Personality
Plum believes herself to be above the law, and does whatever she pleases. To this end she can be a jerk, sweet, giving, greedy, and even lustful at any given time. She can even be rather violent if given a reason.

Other Equipment
- Smoke bombs - The bombs explode violently, but this is mostly for shock value. They rapidly fill the air with smoke. The smoke tastes kind of funny, but is otherwise safe to breathe.
- Knockout Gas Bombs - In contrast, these bombs are exactly like her smoke bombs, only they will knock out any who breathe in the gas for an indeterminate amount of time.
- Grappling Hook - This pistol shoots a grappling hook to help the user scale large, vertical surfaces.
- Waterproof Invisibility Watch - This watch allows the user to become temporarily invisible to the naked eye. The watch drains faster the faster it's user moves while invisible, and
- Camera Shades - These shades allow the user to utilize heat vision, night vision, x-ray vision, and other such useful things. It also has the convenience of allowing the user to take photos and record video through their own eyes.
- Lock Cracking Tools - Self Explanatory
- Voice Modifier - This tool discreetly attached to the neck, gives the user an uncanny ability to morph their voice into whatever they want, even crossing into the opposite sex. Can be used to project voices as well.

Plum smirked. "I can make one~" she replied, before reaching down and abruptly hefted Regit over her into a semi-uncomfortable carrying position hanging over her shoulder. Completely disregarding the other female's rights, she then sprinted off to find a nice place to chill out in on the outskirts of the city.

Plum promptly dragged Regit into a somewhat more private place for sitting her down. Crossing her arms, she looked down at her expectantly. "So?~ This private enough for you?" she quizzed, applying at least mild pressure. What did it even matter to her anyway?
Regit;holding her hoodie for a bit "well you see there is a reason I am on a run its been awhile since anyone would even know about me "she said a bit of afraid "yet you heard the story of Maxie's daughter running away from home at the age of 10 which everyone start out journeying but this journey to her can be a disaster later on if she is not careful and what not
Plum just sort of stared at Regit. "...Do you have some sort of speaking impairment?" she asked bluntly, apparently either unable to understand what Regit had just said or aggravated by the phrasing. If the content itself surprised her, she didn't show it. Perhaps she had heard crazier things.

Plum just sort of... stared at Regit for a moment. "...A what?" she asked, perfectly casually. It turned out that not everyone was fully aware of foreign issues. Her tone suggested she wished for an explanation.
Regit;getting up to walk around looking at her and looking down "well I don't want anyone getting the wronge idea and plus I know he is still searching but if they come here I don't know either to surrender myself to save everyone or just keep running so there won't be trouble
Plum smiled at Regit. "Yeah? Sit down, take a candy bar, and tell lil' Plum a story." she responded, whipping out a candy bar and lightly tossing it in Regit's direction. It was a chocolate bar, still in it's package. Despite the friendly gesture, her tone had been... slightly demanding. She wasn't giving Regit the option, so much as she was willing to attempt to be pleasant so long as the other girl gave her what she wanted.
Regit;caught the chocolate bar as soon it was thrown at her and Pichu came to herside and soon sitting on her shoulder "this story about myself on where I am from and "she soon started listening around for any other sound before saying as she sat back down
Plum smirked, eyeing Regit with the look of a cock-sure predator. "Gimme it all, babe~" she said in a rather domineering tone, apparently ever so confident in her position of improvised authority.
Regit looking at her oddly then said "you know the legendary pokemon Groudon Kyorge and Raquaza well here is a thing why my dad is after me because I have something that he is after this item was destroyed by the third pokemon but somehow appeared right next to me just when I was outside "she said taking her bag off and pulling out something round covering into a cloth
Plum quirked an eyebrow ever so slightly, staring at Regit in a thoughtful manner. "So let me get this straight--You've got somethin' important and your /dad/ is after you." she said in a tone of mild disbelief. Somehow she was starting to get the impression that Regit wasn't as innocent as she might've initially assumed. She heard names that were vaguely familiar, the nmes of legendary pokemon, but she wasn't sure what to make of their mention.
Regit;"I put it in this cloth so I don't let it obsorb into me or anyone unless I know that the groudon is close by but I am not going to use it now since I don't think running into it

Plum blanked. Absorbing stuff? Sounded... like something that left you feeling violated at the end of the day. "...Hmph." she remarked quietly, apparently not having anything to say right away. Then, her pichu started trying to warn her of something and Plum caught onto the big picture. Regit was on the run, and Pichu was seeing something that worried it.
Perhaps... whatever Regit was on the run from.

"...Tell you what~ You learn to depend on me and give me what I want, and I take care of you and make sure your dad doesn't get'ya~" she said with a bright smile on her face, apparently quite sure in her proposal. With that she pulled her hand back and placed both hands on her hips. "As for anything else I want--Perhaps something'll come up later...~" she said in an ever so slightly darker tone. To be fair, she /was/ being pretty honest about it.
