In the Kingdom of Lunos, prosperity has settled across the land and a semblance of peace has begun to form. A key to the lands good fortune comes from it's complete authority over magic. For the past 100 years Lunos has enforced a mandatory magical registration law. In order to be a citizen of the Kingdom of Lunos, any magically able and intelligent creatures must enter into a one year training school and learn to use magic in a restricted and reserved manner. These rules have cause most of the powerful magic users to seek a home someplace else, and thus magic has mostly left this land. Only do the smaller magic users, ones who can do only limited and not terribly devastating things with their magic are allowed through this law. Primarily, any good magic wielders work for the king or some stately organization; That is due to a large part of wage. Magical users must pay for their training, most do not have the money and are left with little choice but to work for the Kingdom to pay off their debts.

Recently, the land's most powerful Wizard, and biggest criminal, has escaped from the the Lunos Castle dungeon. His name is Galten Davar aka Full helm. Most wonder why such a strange alias is given to the most wanted man in Lunos. It comes from a vary unique trait. On his head rest a plain knight full helm, which he cannot take off. Davar's specialty in magic comes from alteration. He can alter people's thoughts, bodies, and anything else. On one of his earlier incidents with the Lunos authority he changed his from inside of a knight's suit of armor to conceal and escape with little harm. Apparently, he messed up along the way and now the helmet is his head. Along with a huge list of horrendous deeds he uses his alteration magic shamelessly and without morals; even forcing a mother to kill her own child. This type of magic, and necromancy, is extremely frowned upon by most registered mages and all of the Lunos authority.

This is where you enter in. King Hyde Cyrill IV has issued an order for his arrest or death. His most current crime the murder of the First Wizard of Lunos, Tordash Iguen, has maddened the King to the utmost. He has sent nearly every sword he commands in search for Davar. The story starts in the Knights of Luno's main hall. A group of assorted people, Knights, Sell swords, indentured mages, and order militia gather to learn what their orders for this job.
