An Italian 'business' man in 1920's New York. Known in the underworld as 'The Wolf,' due to his tendencies for brutality when dealing with 'problems.'
Cold, calculating, always business-like. When his temper flares up, most people in the room know instinctively to conveniently remember that they need to run home and feed their cat. Frankie is not without his, for lack of a better word, 'tender' side, however. Particularly when concerned with the fairer sex. Frankie is always respectful to ladies, and has a reputation for spoiling his girlfriends with lavish gifts.
Frankie is never without some means of protection, including but not limited to carrying a knife on his person somewhere, and there always being at least one bodyguard near him. He is also the owner/manager of a ritzy Italian restaurant.
Francisco is the eldest of two sons (his younger brother being the much less tame Adolpho Seccarinni) of a very high-up Italian mobster. It is a well known fact that the cool-headed, business-like Frankie will inherit the family business when his father retires.
Frankie has, according to tradition, a long standing rivalry with Fiona Muirenn, the possible heir of the Muirenn gang. Though this rivalry may not be exactly what it seems...
