Residing in the northern mountains the dwarven kingdom of Tag Taalomar is a culture deep in tradition. It is ruled by a dwarven high king and influential clans whom have many dealings with Bashara, most notably the shipment of ores and other precious minerals from their mines.
After being driven out of what is now Bashara the various tribes "settled"in a land that even before them was long abandoned by a race unknown. Archeologist would love to study the many ruins there were it not for dangerous tribes.
Far east of this country lies a city that is less appealing. Despite the best of efforts Dirgan remains a city plagued by crime and villainy. Being so far way from other settlements makes sending forces from the capitol to restore peace difficult.
Noted most for housing the most prestigious arcane university: Elianay College, first founded by the Haldamir elves.
Bashara is the oldest living civilization in all of Ainor, as well as the most powerful and influential nation. It has a very high tolerance of all races and is by far the most culturally diverse country and believes heavily in relying on such diversity.
The sub-continent nation of Keluz Gabalam is home to some of the rarest ores in all of Ainor, including Inakinuim, a metal which absorbs easily magic, and makes for powerful enchanted items. It is also home to the largest active volcano in Ainor, Mt. Inak, mining in the shadow of this beast put all who work there at unease.
Hailing from a land far south the Drow have taken permanent residence on this continent, their conquest hindered by the heavily defended Keluz Gabalam. The only way they've been able to get around is by claiming the islands off the coast and using them as a casting point. So far they have had little luck on the first target: the sub-continent, blockading them from the mainland: Keluz Gebalam.
Its capitol city is of the same name and is the most paragon with a great sense of morality and justice. It is the epicenter of all religious circles within the region.
