Elise Monroe's Story

Lorelei wiped the tears away and looked up at Elise like she was about to get in trouble with her parents before looking back at them. "I was just joking too..." She said softly and walked up to Adrian, cupping his face. "Adrian... I was just joking... don't make me kiss you in front of everyone." She said softly. Lorelei didn't think Adrian would have crashed like this or that the men would be as stupid as to believe her. Elise seemed to know she was joking though. She ended up kissing him for a moment when he didn't return to her. "Wake the hell up, boy." She smiled.

Elise about died and let out a happy squeal when Lorelei kissed Adrian and she practically started dancing in place. Blairs jaw practically his the floor and Misha started sobbing about his baby Adrian growing up and then some more completely jumbled words. Elise giggled and shoo'd the boys of the room. "Out you go, let them be alone for a minute. Adrian might die if we dont." She said before closing the door behind them and walking down the hall, both of their hands in hers as she led them away. Adrian had barely snapped back into reality when the door closed. He looked up at Lorelei confused and then looked away at he ground. "I uhm...you're not mad..?" He asked quietly.

Adrian shook his head. "I dont like men like that.....And I didnt mean to melt down like that. It just happens sometimes. Misha just leaves me on the floor when it does...I bet he's crying because you kissed me. Elise was way too excited about it too. I wonder what goes through her head some days..." He said furrowing his brow a little.

Elise threw the boys into the break room and wandered back off to the crematory. "Hey, hey Loris~ Blair and I are going out for drinks later, did you wanna tag along? Its gotta be better than sitting at home righhhht?" She asked, her head tilted to the side and an innocent smile plastered on her face.

She frowned, "Well I wouldn't leave you... you kind of scared me a bit. I'll try and not do that again. Okay? So don't be mad at me please." She said softly and tilted his chin up so he would look at her. "I will even sing to you." She whispered nervously.

Loris had just put the last body in when Elise came in. "Where is my baby girl? What do you do to her you evil woman?" He smiled. "Sure thing, same bar?" He asked dusting his hands off. "I thought Blair was dating that small girl, Ivory or something." He asked, smiling up at her.

Adriam smiled a little bit. "Well you better get singing then. I dont know how else i'm gonna feel better if you dont sing." He said and pulled her into him so that her head was resting on his chest. "I'm not mad at you even a little bit. I was just really worried that you were actually upset and I didnt know what to do." He said softly as he played with her hair a little.

Elise smiled a big giant grin. "Her and Adrian are having a moment alone. Apparently they finally decided to try dating. Isnt that wonderful!? Theyre so cute I might just melt. Of course that might also be from the heat in here though." She said with a giggle. "And I am not evil! I'm super innocent" She said making a pouty face with her finger touching her bottom lip. "Mhm same place. Blair's not dating Ivie, apparently. He says theyre just friends and that all theyll ever be." She explained.

Lorelei ran her hands around him and held him close, "Good." She said softly before singing.



When she was done with the song she looked up at him and smiled.

Loris raised a brow, "A moment, aye?" He laughed and looked over at her. "Lorelei could take my heat." He winked at her joking. And went to finish up what he was doing. "But I am glad those two kids are getting along. It might mean I don't have to hold up to my end of the deal." He laughed nervously. "And Blair isn't dating her? That's kind of sad. Have you seen them two together? Perfect match, but maybe she is too good for him." He said softly. Once he was done he walked up to her and tilted her chin up and making her looked up at him. "If you don't move we can't go anywhere, sweetheart."

Adrian pretty much just melted the entire time Lorelei was singing. He really felt at peace when she sang and it was like the rest of the world faded out of existence and it was just him and her left. Adrian looked down at Lorelei and closed his eyes for a second before leaning in and kissing her softly. When he pulled away he blushed and tried to hide it with his hands. "I feel better now...." He mumbled.

Elise smiled up at Loris with that innocent smile she was known for and reached up, first cupping his cheeks and then pinching both of them before smirking and beginning to walk towards the break room. "You're real cute Loris, real cute." She said looking back at him and smiling. "But you shouldnt try to play with things that might bite back~" She teased ever so slightly.

She kissed him back just as softly and smiled, she loved the pinkness of his cheeks when he blushed. She moved his hands away, so she could stare at them more. "Good, now we better get up off this floor before Misha comes in and thinks we done something. And then we both drown in his tears." She smiled and stood up, taking his hands, and making him stand up. "If I am going to drown I would like to do it in the ocean, thank you very much." She took his hand and lead him out just in time to run into Loris and Elise.

