Viridian Forest

"Here is it Bagon, Viridian Forest!" Tsukai pointed excited to the forest as if she were waiting something to come out of it, her Bagon just kept a look full of admiration, for the mountain dragon the forest was inmense, Tsukai noticed it´s look and giggled putting a hand in her mouth "Now, now Bagon, don´t be so surprised compared to other forests this one is very small."

Tsukai raised her head to the sky, she had been feeling pumped since she beated the weird guy and his Tropius, with more luck and training she would become even better, she looked at her Bagon and knelt at his side opening her right hand at him, "Bagon" The little dragon understanding the message growled with happiness giving Tsukai a high five with his little claws, Tsukai laughed with happiness and started rubbing Bagon´s chin "You´re the best Bagon, let´s show the world what we can do"

The Bagon nodded and Tsukai raised looking at the forest with determination, took a breath and started walking "Let´s go Bagon, eyes open we need to find you a partner before we reach Pewter City I will collect some berrys while you are at watch." "Bagon!" The dragon growled happily following her trainer, after a moment both were entering the depths of the forest.

[Tsukai Amai] As Tsukai walked through the slowly darkening (but still mid-afternoon) forest, she would eventually realize that trekking through the massive expanse of trees would take at least two days - and that was only if she managed not to get too lost.

The sounds of Pokemon resounded throughout the forest; clearly, many types of Pokemon lived here. It was only up to the small dragon Pokemon by Tsukai's side to find them.

Of course, it didn't take much effort to find the first one. A small pink cat Pokemon - a Skitty - wandered out from one of the Berry bushes, looking dazed. For a minute, it glanced between Tsukai and her Pokemon, utterly confused. Then, beaming widely, it approached the young trainer and rubbed against her legs. "Skitty!" it cried. Clearly, it approved of its new trainer - if she wanted it.

((Wow, I was a bit worried that the numbers were going to fail to get you a wild Pokemon yet again. But here you go. A freebie too!))

((Yes! a freebie, after reading in the arena how the numbers work i went like. that explains a lot, and for a strange reason my chara looks more like a breeder than a trainer ))

Tsukai smiled when she saw the Skitty rubbing her legs, after a moment she bent a little trying to touch the Skitty's head, watching how the Skitty wasn't against the idea she started rubbing it, looking in her bag with her free hand something, after a moment she took out a yellow and a red poke block "Are you hungry?", smiling while the Skitty waved it's tail Tsukai give to it the yellow poke block and the red one to her Bagon.

Tsukai took out a pokeball form her bag and put it in the floor in front of the Skitty, the Skitty looked amused the pokeball "You know... I'm traveling to reach the highest and most powerful opponents one can find here, but I need a good team. Would you like to join me?" Tsukai and her Bagon kept looking at the Skitty, after a moment it touched the pokeball tiwce to be captured by it.

"Nice a Skitty, you have a new friend Bagon!" Tsukai looked how her little dragon was jumping happily in the same place , she took the pokeball and inserted in her gauntlet waiting to the system to recognize it, after a softly *Beep* Tsukai made the pokeball appeared in her hand. "Ok, come Skitty!" Tsukai threw the pokeball near a tree making her Skitty appear after a flash. "I have a mission to you Skitty..." Tsukai smiled at the Skitty waving it's tail quickly and pumped, it probably understood they were depending on it "As a native here you must know the roads... or at least you don't get lost that easily, take me to the north... to a city near a mountain." The Skitty moved it's ears and started walking followed by the Bagon, Tsukai smiled following them, now she need to train them a little hard if she didn't find a pokemon that would help her against the first gym leader.

[Tsukai Amai] The Skitty and trainer waltzed quickly through the forest. The Pokemon clearly knew its way, so it would take the minimum travel time to arrive at their destination.

The forest, though teeming with potential Pokemon, yielded no more for now to the young trainer. However, Skitty seemed to be very adept at finding things, whether it was the path or Berry bushes. Once, the young Pokemon stopped and discovered a small pendant, made of steel of some sort. It seemed to quiver with power in Tsukai's hand.

The sun, though it was still fairly high in the sky, was blocked by the leaves, which glowed green. Tsukai only had another hour or so before the forest would be too dark to safely travel in.

((Haha, nice. Just so you know, you'll still be staying in the forest for two days, since that's the minimum travel time of the forest... So you can get to Pewter City on the morning of the third day. Also, the Skitty has a story...you can decide whether it tells you right away or never does. Basically, it was abandoned by a high-ranking member of Team Rocket. It's not exactly old, but it has spent a few years in the forest.))

Tsukai raised her head to the sky, she couldn´t see the sun, but judjing how cold it was getting around her, it could been say the night was starting to fall. Tsukai sighed she wanted to travel the forest in the night, there were very rare nocturnal pokemon out there, but she and her pokemon had been walking all the day, and propably her Bagon was more tired than her since it had to fight against a big pokemon. Tsukai clapped catching her pokemon attention.

"Ok guys time to rest, let´s build a camp" Bagon and Skitty looked to each other anxiously, Tsukai smiled looking for a comfortable tree, after a while she found a decent tree, not comfortable but she could fix that using her bag as a pillow. She started to grab rocks and leaves from the floor putting it near the tree, after a while she turned to her pokemon poitning to a near tree.

"Go Skitty! Use scratch on those branches!" "Skiiii!" Tsukai looked how her Skitty went to the tree and started to climb it, after a while the Skitty was above the tree scratching the thinest branches it could reach, down Tsukai and Bagon where collecting the branches and leaving them near the rocks and the leaves after a while Tsukai smiled to her Skitty opening her arms, the Skitty jumped to Tsukai chest purring happily. After catching it and rubbing it´s head Tsukai walked to the tree, left Skitty in the floor and started moving the things she had collected, after a moment she had finished building a bonfire.

"Ready... Now Bagon! Use Ember!" "Bagoon!" Tsukai´s little dragon growled fiercely, took air and after a moment spitted three little fireballs creating a nice fire. Tsukai quickly put the rocks around it so it wouldn´t jump to another places, after that Tsukai sat laying her back in the tree while her Bagon and her Skitty layed down near her, yawning lazily Tsukai took out from her bag two poke blocks and another one that look very similar to a pokeblock, she gave one to each pokemon and ate the remaining one. "Let´s sleep, awake me if a pokemon get near in the night..." Tsukai stretched her arms, pat for a last time her pokemon and fell in a light sleep.

((Sorry guys. I got really busy, really fast. Hopefully, I won't be absent for such an extended time again.

Speaking of time, don't worry about it at all. If you're gone for a really long time, then you can ignore the fact that days have passed in other peoples' storylines and just post from wherever you left off.))

[Tsukai Amai] During the night, Skitty got a bit overexcited and decided to take a walk.

The small kitten Pokemon doesn't need any encouragement to go places on its own. It loves to travel, making it an even more entertaining Pokemon to have around. However, that's not necessarily a good thing for personal protection.

Anyway, while walking, Tsukai's Bagon chased it down, worried that their trainer would be left without a Pokemon. Ironically, that's exactly what occured. In their absense, a young Gloom wandered up to the sleeping Tsukai and released a Sleep Powder, causing her to fall into an even deeper sleep, which couldn't be disturbed by the fighting that was about to occur. Then it toddled over to the bag of food that was left nearby. By the time the two Pokemon came back, it had eaten half of their rations. (It's about midnight; you can control what your Pokemon do.)
