't. Cordelia counted 12 targets and considered that to be enough. Then after she did that she went to grab herself a weapon similar to Aidan's, only not as big and more powerful. Cordelia came back to Aidan's side, holding the weapon. "Should six targets. The targets you don't hit in the sent you need to hit again." That insure the enemy was dead. Cordelia was going to hit her own six targets only she was going to hit them twice in the center. "Ready?"

Roman was upset with Leon, but that quickly faltered with a peck to his cheek. His boyfriend was dangerously annoying, but he loved him and vice versa. At least Roman knew what he was doing now. The boxer adjusted his stance to shoot, but Leon came up behind him placing his hands all over him again. Roman laughed a little. "You touching me like this is not teaching me. It's turning me on." Roman said, finally not able to hold in what Leon was doing to him. But he took his deep breath and exhaled slowly. He pulled the trigger and hit dead center. The boxer was proud of himself. "I'm practically an expert." He teased.

Abigial felt better knowing that Casteel wouldn't do that again just to teach her something. Harming himself was not worth that. At all. Just the thought of him hurting himself was making her sad. But she was trying to keep up her light feelings for the sake of this lesson. Cas assured her that he would be right back and he left her in the training room. Abby ran her fingers through her hair as she waited patiently for her boyfriend's return. After what felt like forever, Cas returned with a young boy. For a moment the boy seemed relatively normal, but then she caught sight of his wounds. Abby refrained from gasping. Her first thought was that he needed a hospital. Her second thought was that she was the hospital. She knew that she had to heal him. That was the whole point of this lesson. Healing. Abigail walked up to him with a small smile and ran a finger across his wounds lightly. She had no idea if she could even heal him. "What's your name?" She asked. She felt the younger male shiver slightly at her touch. After examining him, she started with his smallest wounds since those would be the easiest to heal. "A-allen." She nodded, healing him one wound at a time. "I'm Abigail."

Cordelia was expecting Aidan to be ready, but he wasn't. In fact he even put the weapon down. The angel's eyes roamed over him confused to what the issue was. Only moments ago they were celebrating his progress. Cordelia put her own weapon down and moved closer to her boyfriend. "Hey what's the matter?" she asked, her voice full of concern. If he needed a break she would give him one. It's not like they needed to rush everything right now. Cas wasn't putting them out there at this instant. Aidan had some time to practice and deal with whatever is going through his mind. Cordelia hoped everything was okay with her boyfriend.

Clearly what Roman said had gotten to Leon. He stopped touching him as a form of helping him learn. The boxer wasn't upset. In fact this was going to be better for them. Keeps Roman's mind clean and focused on learning to use this weapon. His boyfriend went to set up moving targets for Roman to practice on. That made sense. The enemy wasn't going to just sit there and let Roman shoot at them. When he was told to go, he focused on the moving target. Taking a deep breath, he exhaled slowly and pulled the trigger. The arrow hit the target, but it wasn't center. He needed to figure out a way to take aim and hit the target. This was much harder than he thought it was going to be.

Abigail managed to keep calm at his wounds. They had hurt him so bad. She truly sympathized with the angel she was helping get better. Allen smiled at her, impressed by what she was able to do. She had wondered why Cas couldn't have done this. Then she was thinking that his powers might not be for healing. Abby would have to ask him later. The new goddess looked at what was left and it was the bigger wounds. For a moment she hesitated trying to figure out how this would work. Thoughts of Cas healing her when she was sick went through her mind. Even though it might have seemed impossible, he came to her aide and made her better. That was what she was going to do for Allen. With both hands she ran them over the bigger wounds. Slowly they started to get better. Abigail was trying to contain her excitement. She didn't even know she could do that. She looked at her boyfriend clearly surprised at her own abilities.

Aidan didn't understand why this bothered him so much all of a sudden. They had fought the night before. He had hurt several of the enemy's men himself. It's true that he didn't kill any, but the intention was just the same. It was different this time. Yesterday he had fought without any warning, because he had no other choice, but now he was actually training to kill. It just didn't feel right. "Hey what's the matter?". He looked up at Cordelia with a start and shook his head. "Nothing just
tired" he said, leaning against the nearest wall. If he told her the truth she might think he was a coward, but he just didn't think he could get himself to kill anyone. The conflicted angel rubbed the back of his neck with one hand, hesitating a bit before looking at his girlfriend. "Okay, let's do it" he said, attempting to sound as convinced as possible. He was no where near ready, but he couldn't have Cordelia worrying over something so insignificant.