Loris sighed, "You know maybe I want you to bite. Have you ever thought of that, El?" He asked. He walked after her and saw Lorelei and Adrian holding hands. "Aren't you two just the cutest things I ever did see." He smiled and winked at Lorelei. She shook her head, "Oh, you and Elise are dating?" She laughed, "Why you never tell me things, Loris? We are suppose to be friends."

"Her? Do we look like a good couple?" He asked and slung an arm around her shoulder before pulling her close to him. "But you will always be my baby girl, Lor." He winked.

"Ugh okay, dad. Stop embarrassing me in front of my boyfriend." She smiled and dragged Adrian out of the building. "Kids these days, Adrian... kids. These. Days." She smiled up at him.

Adrian smiled and happily got up off the floor and followed Lorelei out of the building. He didnt quite get what she meant about misha thinking they did something. What would they be doing that would make him cry an entire river? They walked out and ran into Elise and Loris in the hallway. Adrian just blinked at the whole conversation going on. He ended up pretty confused about things and what Loris wanted Elise to bite. Did he have food? Adrian didnt see any food when they were talking. "So..Where are we going now?" He asked once they were outside.

Elise smirked and then just about died when she saw Lorelei and Adrian holding hands. "Oh my god theyre so cute together I might actually just faint right here. You'd catch me right? Riiiiighhht?" She said looking up at Loris as Lorelei walked away with Adrian in tow. "And If you wanted me to bit you should have said so. Im willing to bite on command you know." She teased as she turned and started walking again.

Lorelei looked around and saw a restaurant, that wasn't Ivie's work, down the street. "You want to go there to have dinner with me?" She asked. "I have never been to that place, mostly because when I would come I would head straight home after." She said. Lorelei had never been to a restaurant with someone who wasn't family so she didn't know exactly what to do.

Loris watched as they left. A part of him was happy for her, she had been quite sad while he was gone and he had tried his best to cheer her up. He didn't think they would have gotten so close and he didn't expect to feel this way about her. Loris smiled at Elise. "El, if I do that we might have to go back down stairs." He smirked and walked after her. When they got to the break room he glared at Blair.

"What the hell is wrong with you man? Date the tiny woman before she gets away. I have never seen you so into a woman before." He said.

Adrian looked at the restuarant too and nodded. "Sounds good. I havent been there yet either. I usually just go places with blair or Elise during our lunch break, but we havent been there yet." He said before taking her hand and leading her through the semi-crowded street to the restuarant. They walked in and got seated and the waitress came by and handed them menu's and took their drink orders before leaving them to look over the menu's.

Elise smile and kept walking. "I'm down if you are sweet cheeks." She said in a sing song tone as they walked into the break room where Blair was rubbing his wrist trying to get the line from the handcuffs off of his wrist. He glared back at Loris. "We're not going to date, how many times do I have to tell you people that Ivie and I are just friends? I've sworn off dating for at least a year if not longer. Its not gonna happen. Why dont you and Elise date? I could hear the flirting from here you sicko's we're still at work you know." He said giving Elise a disapproving look. "Aww but daddy...DOnt be such a stiff" Elise said softly. Blair sighed and shook his head. "What did I say about calling me that..." He said pinching the bridge of his nose. "Only in private?" Elise chimed before giggling. "I know I know. I'm just messing with you Blair bear." She said with an innocent smile.

Lorelei followed him him closely before going in and sitting. When they gave the waitress their drink orders she looked at the menu and glanced down at what they had, then she looked over it and peeked at him. He looked so serious trying to figure what to eat and she couldn't help but smile. She loved the way his brows furrowed and his eyes glared at the menu like it did him wrong. She hurried back at her own menu so he didn't catch her staring. She decided on something simple and waited, hiding behind her menu.

"Daddy calm down, your taste in women is shit. Let's be real. I am trying to helping you. Snatch her up or someone will." He said and sat down in a chair. "You all what me and El flirting?" He looked at her, "Were we flirting? I thought that is how you make friends. I mean I wasn't the one who went home with her last time." He smiled and leaned back in the chair. "Oh... or are you into men now, daddy? I heard you got handcuffed to the table." He winked and clicked his tongue. "That sounds hot." He laughed.

Adrian stared at his menu intently, mainly just so he wasnt looking at Lorelei all the time. He decided on a pasta dish that was simple enough. The waitress came back a few minutes later and took their orders. Adrian got his pasta dish that had a lemon and caper sauce and once Lorelei had ordered she smiled and disappeared again. Adrian looked around the resturaunt for a moment before speaking up. "So you made friends with Loris? I dont know him that well since I typically dont need to be in the crematory..He goes out with Blair and Elise I think though." He said, mainly just trying to start some kind of conversation.


