Appearance: An unnerving calm exudes from this man. His porcelain skin makes him appear so fragile, yet, his dark steely gaze penetrates even the most battle hardened foes heās come across. He has a sort of, solid plate-mail that is a solid version of an aventail that covers his throat and nape that braces against his shoulders. He has raven colored hair. His hands are almost always dressed in fingerless gloves.
His neat attire belies what a strong physique he has, he rarely smiles. Yielding only when he has caught his bounty; many a pirate have fell before him only after ridiculing and mocking him thereby underestimating him. His sword his sword, a curved weapon with a heavier and somewhat broader tip, can exact the same lethality, if not more than a Katanaās legendary cutting power and stays with him by his side like a bride.

Personality: A quiet man, very well educated, youād hardly notice he was thereāuntil he wanted to make his presence known. Erebos is a dispassionate man, showing very little emotion in the ways of speech or facial expression. Those that know him best are dead, because those that knew him best got to see that glimmer of rich, intense emotion were pirates and thieves and outlaws that did their best to ignore or defy the rules. Since his wifeās rape at the hands of pirates and eventual suicide heās been quiet and carefully very obsessed with pirates. That however has not translated to being a poor commander. The exact opposite could be said, heās been very successful in the intentions of capturing or even killing of pirate crews. However, those that underestimate his generosity are soon never to forget it.

Dislikes: Defiance, obnoxiousness, arrogance, petty thieves and bandits.

Skills: Nautical seafaring, military organization and tactics, diplomacy, Hand-to-hand combat, swordsmanship, marksman.
Personal History: Erebos wasnāt always the man some knew as The Black Sun. He wasnāt always a feared symbol. He had a wife once, her name was Alana. They were a couple as any would have been; happily forgotten by the rest of the world, to grow old together, to have a family. But that was not Erebosā fate. As fate would have it, they ran across a ship adrift in the seas in their venturing. Offering to help, the naĆÆve fool that he late believed himself to be, he eventually boarded the vessel. That is when everything went horribly wrong.
The people he was trying to be courteous and generous towards were, in fact, Pirates trying to reach beyond the sun. They ran out of fuel and supplies and had been stealing and killing their way to their goal. They would take advantage, beating him and raping his wife. Afterwards, they would kill her and wound Erebose believing he would perish from the wound itself as they sent him adrift in the vessel they were on while they sailed away in the boat they had conned him out of. Erebos screamed long into the night, holding onto his belovedās hand while applying pressure to the grievous injury they had inflicted upon him.
A massive fleet sailed by him, rescuing him on the verge of death. He would later send his wifeās remains to the bottom of the sea. The captain took pity on him, but also saw in him the desire to be better than what he was. Years later he would later be promoted to captain himself after serving aboard his mentorās ship filling in every role as the ship took on casualties from battles hard fought. His mentor himself would be killed in action in a bloody fight inspiring his ascent to captain. He would go on to be very successful, nicknamed āThe Black Sunā because of his fearsome flagship āBlack Dawnā which has hunted more than thirty Pirate groups throughout its storied history. It isnāt the biggest or the fastest ship in the fleet, but it is one of the most renowned if not feared vessels.