Leon was glad Roman didn't make any more comments like that, otherwise he might have had to do the rest of the lesson with red splotches on his face. He aimed the gun at the moving target and Leon watched closely for any possible mistakes. When the trigger was pulled, the blonde was almost convinced he would hit the center, but it missed by barely an inch. It wasn't too big of a mistake. It could be perfected easily, he'd just need to find a way to reach Roman how to aim better. "Don't chase the target" the blonde explained as he took a few steps closer. "Wait for it to come closer to you". In a real battle the targets woild be movinf constantly. It wouldn't make any sense to try and shoot the ones that were further away. Instead, the weapon should be focused on those coming closer, and fired before they could come too close. Luckily the crossbow was a long range combat weapon, which meant that Roman could stay at a safe distance from the enemy. "Block out everything but the center. Shoot it twice if the first time doesn't hit the bullseye" Leon explained as he walked back from setting up another moving target and stayed a safe distance away from Roman. "Relax your body and try again". Teaching new angels how to use weapons wasn't anything new to Leon. Cordelia hated teaching these kinds of things, so they were usually up to Leon. He tried to picture Roman as just another one of those students for the duration of the lesson just to help them both focus.

Castiel watched closely and curiously as Abby finished up with the small wounds and moved onto the big ones. She looked nervous, it was only obvious to Cas, but she began to work anyways. When the wounds began to heal slowly, a smile formed on Castiel's face. She had picked up the technique much faster than he ever imagined. He almost didn't believe it, and by the look on her face, she didn't really believe it either. Once she was finished Castiel clapped quietly as he walked closer to her and Allen. The boy looked ecstatic to be healed and thanked Abigail a hundred times for helping him. He thanked Castiel as well for bringing him to her. Cas nodded and let him no he was free to go back to his own training. "Don't let your instructor push you around, alright?" he half joked. Allen smiled brightly and agreed before heading out of the room. The god turned back to Abby with a smile still on his face. "Congratulations, you've discovered the art of healing" he said proudly.

Cordelia didn't know if she actually Aidan was fine. He said he was tired, he had been fine just moments ago. She would have pushed him a bit to tell the absolute truth, but he said that he was ready to continue the training. The angel nodded and picked her weapon back up. The targets were still moving so it was still ready for them. Cordelia glanced over at Aidan before looking straight ahead. "One two three fire." She said, before firing at the moving targets. Shooting all six in the center of the target twice. She was hoping that Aidan would hit all of his in the center. That would cut this training in half.

Roman couldn't believe how close to center he was. It was like someone was messing with him on the field. The boxer took a deep breath and reloaded his weapon. At least he knows that he is doing better than before. This wouldn't take long to learn. Especially with Leon pushing him as he is. Roman tired to aim again but Leon started coaching him again. He was teaching him how to aim correctly at a moving target. Taking a couple deep breaths he started to relax a bit. Although he still felt some pressure to shoot the target in the center. Roman held the crossbow, waiting. He was waiting for the moment the right moment to shoot. After what felt like forever, he pulled the trigger. He hit the moving target directly in the center. Roman smiled proudly.

Abigail was happy to restore Allen to full health. He was extremely grateful, thanking the goddess over and over again. Abigail giggled telling him that it wasn't a big deal. She would do it all over again if she could. Cas let him return to his instructor with a few words. Abby watched him leave before turning to face her boyfriend clearly excited about what she has just done. "Congratulations, you've discovered the art of healing" Abigail giggled and jumped up and down slight. "Thank you so much!" she said before hugging him tightly.

Thankfully Cordelia didn’t question Aidan’s decision to continue training. He wasn’t okay, not really, but this was something that needed to be done. He picked up his gun again just as his girlfriend did and positioned himself. Cordelia counted them down and begin to shoot her targets. Aidan followed, pushing the thought of killing out of his mind and seeing the targets as what they were; lifeless objects. He began to shoot a bit off center and shot those twice, but towards the last few he got them dead center. Once it was all over and all that could be heard was the echo of the gun firing, he stared at the targets in shock. He didn’t expect to get any in the center, let alone four of them. The others were dangerously close and had been shot twice just like Cordelia had instructed him. STill, he wasn’t an expert yet. He wasn’t at the level that he needed to be to be useful in battle. He took in a deep breath and looked at his coach. ”Again?”.

they did this a few more times, switching off and on. Sometimes Cordelia would demonstrate and Aidan would follow her lead. Other times they would do it together like they had done with the twelve different targets. Aidan could feel himself getting better. His aim was much more on point and he didn’t have to work too hard to hit the center. He also became more comfortable with the gun itself, like he and the weapon had become one. It felt good to be able to control it so easily. However, that feeling in the pt of his stomach remained. Even when they finished training, put the guns down and stepped out of the training grounds. That feeling of guilt wasn’t leaving anytime soon.

