Introduction

The ominous towers loom around the world of Formidilosus. At first the empire thought it's superiour soldiers could drive back the beasts. However it was soon apparant that they had thought wrong, casualties began to soar and the empire had no choice but to pull back and fortify in three main cities; Eneus (the copper city), Insuadibilis (the adamant city), and Silicis (the stone city). The only thing left for the quickly degenerating empire of Ferramenta is to fight the demons that spew from the gates of the beasts. Many bodies of both creature and human form litter the first few levels of the mighty towers. Many strange plants are also found inside the corridors and vast feilds, they tend to be used in highly valuable medicinal stews. However, with the soldiers of the once great empire otherwise occupied fighting the beasts that come from the dark towers, it is up to brave adventurers otherwise known as climbers to go and retrieve the treasures from within the towers.

The Vapor scoffed slightly and grunted in affirmation. "Alright, if you say so. I don't care anything about 'pretty' anyways," she stated, a bit tiredly. Looks wouldn't get her anything. She closed her eyes as the woman began to work, wincing ever so slightly at she pressed down. The woman seemed to know what she was doing. "Done, Ravi?" she questioned, using the name to make sure to get her attention.

Ravina Vento with one begins to tie off the bandage, "Just about, Vapor. See its funny you're one of the few people that calls me Ravi when I ask them too, I'm fairly impressed." When she finished there was still plenty of left over bandage. "I'm going to return this, okay?" She hands felt fairly warm for the winter weather as she patted Vapor on the shoulder, "You really get a name, Vapor could be a bitconfusing on documents." She stood up, grabbing the spear that she had planted in the snow a few minutes earlier and broke off in a sprint, using the air to speed herself up. "Good Luck!"

Ryuu Jin stopped sensing a slight disturbance in the form of something shuffling along behind him like a large cat pads after its next meal. Smiling slightly under his helmet Ryuu would turn and face the monstrous lizard his right hand tensing as he readied himself to finish this quickly with one strike to the creatures exposed neck as it tried to charge his midriff. Slowly moving his hand down to the hilt of his weapon the beast would run forward charging at him from the front, drawing his attention from the beast that silently flapped above preparing to strike him in a dive.

The Vapor nodded. "It's what you told me your name was," she stated simply, moving towards the gates again. "Alright, but I doubt I'll ever remember my real name," she responded with a shrug. Luck wasn't something she was familiar with...She just moved through the gates tiredly, to seek out an inn or even just an open area. She'd need to sleep for a few hours at least and then, most likely, go back to a tower. Such was her life, now.

Ryuu Jin stood slowly his muscle sore from purging the last attack of monsters from the streets. Looking about at the various levels of destruction that were strewn about just outside the gates he would sigh knowing this wasnt the last time the town on Insuadibilis would lose troops to the roving parties of creatures that left the towers on occasion. If he had been any later with his return from the tower for his daily training the town might have had more casualties. Feeling like there was nothing more he wanted to do he would walk out towards the tower's again.

The Vapor vaguely registered a few beings exiting the town. She lazily stood up and stretched, rubbing the bandage around her head gingerly. Perhaps they were guards of the city, checking for any stragglers, or just climbers that were checking to see if the towers had less enemies now. She decided to just watch them for now, a slight smirk on her face.
