The Year Is 2284. In 2281, Mr.House, the Previous Ruler of New Vegas had been Assassinated by an unknown Killer. Following his death came the end of Caesar, and Legate Lanius, his right hand man.
The person behind these killings was a former Courier, who, after being shot in the head and left for dead, had rose to power slowly. Much of his success is thanks to the NCR, Or New California Republic. After trying to reform the NCR best he could, He was offered a role in running New Vegas. however, he had declined. Instead he'd offered to stay in the NCR Military, stating that he and one of the potential canidates for Mayor of New Vegas has 'plans.'
Using his former living quarters, the Lucky 38 Casino, The Courier has assembled a Special Team of Peacekeepers with exceptional skills into his employ, guarding New Vegas, and the Mojave Alike. With the backing of the NCR Rangers, and the Brotherhood of Steel, these agents plan to return Justice to as much of the Wasteland as they can.
Even if they have to get their hands a little dirty.

It wasn't the screen tricking her, that kid really has white hair. The rubenesque woman steps forth and tilts her head at Michael. "Whoa your hair is white!", she's so observational, "Is it dyed or natural?" her peppy tone is highlighted with a perpetual smile and a bright visible eye. Her plasmid eyepatch hones in on Michael, summing the boy up casually to record him to memory. Behind Selena her eyebot beeps softly. "Oh yeah! This is my eyebot, Klox. I scrapped him up from a junkyard when I first opened my garage. He's basically my baby." she continues to talk a mile a minute.

Jack chuckled.
"He's a cute little eyebot. Haven't seen one since I spent a year going to, staying in, and leaving the capital wasteland. It was a cool place."

At the doorway were several securitrons and a rather livid looking ghoul. In the securitrons' grasp was a bag of jet, which the ghoul was obviouly trying to reclaim. In annoyance, the ghoul lites a smoke and blows the smoke right into the securitons' sensor screen. He then lifts up his sleak and probably cheap sunglasses and looks the artificial object in the screen.
"You' giving it back now, or do I have to get security? After all, I'm a VIP."
Suddenly, with the word "VIP", the securitron reacts...
"Very Important Person? What is your identification reference code?"
The ghoul looks extremely confused with this robotic language, after all, he's supposedly a doctor, not some technology geek. In a complete logical guess, the ghoul speaks out his name.
"Mason Arkell-Desmond?"
"Ah, M-A-D. You are welcome to go, have a nice day..."
Literally ripping the bag of Jet out of the robots hand, the ghoul continues, and heads to the elavator.

Moving on from the eyepatch, he thought over how Selena had said she was a mechanic. A mechanic, huh? I've had a few designs that I've wanted to build for a long time... maybe she can help me out. "That's an intriguing piece of machinery." Michael said to Selena, obviously talking about her Eyepatch. He felt this would be a great starter topic, since it was something he could really get talking about. "What sort of functions does it have?"

Mason: You NCR guys really are racists, huh?
Spotting an untaken seat in the distance, "Mad" Mason takes another cigarette and places it in his mouth, he then lites it, smokes it rather rudely, in front of everyone, and then takes a seat at the chair.
Mad: Continue, after all, I hate to make a fuss...