Leon could visibly tell Roman was still a little tense, but not as much as before. Surprisingly, he managed to hit the very center of the target regardless. The boxer smiled proudly and Leon couldn’t help but to smile as well, though he quickly covered it up with a fake cough and a hand over his mouth. ”Better” he added. He walked over to the targets and set up a variation of different targets. Some moving, some not. The blonde quickly moved away and gestured for Roman to begin shooting at them. There would be way more than one enemy on the battle field. SOmetimes the soldiers had to face off one against four or five at the very least. This would be good practice in case Roman ended up surrounded and Leon unable to help him. Leon needed to give Roman every possible way to defend himself for the moments Leon couldn’t help him. This way he could almost guarantee his safety. They continued to train for a while longer and eventually Leon joined him in the shooting of targets. Something about being able to do this together made Leon happy. The blonde loved the battle field. Not because he liked to kill, but because it was what he was best at. He was trained and made specially for that purpose. He only hoped Roman didn’t see him as a monster because of it. Once they were through, they were both exhausted. Leon was physically and mentally exhausted. It had been hard to concentrate on anything after the comment roman had made about his teaching style. Thankfully it was over now and he could relax a little.

Abigail danced out of happiness and Castiel smiled. He was a bit impressed with house uickly she had picked up the healing technique. If she continued to practice, she would be able to do it effortlessly, just like Castiel could fight effortlessly. Because his powers were not designed and perfected for healing, doing such a thing took a large amount of energy out of him. Ever since he had healed his own wings he continued to feel exhausted, as if his power had been sucked out of him. Several times, while training with Abby, he began to feel dizzy. Thankfully he managed to play it off and not make her worried or suspicious. He was also glad she didn’t ask why he hadn’t healed Allen. He had honestly thought about it deeply, but if he had he would have been almost useless today. They wouldn’t have been able to get the elixir and he wouldn’t have been able to heal himself if he was shot. He wouldn’t of been able to teach Abigail about her powers. His own power would have been limited to very small things and that’s the last thing they needed now. Everyone there depended on Castiel now, it was his job to make sure they were all fully prepared to step into the battlefield, otherwise whatever happened to the would be on his hands. As they stepped out of the training ground Castiel could see that most of the groups were finished, it not finishing up their training. He walked up to the main hall where everyone had began to gather and looked around. They all seemed exhausted, as was he.

Cordelia made a mental note to actually ask her boyfriend if he was okay. After training when she wasn't teaching him how to use a lethal weapon. Whatever was going on with him, he had managed to push through and continue training. The angel didn't really coach or push him hard. All he really needed to do was practice. She set up all kinds of targets that she could with the equipment Cas had. Throughout the training Cordelia practiced with a few different weapons. She needed to get reacquainted with them for the fact she hasn't used many of them in a long time. Cordelia kept increasing the amount of moving targets to stagnant ones. Eventually by the end of their training all of the targets were moving. Aidan was much smoother and relaxed with the weapon and the angel was proud. Mostly of herself and her ability to teach despite all the times she had refused to teach. They put their weapons away when Cordelia decided that Aidan had done enough. Taking her boyfriend's hand she walked with him back to the main hall. It's where everyone else was meeting up. Glancing at Aidan, she still had some concern for him. Even though he looked fine she still just wanted to make sure. "Are you sure you are okay?"

Roman kept at the targets, trying to relax with each shot. Leon was still coaching him and adjusting the amount of targets he was required to shoot at. At one point Roman got rather confused and missed two targets completely. After that, the boxer was completely focused on the task at hand. Master the weapon. Shoot the targets. He didn't even see Leon as his boyfriend at the moment. He was strictly his instructor. At least until he hit more of the targets in the center. As Roman started to get more comfortable with the crossbow, Leon had joined him in the target practice. He was trying not to let the pro discourage him. But his perfect shots were making Roman feel like he should work even harder. And he did. Roman was relentless. Even when training was over, he had half a mind to ask if he could stay a bit longer to keep practicing. That was just the boxer in him. He knew he needed rest. Roman was tired and would like a shower. Putting the weapon down he walked with his boyfriend to the main hall where everyone was gathered. Looking around he could see that progress had been made within everyone.

Abigail couldn't believe what shew as able to do. It was something that she was still having to wrap her head around. She was able to make people healthy by waving a hand over them. It was almost too good to be true and yet she was able to do it. Cas also seemed happy for her. It was hard for Abby to tell through her own ecstasy. No one's happy could compare to her own. When she was calmed down, Castiel managed to continue on with her healing lesson. Making sure that she was able to channel it and keep it from consuming her energy. It was fun and tiring. Abby didn't complain. She could imagine how tired he must have been after risking his life for a bottle and then having to train her and lead a mini army. Abigail just kept working until her boyfriend called a quits. Looking out she could see Aidan and Roman looked tired. Leon and Cordelia must have worked them hard. She will ask about their training later. Abby followed Cas to the main hall where everyone was gathered. She stood close to him as he looked out on everyone. Everyone was looking back at him (and her) waiting for some kind of instruction. Abby blushed a tad. Too many people looking their way. It was strange.