Elise giggled and then sighed. "Can you believe he bothered to take me all the way to my apartment on the other side of the city, just to tuck me in and go home? He's such a polite daddy." She teased, Blair groaned. "Oi, even if I were into men, I still wouldnt be into Adrian. The boys about as dense as a rock some times. He's just lucky he's a weaselly little bastard and got my handcuffs away from me." He said crossing his arms. "Mm Adrian can be pretty dense when it comes to some things. I dont even think he realizes Lorelei's trying to get into his tidy whities. Its the cutest thing." Elise piped up. Blair shook his head. "Kids these days.." He muttered.

Lorelei order a breaded chicken salad with broccoli and looked out the window and saw the people walked around and wondered where they were going and if they were happy or not. Some of the smiled and some were emotionless. She snapped out of her thoughts when he started talking. "Hm? Oh yeah, Loris was the one I lied to about my dad or something being the one he was about to set on fire. When he saw me again after you left he thought I was a homeless girl, but I had to tell him I was with Misha." She laughed softly. "He is a nice guy. He doesn't think I am weird when I write goodbye letters to the ones he is about to burn. I like to slip them in their hands so they can have something with them when they go." She said softly, looking down at her hands. "I know he goes out with them, he says sometimes it is fun, but Elise can be a handful. Even when she is drunk it is like she is herself times eighty... or so he says." She said and thought about him and smiled. "He is a nutball, but he helped me when you left so." She shrugged.

She looked up at him, "So... what about you and artist boy? You know, the one you scared for life?" She laughed softly. "There aren't anyone else?"


"Daddy is just a big ole tease." He shook his head. "You can't tease a lady like that and not go for the swing, Blair Bear." He joked. Loris though Blair was dense too, but you can't help all of them. His hand twitched when Elise made the comment about Loris. "One, she is just curious about the whole losing your virginity... or the process of it. Two, she isn't you. I don't even think she knows what she is doing." He could feel his blood boiling and rubbed his neck. "The girl is as innocent as they come. I don't even think you were born innocent, Elise." He stood and walked the door. "You two coming drinking or what?" He asked.

Adrian listened along about Loris. Part of Adrian didnt like that he seemed to be so close to Lorelei. He didnt want to feel possessive over her but he couldnt seem to stop it either. He perked back up when Lorelei talked about Elise, and then about his room mate. "Oh well Micah likes to wake me up in the middle of my life to discuss really weird stuff. One time he woke me up to ask me if I knew whether or not dogs get deja-vu or not. Or if they get songs stuck in their head like people do. He's pretty strange. I caught him drawing me while I slept one time. He said inspiration stuck and he just had to so I didnt question it really. He's pretty nice though, very bubbly for a man." Adrian said.

Elise blinked at Loris. "Oh I'm sorry I forget that normal people dont just do it because they can. But I already knew about her just being curious, Lorelei already asked me about if it hurt the first time.Said she was only curious because everyone around her was having babies....Ugh I wanna have a baby...Blair bear...?" She said and looked up at Blair batting her eyelashes at him and they walked with Loris to the bar. "No." Was all that Blair said. Elise pouted and looked over at Loris. "For your information, I was innocent like Lorelei once. Unfortunately life is just a lot more fun on the naughty side." She said with a smirk.

She smiled when he talked about his roommate. The waitress came with their food right as he stopped talking. She thanked her softly and began to ate she looked up at him, watching him eat, and smiled. "I am glad you are making a friend over there. I don't like thinking you are over there by yourself with no one. For the first week I felt this tightness in my chest because I was so worried. Being lonely sucks... and I don't want that for you." She said softly before taking another bite of her food.

Loris shook his head at the two. He opened the door and let the two walk in. "I have tasted it, El. Tasted quite a bit of it, remember." He smiled. He ordered himself a drink. "If you want a kid so damn badly get knocked up by your one your stands. Simple and easy. No need for that whole daddy stuff... unless it's Blair. He loves it when people call him that. I heard that Ivie girl pretends to be his daughter. Some kind of fetish you have there, Blair." He said before sipping his drink and smiling.

Adrian stared at his plate for a second before deciding to eat. He hadnt realized that she would worry about him getting lonely. He hadnt ever felt lonely before he met Lorelei, and then he only really felt that way when they were apart for a long while. "I'm glad you have the people at my work. I didnt want you to get lonely either..I'd be super unhappy if that happened." He said before taking another bite.

Elise sighed. "I dont know what you're talking about Loris. Not a clue." She said before ordering a drink. " I dont wanna end up like Ivy. I want like a normal life with a husband or something. But men who want to settle get so stale and boring...Same old moves, same boring note in the morning. Whats a girl gotta do to get some spice in her life." She said sipping on her drink.

