Snow took a moment to realise Suiauthon was there, having heard him approaching but assumed it was just another patron going to sit at the counter. She turned when the steps ceased behind her, seeing the Elven King there, smile tracing her lips. ¨Hello Sui-¨ she said, looking at his hand, reaching out to take the flower. Her smile widened then, she felt better almost instantly then she had been feeling moments before. ¨Thank you.¨ she looked back up at him, her fingers tracing over the ghostly petals, her fingers practically as pale white.

Snow nodded in agreement. ¨Yes... No more trouble. I am so sorry for running away last night. I... I just had to.¨ she said, hanging her head for a moment. With the possibility of her losing control and attacking her aggressor, she could have gotten hurt even worse then he had already hurt her.

Snow looked at him, almost as if she did not believe it. After having so many people come into her life, and then leaving her behind without so much as a word... she didn't believe in long term friendships, in long term love... life was ever fleeting for her. ¨That is... very kind Sui.¨ she said, almost seeming to fall back in her seat. How much things reminded her of Snake, how he had said he would protect her... ¨So how have you been?¨ she asked, looking at the ghostly flower in her hands, to hide the look in her eyes, though her brows were still expressive of the slight sadness.

Snow was still for a moment, if she had had any breath to hold, surely she would be in shock of the moment. Suiauthon hardly knew her, and the same for her with him. But in that short time, the time, that she had started to try and talk to people again, instead of hiding up in her room in loneliness... ¨You really... won't just disappear?¨ she finally said, when she found her voice. She understood if by some cruel way this was just a dream, or that something beyond his control came along, and removed him from her life, as all people. But she really hoped it was not like that.

Snow felt protected, feeling warmth around her, where she was so cold. She knew some would see her foolish, to trust this man she hardly knew so soon, but his words spoke volumes, made her believe he really meant what he said. That he would keep her safe, would defend her. There was no more her being all on her own. She didn't hear when Jake spoke, burying her face against Sui's chest and just letting herself cry for once, there was no shame in it.

Snow slowly and sneakily slid herself into his lap, she still wasn't quite aware... what they were, perhaps still too surprised by it all, but she couldn't help herself in this small indulgence. ¨Sui, is it bad... to wish to remain the way I am? Is it bad, to be... what I am?¨ she asked, moving even closer as she spoke, the scent of his blood was almost mesmerizing, and completely tempting, she didn't mean to come on so strongly in that way.