"I don't want to kill anyone" Cordelia frowned a bit. She felt awful for teaching him how to kill someone when he doesn't even want to fight. If there was a way to keep him from fighting she would do it. But they needed everyone on the battlefield if they even stood a chance. The angel didn't even know what to say to Aidan to make it better. There was nothing to say. He would just have to find a way to cope. Cordelia of course would be there to help him. She wouldn't let Aidan hold guilt like that to himself. "I'm sorry you have to fight." She said. When the battle was over they wouldn't have to fight ever again. Or at least they shouldn't have too. They will be in peace and everything will be fine. They just have to get through this. Castiel dismissed everyone. Fighting tonight wasn't a good idea. Everyone was exhausted. People started to leave and her focus went back to her boyfriend. "Come on. Let's get some sleep." She suggested.

Abigail thought it was a good idea for everyone to get some sleep. Most likely, Cas was taking everyone out to fight. She was so worried. If something were to happen to Aidan or Roman or Cas she might not be able to control herself. For tonight she was going to think positive. Everything was going to work out in their favor and everyone was going to be alright. People started to leave the room as Cas dismissed them all. Abby didn't go anywhere. She stayed by her boyfriend's side waiting for him to head to bed before following him. They were sharing a room after all, it would have been weird to be there by herself even if only for a moment. "Night Aidan. Night Roman" She called out to the two before resting her head against Cas.

Roman was tired. He was glad that Cas told them all to go to bed. He doesn't know what he would do if they were told to go fight. The angel would definitely be seriously injured. He rubbed the back of his neck and turned to leave as Leon did. Abby called to him and he looked at her with a smile. "Night Abby." Taking hold of Leon's hand he walked with him back to their room. Roman was too tired to shower like he wanted too. A yawn escaped him during their walk, but most of the way Roman was quiet.

Cordelia yawned as her and Aidan walked back to their room. She had wished her best friend and boss good night before running off. Shutting the bedroom door behind her, Aidan plopped down on the bed claiming that he was too tired to shower. Giggling, she her fingers through her hair and took a seat on the bed beside. "Would you have the energy if I told you we can share a shower?" She suggested. The angel would like to shower and she would be showering with or without her boyfriend. She would just prefer it if Aidan joined her. It makes her showers interesting.

Roman couldn't even comment onf Leon's shade of red, for he was too tired. Too tired to think or register anything around him. Tomorrow he might understand that just grabbing Leon's hand like that without warning might have been the cause of his red face. But right now it was almost out of place. Roman yawned and walked into their bedroom. He heard the door close and he landed on the bed with a thud. The boxer shifted around getting more comfortable and left his arms open expecting his boyfriend to join him. But instead Leon looked like he was getting ready for a shower. Roman pushed himself up into a seated position. "You have energy to shower?" He asked with some amusement, but mostly exhaustion.

Abigail waited patiently as Cas made sure everyone was off to bed and safe. He locked down the house then did a double check. Finally he started heading towards the stairs and she followed behind him slowly. She was rather tired and walking up the stairs were not helping her. The couple made it to their bedroom and Abby immediately laid down on the bed, burying her head into the cool soft pillows. She could have fallen asleep right then and there, but she wanted Castiel in bed with her before she fell asleep.

Aidan was almost determined not to shower, but then Cordelia offered to join him. His body hurt and his mind wasn’t in the best shape. What usually help him the most in this situation was a hot shower. There was a short minute of silence before he pushed himself up and smiled. ”How do you always manage to convince me?” he chuckled. He placed a quick kiss on her cheek and get to his feet, stretching with a yawn then held a hand out for her. If they could get the shower over with as soon as possible that would be better. Aidan was ready to bury himself in all the blankets and pillows and pass out for the rest of the night. He had a feeling they wouldn’t be getting the chance to sleep in the next morning so they needed to get a head start on their sleep.

