Bio:
Serra was born in 1986 , at the south eastern border of Spain. Her mother and father both human, had raised her just like any other girl in their small town called Rosaria. Dance and fencing were her favorite passed times, but when one night during a summer festival she had been attacked by a Vampire - of unknown heritage - thought of have fallen into a deadly fever at first, in reality it was her body trying to fight off the intruding Virus changing her from the inner core into Vampire, she was rushed into the local Hospital, pronounced dead 2 days later. Weeks later though resurrected as a full fledged Vampire she found herself 6 feet under, scared and yet completely clueless of what had happened to her she broke the Coffin and dug herself out of the dirt. Confused she made her way from the graveyard to her home... but her parents wouldn't except her, throwing hurtful words at her at first than calling her a monster - ultimately casting her out of her home, the only place she knew.
Drifting from place to place without a steady place to call home, she met a woman who took pity on her - at first she didn't know herself she was a Vampire, the signs came when she was getting mild headaches when walking in the sun unprotected. Thinking it was just because of her black hair she started to wear hats and caps though soon those became irrelevant because she had become used to the headaches - it was just another thing to live with. So the middle aged lady took her in because she had seen her dance on the street with some street musicians for money. Learning and perfecting her passion for dance she picked back up on her love for fencing in town. It wasn't uncommon for women in Spain to be very gifted fencers but with her extra abilities now - competing against humans had become a little too easy.
Making her living as a Spanish dance apprentice, she won many contests within her own country - when she finally thought the time was right to move, she chose the city of Indianapolis. Making a decent living, working part-time as a Latin dance instructor. Now around 23 ... still looking that 19 though, she chose to enroll at a University of Arts to become a certified Spanish Dance teacher, while she never gave up her other passion fencing.
Wondering almost everyday of her life, who had made her the thing she was now - It never did let go of her ever...
