History- He comes from a gypsy family that travelled around in Europe, but was forced to travel to USA because the father was blamed for exploding a Gas Station.
They arrived there and his family managed to get fine jobs, except his older brother who was a street hustler and a thief.
The brother taught Rafael almost every trick in the book and soon after Rafael was also a fine thief. Walking down the street now opened many opportunities (and wallets.) Then one day the brother died and Rafael decided to travel to the largest city around, Kirkcroft. When he arrived he started finding out that he had abilities from his family and started to use his Hypnotic Charm to easily get money from some banks