Roman walked in and moved directly to the bed. Leon shook his head in amusement. He never knew training would wear him out that much. Sure Leon was tired, but he wasn’t so tired that he couldn’t keep himself up long enough to shower. Of course he was used to long hours of training along with even longer hours of battle. Today’s training session had been a walk in the park for him as well as for Cordelia, most likely. "You have energy to shower?". Leon lifted a brow as he glanced over at his exhausted boyfriend and smiled a bit in amusement. ”Don’t tell me that’s all it takes to wear you out” he teased as he swung the towel over his shoulder. ”And here I was hoping you’d join me”. He half muttered the second part, not wanting to make it too obvious that he wasn’t kidding. He did want Roman to join him but by the looks of it he wouldn’t be getting up anytime soon. Leon headed for the door, letting him know that he’d be right back before heading out.

Eventually Castiel made it to the bed too. He was exhausted, more than he had ever been before, so he didn’t say or do much. He slipped into bed beside Abigail and gently wrapped his arms around her. Thankfully they hadn’t done any kind of exercise so they were both still clean. Castiel made himself comfortable, resting his chin gently on top of Abby’s head, and closed his eyes, waiting for sleep to take over. They had a long and stressful day in front of them and if something went wrong it would be on his shoulders. The thought alone would have been enough to keep him up all night, were it not for his exhausted. Within seconds he had already fallen asleep without getting a chance to even say goodnight.

Cordelia actually thought that she was going to have to shower alone. Well she doesn't mind, but Aidan was sitting right before her. There was no need to be alone in there. Then he agreed and kissed her cheek. A giggled escaped. "I mastered the art of persuasion before I met you." She joked, standing up. The angel grabbed a towel and took hold of her boy friend's hand, pulling him towards the bathroom before he changed his mind. If he was tired enough he would just sit back down. She wanted to make sure that he was up and up the whole time. They got into the bathroom and she turned on the shower right before stripping down.

Roman chuckled a bit at Leon's joke. For once the boxer did not have a response for that so he will just have to get his boyfriend back for that nonsense. Then he managed to catch Leon mention showering together before turning to leave. Roman never passes up a chance to see his small angel naked. It was a marvelous sight. And if having to get up and shower with him was the only way he could do this right now then he was showering. Pushing himself off the bed, he grabbed a towel and caught up to Leon. "You convinced me." He said, showing the towel.

Abigail was happy to have Castiel in her arms. Being cuddled into him, just felt right and it was making it easier to sleep. Withint moments, her boyfriend had fallen asleep. He must have been exhausted. Training someone and leading a group right after running into the enemy. It must had taken a toll on him. The goddess pressed a soft kiss to his neck and snuggled him. "Night Cas." Abby said right before falling asleep herself.

Aidan followed his girlfriend into the bathroom and stripped down while she turned on the water. The hot shower was nice and relaxing and having her there kept him from falling asleep standing up. His body was exhausted and needed a break. They didn’t stay in the shower for long because they both wanted to get to sleep, but something told Aidan he was much more exhausted than she was. Eventually they walked back to the room, Aidan in nothing but his boxers, and he quickly crawled under the covers. It felt amazing and the bed seemed much more comfortable tonight. He buried his face in a pillow, leaving enough space for Cordelia to cuddle up next to him and barely managed to mutter goodnight before completely falling asleep.

Leon was fully prepared to shower alone. He didn’t really mind, it would make the shower go by faster. He just never thought Roman would get that tired from just training. Almost to the bathroom, he heard footsteps behind him. "You convinced me." he heard Roman’s voice say and he almost couldn’t help but smirk. ”good. I was going to make you sleep on the floor if you didn’t shower” the blonde stated with a serious face. He hadn’t actually planned on doing that, but he was really glad Roman changed his mind. They went in and Leon quickly began to strip, ready to get the shower over with so he could rest his feet. He didn’t say much during the shower, just enjoyed the hot water and secretly enjoyed the company. As soon as both of them had finished, dried up and dressed, they headed back to bed. Leon decided pants was more than enough to sleep so he tossed his shirt aside and climbed into bed, knowing the boxer would join him very soon. Slowly exhaustion started to take over and he knew he’d be falling asleep soon. That was good. They would need all the rest they could get to be able to make it through what was to come.

Cordelia was trying to stay asleep. Not looking forward to going out to fight a civil war so early in the morning. but her body nad mind were screaming at her to wake up. She tossed and turned a bit in Aidan's arms before giving up on the idea of more sleep. Slowly she sat up not even remember falling asleep. The angel remembers her shower and then she remembers cuddling Aidan in the bed. After that it was just a gap in the time space continuum. Though it didn't matter now, it was time to wake up. It was time to fight. But until Cas said something she still had a bit of free time. Cordelia glanced at her boyfriend with a small smile before rolling out of bed. She had just gone to be in her undergarments, but if she was going to walk around she needed real clothes. Pulling on a shirt and pants, she walked out of her bedroom. Her first thought was coffee. Heading to the kitchen, she searched the area for a coffee pot and some coffee beans. Within moments of finding everything she had a pot brewing. She rested against the counter and waited for the others in the house.

