A heavenly messenger that has fallen, roaming the physical plane hoping to find a purpose for his "immortal" life.
Curious, though judgmental. Nearly always amorous.
Vincent Carries no equipment save two items gleaned from his former station as the wrath of God. A snake-shaped bracelet, wrought of an unknown, silvery metal, that winds up his left forearm--enabling him to draw on his innate Seraphim abilities even while in his human form. The other a weapon resembling a slightly curved cavalry saber, sheathed in a gilt scabbard on his left hip. These are the only links he still holds to his previous life of celestial servitude.
Guilty of the gravest sin of all, direct disobedience to his creator and master, the high seraph Vincentius Bellax was certain to be punished. For the crime of refusing to destroy the souls of those who had committed suicide, 'Vincent' as he is now called is doomed to wander the physical plane of the multiverse for a thousand years, or until he is slain by those sinners that he apparently loved.