Blair shook his head."You can take your weird made up fetish and shove it. I dont even think about Ivie in that way. We're just friends. Thats all we can be so i'm leaving it strictly at that. Ivie just thinks its funny because she's the size of a field mouse and can get away with it." He said stirring his drink around with his straw. "And you're one to talk about fetishes mister, you burn corpses for a living, i dont want to know what yo do in the bedroom. "Ohh but I do" Elise joked.

Lorelei smiled, "Well it is nice you worry about me." She finished her meal and dug in her purse for her wallet and took it out. She looked up at him and saw some sauce on the side of his mouth and had to sit on her legs so she could lean over and wipe the sauce with her thumb then she sucked it off her thumb. She could feel people staring now and she glanced to see some of the guys smirking at her. She looked away, "Sorry." She whispered.

"El, you will never have that. Like ever... just accept your playboy life." He said, sipping his drink. A girl came over and started talking to him. He smiled and talked to her for a bit before declining her over to go dance. He looked back at Blair, "That is all you can be? What is there some wall there?" He said and shook his head. "You are a damn fool, Blair." He said and downed his first drink.

Then he ordered another one, "All I do is sleep in my bedroom, because unlike you two, I like my sleep." He chuckled. "You know that deal I made with Lorelei, El? She was talking to me saying she wanted Adrian to be her first, but he wasn't into it. And told me she was going to ask me and some Rylie guy, but Adrian didn't want her to do it with this Rylie guy. So stupid me, feeling bad, said I would when she was eighteen." He sighed. "I am sure hoping those two work out."

Adrian nearly turned bright red when Lorelei wiped the sauce off the side of his mouth then sucked it off her finger, but he snapped out of it because the waitress came by with their check. Adrian handed her the money and told her to keep the change before Lorelei could pay and then led her out of the restaurant since the men in there were looking at her like she was food. Adrian sighed and looked around. "I dont know what else there is to do in the city this time of year...You wanna go back to the village?" He asked looking up at the sky.

Elise sighed and put her head on the bar. "Jeeze you're so mean Loris. If I'm not married by the time i'm twenty five you have to take responsibility for putting me down like this by marrying me and giving me as many children as I wasnt okay?" She said before sitting back up and finishing her drink. "You better not back out mister!" She mumbled leaning against his shoulder. "You better not touch Lorelei. She's a sweet girl and I'm sure Adrian will turn into a normal boy eventually....Well thats if she can manage to convince him that sex isnt completely unnecessary unless youre actively trying to have a baby. " She said with a sigh. "SO if you sleep in the bedroom...what do you do in the other rooms?" She said just after ordering another drink.

Blair shook his head. "Oi, thats what she said. She's made that abundantly clear that she doesnt need nor want a man in her life. She's got a kid anyways with some asshat so it would be complicated anyways. " Blair said with a sigh. He did like Ivie, and he didnt mind that she had a son. But she was always so stand offish if he got too close or flirted just a little too much. He didnt know how to handle all of that.

Lorelei followed him and stopped when he did so. "Yeah, that would be nice." She said softly. She led him back to the village. The sun was going down and she lights began to pop up down the street they were walking. They walked in silence, but she didn't mind. She could keep her thoughts clear and in order. Her favorite part of the whole trip was going over the bridge. When she would come into town while Adrian was away Lorelei would look over the railing. Sometimes she could see people, small specs, and sometimes she saw nothing at all. Now was one of those times that she leaned over the rail and looked. There was no one, but the way the light hit the trees made her smile.

Loris took a sip of his new drink and was about to say something when he saw Lorelei hand in hand with Adrian. He didn't say anything to Elise, afraid she might run out and cause a scene. He turned back to her, "One, I am not making that deal with you because I know the odds of me getting out of that is a slim chance. Plus it is bad enough I am stuck with you at work, no need to be stuck at home with you too." He smiled and patted her shoulder, "Also I do what any normal man does. I eat in one, read in another, shower in one, and one I guess is for storage." He said before thinking he needed to clean that room out sometime.

He then turned his attention to Blair, "She said that, huh? I mean she is like what eighteen, nineteen, twenty at the most? She has a kid with some asshat... I think maybe that is why she is so leary with dating the playboy of the town. She probably think you are just the same as the guy who knocked her up." He shrugged. "I met her a couple of times, she seems nice. Her kid must be cute too if he looks anything like her..." He smirked, "Or maybe I could give her a go if you aren't interested in her like that." He said before downing his drink.