Roman was dead tired. He had no idea messing with Leon and training would take so much out of him. He was barely made it through the shower. The moment he and his boyfriend laid down on the bed they were both asleep. Now it was moving by the boxer was not moving. Not for anything. Well unless Leon convinced him. The older angel wanted 12 hours of sleep and he knows that he only got about 8. The smell of coffee filled his nose and he knows that he is losing the battle to keep him asleep. Roman pulled Leon closer thinking that having him chest to chest would help him fall back asleep. But all it did was just wake him up some more. So Roman officially woke up, but he didn't move from the bed.

Abigail was wide awake. She wasn't as tired as everyone else so their was no reason for her to stay asleep for so long. Looking down she smiled at her boyfriend. He worked so hard. He deserved sleep. For a moment the idea of the war outside the door almost compelled her to wake him up. The quicker they all started the faster it would be over. But she changed her mind deciding that whenever Castiel wakes up he will decide when to get started. Abigail looked down at her hands, worrying over what was going to happen. Though she knows that everyone can defend herself, she was still nervous. The smell of coffee filled her nose and she glanced at the door. She thought it was Aidan and got up. There was nothing she needed to change into her because her outfit to bed was rather modest. Tying her hair up into a bun, she left the bedroom and followed the scent to the kitchen.

That night Aidan had slept like a rock, not walking up even once. When morning came he was still fast asleep, so much so that he didn’t even feel when Cordelia got up and left. It was only a few minutes later that a familiar scent woke him up. It only took him two seconds to register what it was before his eyes shot up. He glanced beside him at the empty bed and guessed Cordelia had something to do with the delicious smell taking over the mansion. It must have been some strong beans if he could smell it all the way there from the kitchen. Or perhaps he just had an overdeveloped sense of smell when it came to coffee. Whatever it was, he knew coffee was being made and he wanted some. Getting out of bed he pulled on the clothes from before and quickly headed to the kitchen.

Leon had slept better than he had the night before. He wasn’t sure why. The situation was still similar and they were under a great deal of stress, but he slept all night. Morning came and his mind was trying to get him to wake up but Leon fought against it. The warmth Roman’s body was giving out was more than enough to make him want to go back to sleep. He would have succeeded, it it wasn’t for the fact that he was suddenly move. Not much but just enough to wake him up. He rested his forehead against the boxer’s chest and let out a sigh. ”I was about to fall asleep again” he muttered, not bothering to look up.

Despite having slept all night, Castiel could still feel his body was sore and tired. Weather it was from the healing or the gun shots he couldn’t tell, but he didn’t want to get out of bed. Eventually he realized Abigail was already up and gone. He smelled a faint scent of coffee and immediately guessed she was in the kitchen either making it or drinking. Half of him wanted to get up and go too, while the other screamed at him to stay in bed. The screaming won and he made himself a bit more comfortable before closing his eyes and attempting to go back to sleep. The war could wait a little longer.

As soon as he walked into the kitchen, Aidan was greeted with a smile and a good morning from his sister. ”Morning cutie” he said, placing a kiss on her forehead before walking over and taking the cup of coffee handed to him. He took in the smell and smiled. ”I could get used to this” he said, imagining what it would be like to have Cordelia make him coffee like this every morning. He took a sip and it was like heaven in his mouth. With a satisfied smile he walked over to the table and sat beside his sister. He looked around casually, just a few of the other angels and former council members were up, but no sign of Castiel, Roman or Leon. He almost laughed just thinking about what happened last time Leon and Roman came in late for breakfast. He hoped, for Abby’s sake, that it didn’t happen again. It was odd to see that Castiel wasn’t up yet though. Aidan had imagined him to be the very first one up and knocking on doors for the rest to get up and ready for battle. He hoped that whatever the reason for his being in bed was, that it wasn’t anything serious.

Roman complained about Leon waking him up and the blonde groaned. ”You woke me up first” he commented, still in his husky morning voice. He wasn’t planning on getting up soon. If he could have it his way he would stay in bed all day, but unfortunately there was a war that needed to be fought. He could smell the coffee just barely, but it wasn’t enough to get him to get up. He assumed Roman would want to get out of bed and eat breakfast so he thought about distancing himself so the boxer could leave, but he was keeping a tight hold on Leon as if he were going to suddenly get up and leave. A suddenly flashback about how many times he had done that came to him but he quickly pushed it away. That was all over now. They had new problems to worry about. ”Go eat” he finally mumbled, letting Roman know he could go if that’s what he wanted.

