Personality: Seph is very boisterous, but a bit rude and arrogant. He's mischievous which results in him being deceptive. He's confrontational, so he loves to fight. The more dangerous the fight the more exciting it is for him.
History: Seph comes from a poor family who were so busy working they never really had time for him so he spent most of his time in the neighborhood getting into all kinds of trouble. He was popular in high school because of his abilities and had lots of followers which formed into a gang that ended up fighting gangs from rival schools. When he was 15 his father died leaving him a samurai sword he'd gotten at a pawn shop. Seph keeps the sword with him every where he goes.
