Brought up in Durham, England, Dave was the son of two High School teachers. The eldest of 3, his sister and brother being twins nine years younger than himself.
A bright student whilst in school, Dave joined the Air Force cadets and enrolled fully when turning 16 due to lack of any appealing careers. After 5 years of relatively lifeless mechanics in aviation, Dave eventually changed to infantry duties. After many successful peace keeping operations in Ireland and Asia, the young aircraftman sat exam after exam to move to Sergeant.
His promotion and even more time logged in enemy space had him attend the officer schoolings and able to make his way to Flying Officer.
Respected by many, Dave has been known to injure foes above killing them; some see this as a weakness where he see's it as an obligation to the Right to a Fair Trial, Human Right.