Cordelia took her own coffee and giggled at Aidan's comment about getting used to this. "Don't think I will always make coffee." She teased. Of course she was always going to make coffee, but there were going to be days were he makes the coffee. Or they would go out to get coffee. No matter what, coffee would start their morning. Sipping her coffee, she sat down across from Aidan glancing around. Abigail cradled her coffee, watching other angels and council members wake up to the smell of coffee. Roman, Leon and Cas were not around. Abby was hoping that Roman and Leon were still asleep and not doing what they had done before. Her face turned a light shade of red just at the thought. Bringing the coffee to her lips, she sipped it slowly trying to cover the color of her cheeks. Cordelia was wondering why Leon was still in bed. There was no way he was that exhausted from yesterday's training. That was almost nothing compared to what they were used too. But then again he tends to stay in bed later than usual when it comes to Roman. Others started to get coffee or some other drink. Abby was half expecting Castiel to be awake by now, but he wasn't. Or at least he wasn't out of bed. She decided to go and check on him. Setting the cup down, she stood up. "I am going to go and check on Cas." She walked out of the kitchen and back to her bedroom. She shut the door behind her and walked over to the bed where Cas was still cuddled up. She didn't know whether or not she should wake him up. She just wanted to make sure he was okay. Abby sat at the edge of the bed and gently ran her fingers through his hair.

Roman chuckled, sleepily at Leon's retort. It did not matter who woke up who first, they were both awake. But they were still cuddled up and ready to fall back asleep if their bodies would let them. Though coffee was calling his name. It would be nice to have after the work he did yesterday. But he was not leaving Leon lonely in the bed. It almost did not make sense to do so. ”Go eat” It was as if Leon was reading his mind. Roman did want to drink the dark nectar, but he also wanted to cuddle. So he decided to pick cuddling assuming there would be more coffee whenever he actually decided to get out of bed. "No. I prefer this warmth to the coffee's warmth." Roman said keeping Leon close, but he loosened his grip a bit.

Aidan chuckled at Cordelia’s response and nodded in understanding. ”Of course” he commented before taking another sip of the best liquid on earth. Abby announced she was going to check on Castiel and Aidan nodded. Hopefully there was nothing going on and he just wanted to get a good amount of rest. Still it was best to ask he thought, maybe Cordelia would know. As soon as abigail was out of earshot, the brunette turned to his girlfriend with a slightly concerned face. ”Maybe i’m being paranoid but is Castiel okay?” he questioned, hoping there wasn’t any sort of secret he was hiding. If there was a secret though, he didn’t think Castiel would tell Cordelia. Then again, he didn’t know the god very well.

Castiel was in a half asleep, half awake state. He could hear the commotion of the people that were up walking about outside his bedroom but he just didn’t want to get up and his eyes refused to open. That’s when he heard his bedroom door open and close. He assumed it was Abigail. If it had been Leon or Cordelia they would have woken him up instantly. He felt fingers run through his hair and a small smile formed on his lips. Barely visible due to the fact he was still half asleep. Eventually he managed to open his eyes and looked up at her sleepily. He muttered something that sounded like good morning, hoping Abby would understand it, but he didn’t move. His body did not want to move. It was as if he was glued to the bed sheets. He didn’t want to worry her, but he just couldn’t manage to wake up fully just yet. It felt like his body was struggling to recover. He hoped that wasn’t the case.

Somehow Leon guessed Roman wouldn’t take up the offer to leave. He mentioned something about preferring Leon’s warmth and the blonde blushed the slightest bit, which was luckily covered by the bed sheets. ”You’re so cheesy” he grumbled. In the back of his mind Leon wanted to get up and go eat and drink coffee, but the sheets and Roman were so comfortable that it just seemed impossible. His stomach however didn’t hesitate to protest. It grumbled quietly, but just loud enough for them both to hear. It looked like they'd have to get up after all.

Cordelia drank more of her coffee, watching Abby get up and leave. In the back of her mind she was thinking about how dumb Cas was. He should have just told his girlfriend that he got shot and then he wouldn't have to pretend that he was okay. It was just going to backfire. It seems that it already has. He was still in bed and that is quite unheard of. He should have been awake and bossing everyone around. She tried to play off her thoughts as she continued to drink her coffee. It was so good she was going to have to make more. Everyone seemed to think the same thing because the coffee was practically finished. ”Maybe i’m being paranoid but is Castiel okay?” Cordelia put the cup down, unsure of how to answer that question. Cas told her not to tell anyone especially Aidan for the fact he would tell Abby. And she didn't want to lie to her boyfriend. There was only one sure way to keep honesty in the relationship and keep Castiel's stupid secret. "I'm sure he will be. He might just be extremely exhausted from dealing with everyone in here." She stated before standing up to make another pot of coffee, taking her mug with her.

