Personality
Scott is a quiet individual, although he's always ready to help somebody out, And is very courageous and brave, Although he is deathly afraid of Snakes, He also has a slight heroic nature, constantly taking on others problems, and is the kind of person who would be more likely to become a martyr or fight on even past all reasonable doubt of winning, than to run away or give in.
Equipment
Scott usually only carries four small throwing knives, but occasionally carries a pistol, usually if he feels that fighting is going to be a major part of the following events. He is able to fight unarmed, knowing some small street fighting skills, along with a small amount of parkour, but anybody people who has studied in either of those subjects could easily beat him, The area in which he excels is in knife fighting and short to medium range shooting, although especially in elemental combat.
History
Scott had an average childhood until he was blessed by a witch to have control over the element of light, for which he had a great amount of trouble at first controlling, nearly blinding himself the first time he attempted to use it. However, by the time he was fifteen, the government got wind of his impressive abilities, and had him kidnapped, for use in experiments to replicate his abilities, But only held him for a total of 4 months, after wards He managed to escape, hiding in his home unknown to everyone else for three weeks, until He was Found out, and, when he refused to join the government, his home was burnt to the ground, His family burning as he watched, unable to help them.
Ever since then, He has wandered the world, looking for a place to fit in as well as ways to get revenge upon those whom were responsible for his families death.
