Appearance: Ishkur has rather messy and random hair. It's spikey and whilst being white in colour, black streaks run through various parts. His fringe spikes out the most, similar to a lightning bolt. Due to his hair being so long he ties it up at the back so he has a black-white stripped pony tail. He has a single clip keeping the rest of his long fringe out of his face. Slightly tanned with golden yellow eyes. Underneath his right eye he has a white mark which looks similar to a lightning bolt. What he wears depends entirely on what he's given by Chronos.

Personality: Ishkur inherits the usual personality of Angels, emotionless. However one emotion seems to shine through and that is arrogance as well as extreme sarcasm. He believes that he is better than everyone else, he also is way too sarcastic, even if his voice doesn't show the sarcasm. He finds many things amusing and actually laughs now and again.

Powers:
Energy blasts: Ability to expel various forms of energy from the body. This comes in the form of lightning bolts for Ishkur, although he can change it. He just prefers lightning.
Empathy: Ability to read or sense the emotions and/or control the emotions or feelings of others.
Possession: Ability to take control and inhabit the body of an individual.

Weapon: Shuriken; It is three times the size of his hand.

Other: Ishkur took many attempts to actually perfect, he is known as 9013 and is the most recent Angel to be created.