Abigail smiled when she saw Castiel's perfect blue eyes looking up at her. It was nice to see that Cas seemed fine, just tired. Though he was barely moving. Maybe he needed some more sleep. Her boyfriend mumbled something to her and she just assumed that it was a good morning. That was usually what you say to someone when you first wake up in the morning. "Morning." Still running her fingers through his hair. "I didn't mean to wake you. I was just checking on you." Abigail explained, subtly letting him know that he could back to sleep if he wanted too. There was no need for him to be awake right now. Especially if he didn't want to be awake. The war could wait until Castiel was fully rested and ready to take on the enemies. But right now he was still wrestling with sleep.

Roman smiled at Leon. He knew he was being cheesy at the moment, but he really didn't wan to get up right now. He would say just about anything to keep them from getting up. Unless they absolutely had too, he was staying in this room until the war started. Then he heard a grumble and looked down at Leon. It wasn't from Roman so it had to be from him. The boxer laughed a bit and completely removed his arms from around his boyfriend. "Guess we are getting up." Roman commented slowly rolling out of bed, gesturing for Leon to do the same.

Cordelia had answered AIdan’s question in a simple way that made sense. Leading an army of angels and gods that weren’t all professionals at combat must be tiring, along with having to plot ways of not getting hurt. It made sense that he’d be tired or want to get a good amount of sleep. AIdan went on drinking his coffee and eventually leon and Roman joined them. They both looked fully awake so Aidan could only imagine what the could have been doing, though he didn’t say anything. He didnt want to give Cordelia any ideas. They all exchanged good mornings and it was decided that AIdan would make breakfast for everyone. Around the time he was about finished, Abigail and Castiel joined the party. Cas looked healthy and fully rested so it seemed that Aidan had been worrying for nothing. Mainly he was worried for Abby and her reaction if anything would have been wrong with Castiel, but he was also worried about Cas himself. He had a lot on his shoulders. The six of them, along with all the other guests in the house ate breakfast in peace. It almost felt like it was just another day, but it was clear that not one of them could stop thinking about what was to come. Aidan was still a little shaken by the fact that he might have to kill someone to win. Leon was a little excited to get out and fight, but his thoughts kept going back to Roman and if he would be okay. He had only fought once before and Leon had been there to back him up. Hopefully the training had actually helped. Castiel on the other hand couldn’t wait to go into battle. The fact that abby wouldn’t be fighting kept him at ease. He just wanted to get out there and take control of what should have been his a long time ago and end this ridiculous war once and fo all.

Eventually, breakfast was over and it was time to get down to business. Castiel led everyone back to the weapons room and let them each pick their poison. Everyone quickly drifted to their weapon of choice, except for Abby, and met up with Castiel once again. He stood before the group with the presence of a military officer and lifted a hand towards Abigail. ”I don’t want you to go ask her for help unless you are dying, understand?” he said with authority. He didn’t want any of them to die, of course, but he didn’t want Abigail to have to use her powers unless absolutely necessary. SHe was brand new to using them and putting them to work too often would certainly have serious consequences, much like the ones Castiel was having to deal with after having healed himself. ”They have weapons specially designed to hurt us. Don’t get too cocky and keep your guard up at all times” he continued to explain. Everyone listened in silence, hanging on his every word. It was an odd feeling. Council members would normally do this back when he was second highest in the council, but only because they had no choice. Now they had emotions, but they still showed him respect. ”Lastly, don’t die” he added before loading his gun and turning towards the underground exit of the mansion.

After breakfast was over, Castiel decided that it was time to get down to business. He led everyone to the weapons room. Abby lingered behind the group since there was no real need for her to be in the front. She wouldn't be picking a weapon. However, Cordelia was eager to load up on the artillery that Cas had. Immediately picking up a automatic weapon, she started loading her herself up with the clips. She could only imagine how her best friend was feelings since she was trying to contain her excitement. Roman grabbed the crossbow and the arrows that had come with it. Leon had taught him how to use it so he was going to use it. The boxer was also going to us his fighting skills during this fight. It was the best thing that he had. Once everyone had a weapon, their attention was solely on Cas. He was giving instructions. Abigail took her spot beside him not exactly sure where she should be. She wasn't going to be fighting. But she would ask him later. ”I don’t want you to go ask her for help unless you are dying, understand?” For a brief moment all eyes were on her and she blushed, taking a minor step back. Her boyfriend continued on with the speech and the way he ended slightly worried her. There was a possibility that she could lose the ones that she loves today. Her eyes found Aidan, Roman, and then Cas. She prayed that nothing would go wrong. Roman and Cordelia were loaded and ready for battle, following Cas out.
