Evelyn is a seventeen year old teenage girl living on her own after her parents were killed. She has no siblings and is barely making it buy. She works two jobs one during the week and the other on weekends.
Evelyn is extremely shy and timid when you first meet her. She doesn't trust people easily. If you manage to earn her trust you will see that she can be very caring. She has a habit of using sarcasm a lot. Some see that as disrespect but that is just how she is. She is a bit on the brainy side, she loves to read and write. She tends to be a wall flower when she is in big crowds of people.
Evelyn's parents lived in a somewhat run down apartment building. Her mother worked as a waitress and her father worked at a garage. They did the best that they could for their daughter. She was sent to school and they wanted her to get a good education. They wanted her to have the things that they didn't. Evelyn was a bright and bubbly child. She always knew how to make friends. But at the age of thirteen, when her parents were killed, Evelyn changed. She was no longer the bright and friendly child that everyone thought her to be.
She became quiet, reserved and stuck to the back of the classrooms. She refused to live with any of her living family and was put into the foster care system. After going to her first foster home she ran away. She wasn't going to be tossed from house to house. She knew no one would want her since she was older. Adults always love babies and she wasn't a little girl anymore. She managed to secure a job and get a place to stay thanks to a friend from work that was willing to let her sleep on her couch.
