Our little tale of terror begins like this. There once was a dull little town where nothing exciting ever happened. There was never anything exciting going on. No shootings, muggings and certainly no murders. It was positively dreadful living here, and while it was voted the best place to raise a family a child who grew up here always seemed to think of one thing. Excitement. They all dreamed that something exciting would happen to them that would put them in the position where they would be able to save their friends, family and neighbors. Their little hearts forever grasped at the thought of themselves standing tall and proud above their entire neighborhood as a hero while their loved ones cheered endlessly below them. But sadly it seemed as though their dreams would never come true because whenever they awoke it was all gone. The praise and the glory turned to nothing but a distant memory. It didn't take long for the children to begin growing depressed, as they soon realized that their dreams may never come true. It was impossible. Or at least, until that foolish boy got involved.

A young boy named Danny was stargazing at exactly midnight. His parents had forbidden him from staying up so late as they said it would make bad things happen but of course he didn't listen. His eyes wandered from star to star, each one was more beautiful that the last until he spotted one that was particularly beautiful. It was large and red, it shone like a small version of the sun and it felt as though it were calling his name. Danny closed his eyes and made a wish on that star but when he opened his eyes again it was no longer there. Not long after the star disappeared from the night sky did Danny hear an explosion. He was overwhelmed with confusion, what could that have possibly been? Danny ran outside and gasped in amazement. The star had fallen onto a vacant lot and it began to crumble into dust that clouded his vision and made him begin to cough. When the dust had lifted Danny was shocked to find that the star had left behind a carnival in it's wake. Squealing with delight, Danny ran towards the circus in pure joy. He stopped when he came upon a man, a ringmaster to be more precise. The man patted Danny on the head and gave a kind smile "Go on inside boy and have some fun, don't worry about telling your mom." He said. Without thinking twice Danny jolted into a mirror house.

Danny never came back from that circus. In fact nobody who goes there does. They say it only appears at night when people are most vulnarable. Others claim it kidnaps people in the middle of the night and when they awaken they are forever trapped within it's horrid tent. It is also believed that this circus is run by demons, the undead, and anything cruel enough to take pleasure in what goes on inside. But one thing is for sure, if you ever enter this carnival alone take a look around and think no ones there a man will appear who is dressed like a ringmaster who will invite you inside. You can refuse and leave or go inside but remember once he knows you're name you'll be running forever.
