Rook stands at a solid 5'9" and weighs 132 lbs. He has naturally blond hair inherited from his father. He has dark orange eyes, often times appearing as a crimson color. Not one to really care about his attire, Rook simply wears his, rather unkempt, school uniform which has stains from paint, drinks and foods that will refuse to come out. Rook also wears glasses, though while in public he chooses to wear contacts instead.
â Noticeable Features â
Rook's unkempt uniform is generally what people first notice about him. Moreover, the color of his eyes are often an eye-catching feature. Aside from those, he has no real distinguishable features to note.
â Gift â
Technology|| Rook was noticed and scouted for his uncanny ability with technology. It is almost as though Rook can speak and communicate with technology more than anything. He is able to tamper with and reprogram nearly any piece of technology, not to mention his ability to create codes and appliances on his own. For the most part, Rook knew anything and everything about how wiring and coding works. That being said, his gift does not end there. He uses this gift more for his own benefit and well-being than for others. Using his gift, Rook is able to access information that most people would never be able to get their hands on. Moreover, he can reprogram simple electronics so that he never has to pay a cent for any of them. When you have such vast amounts of knowledge about how technology works, it's like opening a new universe where you control the rules.
â Hobbies â
- Games||Naturally, as a person who lives with technology, Rook is into gaming and the likes. He is often seen walking around with a few gaming systems on his person and will play when he has nothing to do that interests him. Although, he can't remember the last time he's ever had to actually buy the game.
- Hacking||Superb with programming, Rook occasionally enjoys passing time by hacking into servers, databases and games. He finds it especially pleasing when the system he's attempting to access has an exceptional firewall. He even tried hacking into the academy's database prior to leaving, but was only able to manage accessing the system for several seconds before getting blocked out. Not enough time to gain any info.
- Observation||Thanks to his time spent around computing and the likes, Rook naturally began to pick up analytic abilities. He occasionally finds himself observing people and making mental notes about what makes them who they are.
- Guitar||Although he rarely ever plays, he did take lessons at one point. When he finds he has not much to do, he'll occasionally bring out the instrument and absentmindedly strum some tunes. Originally, he had never planned to bring his guitar to the Academy, but his sister had instead forced her guitar upon him, not taking no for an answer.
Rook is an extremely "my pace" kind of person, often ignoring what other people say unless it is of an interest to him. Simply put, he is a very self-serving, standoffish kind of person who prefers silence to noise any day. He is very analytic and will often act based on what he deems to be the best course of action, though because of this he often causes problems. He is very reclusive, confining himself to his room for hours on end. As such, he is not a socialite nor does he claim to be. Quite frankly, he has a terrible understanding of social conventions and reading the atmosphere. Moreover, Rook is scopophobic, meaning he has some problems dealing with public places and people watching him. Although being a person of modern times Rook has a great appreciation for the visual arts. He occasionally does works of art digitally when he's not busy with other things, though he absolutely has no idea how to use a real paint brush and canvas. On the rare occasion that Rook finds someone interesting enough to consider them a friend, he will do his best to assist them; although he will not admit it and will do so in roundabout ways. Rook is a huge technical person, absolutely loving being in the presence of his electronics. However, if he were to be without any electronics for a prolonged period of time, he begins to feel antsy and twitchy, often making involuntary movements with his fingers as though he were using an invisible device. Yet, at the end of the day, nothing calms him down more than a nice cup of natural white milk.

- Although he would not say so, Rook is very uncomfortable around those of the female gender and acts even more rashly when in their presence.
To be completely honest, Rook's life was not one of sorrowful tales or overcoming great hardships. Sure, there have been a couple of incidents where things have take a turn for the worse, that can be discussed later, but for the most part he lived a graciously happy life. His father was a bank accountant and his mother was a nurse. Due to their occupations, Rook's family was pretty well off. He lived in a nice house in Tokyo for a good portion of his life and spent a lot of his time hidden away in his room on his own, as his parents were more often at work than their own abode and his sister was off doing her own things. Unlike his sister, Rook was not a spoiled child. He was considered more of an outcast to everyone in his family aside for said sister. He never bothered to convince them otherwise, to be fair.
Being a recluse for so long had quite a detrimental effect on his potential social life. His parents had sent him to some boarding school in hopes of changing that. Naturally, it didn't work out to well. Rook found himself getting into fights and being the subject of a large amount of jeering and jests. There was even an incident regarding another student's personal files being printed and posted up around the school. After all, Rook himself had been known to have his ways with technology. Within the school there were numerous other incidents of hackings and information being falsely created or deleted. Eventually he was caught and expelled from the school.
Naturally, his parents weren't so happy about his attitude or the situation at hand. While he was at the boarding school, a letter had arrived for him in the mail. It was an invitation to the Academy. Normally, Rook would do his best to avoid going anywhere that wasn't his room, but it was clear from the tone his father was giving him that this was not an option. He trudged up to his room to go and pack his things. Soon after he had finished, his sister had entered his room asking him if he would be writing or calling, keeping contact in any form at all. Rook replied that he will keep in contact, but he mentioned being unsure of the consistency of his contact. With that, his sister forced him to bring her guitar with him. She had given him some quick lessons from time to time, so he knew some. In the end, he had no choice and left for the academy.
Hospital Mental Evaluation
Rook Justitia appears to be a rather reserved person. It is not usually a common thing to see a person of such young age to be quite as reclusive as he is. Furthermore, we have seen instances where he acts cruelly to those he interacts with, females in particular, though we assume this to be a part of his sociopathic attitude. It is believed that with just a bit more human contact in his life, face to face mind you, he may very well become a person who can communicate just like any other.
