Barret looks older than he actually is. Likely it is due to the stress he has taken upon himself to help all the poor souls that desperately want to move on. Even with looking so aged his body is still strong and healthy. He is physically quite fit and is lucky to not have to work on his body much. His shoulder length messy hair is only ever covered by his hat or hero mask. His overcoat is leather with sun-like emblems on it. This iconic symbol is sold in stores due to his popularity as a hero. Due to this he can wear this coat all the time and not have his identity revealed.

Barret is really quiet mainly due to the fact he would give away his identity if he spoke. Even for being so quiet he is really smart. Barret friendly and helpful almost to a fault. Yet he never talks, even a bit. In order to be able to communicate Barret learned sign language in order to 'talk' to others, which is part of the reason why some people think he is mute. On the very rare occasion that Barret lets himself enter a church or other holy ground he seems on edge and nervous most of the time.

Barret watches his surroundings at all times, even though he always has his nose in a book. Barret uses his ability to see around himself constantly, that way he doesn't miss a thing even when absorbed in a book.

Spectralkenisis
This ability has to do with spirits, demons, ect. Barret can communicate, interact, and command the spectral forces around him. He can have the spirits move things, attack, or even block. Barret can even use the spirits to see, hear, and speak with others from a distance. The more spirits and demons around the more he can do at once. The further he makes a spirit move the less he can do with them with the last thing other than movement being seeing what it could see.
SKILLS
Barret has a quick mind and fast reaction speed. He does free running and free climbing in his spare time and boosts his skill there with his control over spirits. Due to this you could be forgiven for thinking Barret has more than one power.
EQUIPMENT
Barret always keeps a mask with him to use while being Legion. The mask looks like a skull with sharp teeth. Other than that Barret doesn't keep anything special with him.
WEAPONS
Barret doesn't use weapons when he fights. Instead he uses his environment and the malicious spirits around him to fight. The malicious spirits are able to nearly materialize and can do actual damage to a target.
WEAKNESSES
Since Barret's powers rely on spirits to be around he is just about a normal human without them. Places where he has no power are holy places and close to holy items as they repel all but normal spirits that only allow him to see, hear, and speak. However, his weakness to religious items depends on how strong of a faith the holder has.

Barret has been sensitive to spirits since he was little. Experts thought this would fade over time but it only got worse. In fourth grade Barret started wearing a cross and this helped tremendously. Barret never removed the cross until he was a couple weeks away from graduating high school.
The school was celebrating the siniors graduation with a dance. Barret was with someone and she asked him to take off his cross. Even though he was hesitant to do so he did. Right after Barret could see and hear all of the spirits in the room. It wasn't unusual so he didn't freak out at all. But when he spoke....well his voice was very different. This scared a few people, including the girl he had gone to the dance with. He ran outside trying to deny what was happening. Making his way home as he finally decided to accept what was happening.
Over the next few years Barret worked on his power and managed to get good control over. This combined with his other skills Barret started up as a vigilante under the name Legion. And he did good at it. Not long after he was approached and offered to join a group. Figuring it would be better than being alone Barret joined them.