Karen admires the view, glancing out into the night sky as the city glows, thriving in its state. She's pulled back to the floor when Jack speaks. Facing the room now the precise woman shakes her head. "Oh, no thanks. He's already eaten, he just wants it because it's food. And it gives him gas." she'd rather not spend the night in a cramped room with a dog continuously passing wind every ten minutes. As much as she loves Kaiser it isn't going to happen.
As a ghoul walks in Karen's hand nervously winds around a tail of her scarf. The only ghoul she's encountered are the feral ones. She goes to great lengths to avoid them, they're just...scary. This one has a bit of an attitude so all the more reason to avoid him. Although Karen frowns when he seems to offer the group recreational drugs. AI isn't that useless but drugs sure are outside of medical reasoning. Glancing at Jack she faintly hears Michael and Selena talking in the background. "What'll our living arrangements be? Here in the tower or just nearby?" they'd be camping out in the wastes on a mission obviously. Nearby her dog begins to snore softly.
~~~
She nodded at Jack when he mentioned how cute Klox is. "You should see him zap enemies, it's like a firework show." she croons happily, a boasting parent. The eccentric mechanic faces Michael. Naturally white hair, crazy!...well not as crazy as naturally blue hair no doubt. When the ghoul, Mason, walks in Selena frowns at him when he trash talks on robots. "Hey, Klox isn't useless, don't be such a stick in the mud." she loves robots, obviously. As a mechanic she's done repairs, drawn blueprints and made things from scratch. Such as Klox.
When Michael points out her eyepatch Selena smiles brightly, getting excited all over again. "Well it helps me scope out over the distance, partially a metal detector for building materials for work, I can see any sort of non-organic material inside of someone sooo I can spot androids or cyborgs, it measures radiation, gives me nocturnal vision in this eye and also thermal vision. It's super nifty."
"Hello Jack! What a BEEEE-UTIFUL Day, I have to say!"
Michael turned to Jack, saying, "Wonderful to meet your... computer, but I think I will go to the presidential suite to adjust my living quarters to my liking." In all honesty, Michael just wanted to get away from the Ghoul. He disliked Ghouls, Smokers, and people with bad attitudes. This Ghoul was just the total package, which made him eager to get away. Michael walked to the elevator and pressed the Call Elevator button, then waited patiently for the elevator to arrive.
He then swiftly returned to the seat he resided in to drop his cigarette into the ash-tray. He then went back to Jack, and remarked on his own stance to the rest of the group's terrible hospitality. "Remind me not to give them morphine when they need help. I'll enjoy their screams for pain. Anywho, is their someone older to take orders from? No offense boy, but you're younger than my great-great-great-great... you get the idea..." Mason awaited a response.
Jack crossed his arms and raised a brow. He wasn't insulted by being called young. He began to lean back against the wall as he pulled out his own cigarettes.
"You could go up to the NCR themselves, or you could keep taking orders from me, the guy who butchered Caesar and his elite Praetorian guard with a Varmint Rifle and his bare hands. Mostly the rifle."
He lit his cigarette.
"Wasn't Easy though, gotta say." He began. "Nothing to brag about when there's little cover and you're hellbent on killing Caesar out of hatred, and boredom, and you happen to have an NCR Support Radio that you can't even use cause you shot the Guy who was running the armory."
"I'm going to head in for the night too. Wake me if you need me, Jack." she walked to the elevator and waited in Michael's wake, blinking away sleep.
~~~
Selena was excited at the sight of Yes Man buuut is much more interested in something else. She catches Klox in her palms and shuts the eyebot down to let its battery rest. "I'll be going to bed after I play down in the casino a bit more. Nighty-night!" she quips to the others before entering the elevator with the sniper and techfan. When the doors shut and it begins to move up she tilts her head at Karen. "Hey, maybe we could have a slumber party or something. It'd be fun, especially in this big place."
~~~
Karen's face turns grim and she slowly shakes her head. "Uh...no thanks. I don't do those sort of things. And I just want some sleep." hopefully every night wouldn't be like this. Karen glances at Michael and shrugs lightly. "I don't know about either of you, but I'd be nervous to have a ghoul working on me. Just how much medical schooling did he get, if at all?" either way she's keeping stimpaks on her person during every mission. With the elevator doors opening on the suite level Karen gives a lofty wave to Selena before finding a room with her dog to sleep for the night.
The door opens with a Ding on the Suite level. Michael stepped out of the elevator and looked around, then picking a room for himself. He walked inside and took a look around, noting that everything was just about perfectly symmetrical. "Excellent." Michael said. Symmetry was something he often prided himself on and calmed him down, so this room would suit his needs perfectly. He walked to the Dresser in the room and noticed there were two candles and a box of matches right in the center. He pulled out a match using either hand and lit the candles in unison, the scent relaxing him. He stood there for a moment, just taking in the tranquility.
The shotgun was held by an NCR official, "Get up those stairs soldier! You are to "mingle" with the rest of the squad!" He yelled, almost tearing what was left of Mason's eardrums.
"What? Can't I just go gamble for a while, and whatever happened to respecting your elders?" Asked Mason, the official went to squeeze the trigger for a response. "Alright, alright, no need to go all Jack on me. Seriously, I bet he's killed some innocent people. I've only killed one myself, but that's a person, not people, right?" Mason then walked back and pressed the button to go back up to the suites, giving a cheeky wink to the guards as the doors close.
"Bloody typical." He berrated.
Five minutes later, after a couple stern words, and a baseball bat, Jack had it aaaaallllll settled.
Apparently no one else had woken up yet and there's no sign of Selena. The gambler no doubt stayed up well past an hour she should have, pulling on slot machines and rolling dice. Karen shuffles into the kitchen with a slight recoil from the light. Grumbling under her breath the sniper yanks open a cupboard and snags a box of Sugar Bombs. Kaiser stares at her until she's able to salvage some jerky and an ant egg from the fridge for him. She drops herself in a seat at the table as she slowly eats, tired eyes reading the back of the box. Karen isn't a morning person.
