Chains of Torment: This Spell stops the Target from moving or Casting Spells. They can still Attack and fire Ranged Weapons. It fizzles and fails if the Target is Magic-Proof or GodMod.

Background
Keaira never knew her parents, abandoned as a monstrosity to her culture, spawned from a rape victim, whom are viewed as demons. She was found in the Axiphix Forest, a forest claimed to be haunted. She spent most of her early years stuck, lost in the forest with spirits that resided there. That is where no one knows how she managed to survive. In truth, the spirits there helped raise her, giving her much of her influence, power, and aura, and much of her personality as a recluse. She now largely wanders the world, searching for something. She so far has been remotely nice to one person only.
