“W-W-Welcome to the Sideshow Freaks Circus? What’s this another Freak? In that case, please follow me… What do you mean, you’re not a freak? Too bad… You will be soon.”

Ten teenagers were out wandering around one day when they noticed it, the poster. It was big, bold, colorful, and really it just sounded like fun. It was asking the public to come to a free show, a free Freak Show. The show would be held at the fairgrounds, not far away. They promised to show monsters of all sorts, freaks that no human would ever believe existed. The circus was a big deal, so the teens decided to go…

Little did they know, it was a trap. The Freaks set up the event themselves, all nine of them. With the help of their clever ringmaster, they managed to come up with how and what they were going to do. They had been branded away and alone their whole lives. No one wants to see the side show Freaks. No one wants to talk to them, no one wants to look at them. But they weren’t just any normal Freaks, no, they were Freak Accidents. The terrible monsters that came from a failed product test. Who would have thought that the drug they said would cure cancer would also have such an odd effect on the human body and mind.

So the freaks planned to find ten humans from within the group that attended there show, those teens who saw the poster just happened to be the unlucky ones. The Freaks would then kidnap them and take them back to their camp, which was quite a walk away, but not for the Freaks. There, the teens would be trapped and forced to work for and, possibly, come to love the Freaks.

You play as one of the teens or as one of the Freaks. The teens are all human, until they come into contact with the Freaks, who rub off a little on them. This means that you may have one odd, freakish feature that appears eventually. As a Freak, you really just want to be accepted by someone, and these humans are your only choice in not being laughed at.

The Ringmaster: This character has to be male, but otherwise is allowed to be just as free as any other. He doesn’t have to be a Freak, he can be human. I prefer he be played as manipulative and cunning, but this is up to the player.

Freaks no. 1-4: They have to be male.

Freaks no. 5-9: They have to be female.

Teenagers no. 1-5: Must be female.

Teenagers no. 6-10: Must be male.
