Known Abilities:
-"Void" Bio-Armament: When injured, target's skin solidifies into a hard, crimson and black substance. This acts as an exoskeleton, protecting the target from all incoming damage. It is fireproof, isolated and estimated to be around .67 inches thick. While this substance is very hard to break, bullets above .45 caliber are able to penetrate in one-two shots. The armor does regenerate at a moderate rate. After taking damage, it takes about half a minute to fully reform. Armor is resistant to hard impacts, bullets and explosions, but is weak to slicing and stabbing, though both of these options are discouraged greatly. All the rest of targets powers are based on the same material that makes up the armor.
-"Vault Breaker": An extension of the Void Armor, as an offensive ability, target created 2 massive hammer-like structures over his hands. These hammers are made of the same Void substance, but have the ability to generate 4 times the force when in motion. These hammers easily crush any metal they come across, and can absorb extreme amounts of kinetic energy, so the target does not hurt himself when striking. Like the Void armor, these can be broken if to many strikes are made, or if they are shot with high-caliber rounds.
-Super Strength: When inside the armor, targets armor is estimated to be almost 10 times that of normal human strength: Making him strong enough to lift cars, and light artillery, without a problem. He also has no problem anything that stands in his way in half...
-"Scissor-hands": Nicknamed after the classic movie: Edward Scissor-Hands, target can transform the substance around his fingers to become massive, long, razor sharp blades, sharp and strong enough to cut steel with enough effort. It is advised to NOT ENGAGE when these are present, for they are sharp enough to cut through a whole person.
Personality: Target's personalty appears to be unpredictable, and does not act under orders or a set motive. "The only constant is change". The only reasonable cause for target's rampage against Psi-CON forces is simply because be wants to. It is unknown the mental stability of the target, but is projected he is mentally sound and may posses an IQ higher than most other Psi. This is shown through his expert strategic skills and apparent knowledge of Psi-CON protocol. It is worth noting that target does not appear to share links, motives, operations, or protocols that would connect him to the Priory, or any other known terrorist group.
Role in story: (This is something new I'm trying. As a GM, it is infinitely easier to make a story path if I know where everyone wants to be before hand, and thus can plan around them. Please tell me exactly where you want to start in this story, and try not to butt in on another player's role without their permission)
History: Target's was born in North Colorado, several years before the Dawning. It is unknown exactly how target survived, when almost all of North and South Colorado were almost ob iterated from the Dawning. Target and one unknown female Psi survived, and made their way to the New Boston area. At age 18, target began the systematic destruction and vandalism of Psi-CON technology for unknown reasons, view Criminal record for further information. To some in the New Boston area, target is a "role model" of how one can against an army.
An excerpt from One Man Army, Psi-CON witness report: "... We were stationed outside Warehouse 15, outside the warehouse in the middle of the night. We were just standing around. A few of us were smoking, and Lt. Samson and Michale were playing cards on the hood of the patrol car. We were just relaxing, talking about our wives and family... when we started to hear explosions, screams, metal bending and breaking down the road about two blocks. There was an explosion that came from the side of a building to the right down the block. It exploded out onto the street about thirty feet, and a figure came out with the explosion, hitting the building on the other side of the street. It was a Psi-patrol unit... just like us. Then... it stepped out of the burning building. We all just stood around... and didn't really know what to do. It was just standing there. All we saw was a silhouette from the fire behind it, but it looked like a suit of armor. By the time we raised our guns and opened fire... it was charging at us. As if our bullets were just made of paper... they just... bounced off. It had two huge... hands. I could see then when it was about ten feet away from us. It was like... a tank. It just raised one hand and brought it down and it completly destroyed my patrol car, and it just kept on going...
"... by the time Lancaster powered up the Equalizer, it jumped into the air and flew towards it, jumping at least twenty feet to land on the mech. I saw it... mid air... its right hand cocked back, and began to change. One second it was a hammer, then his fingers became knives. When it landed on the mech, it just launched its claw-hand forward and sliced clear through to the other side of the Equalizer... I heard Lancaster scream when it slashed through him. Once it sliced through, it ignored the rest of us and just ran through the massive solid-steel doors of the Warehouse. I guess the patrol inside... the two Equalizers they had... met the same fate. He just... couldn't be stopped... He was a one man army."}
Similar reports have appeared from the targets various crimes. This has given rise to the myth of the M Machine: The Monster. Target acts are a role model to young Psi across the New Boston area.
