Introduction :
Hunters are a group of people who kill monsters for living, kinda similar to Witchers though fairly different, for one these people are simple humans who are intelligent, strong, devious etc.
Such people are not born to become hunter but train to become one, their reasons for becoming hunter vary, from fame and wealth to simple promise of keeping family safe.
There isn't one big organization that gathers all the hunters but many smaller ones, which also teach different techniques of hunt.
Hunters are both famous and infamous for their deeds, their services required by all minor people and sometimes even kingdoms.
Their knowledge is usually available to normal people, stored in different places, from library’s to prestigious academy of magic, and even king’s library. Hunters sometimes work with mage’s, with other organizations such as Infamous Black Veil, known mostly for poisons created with herbs and other materials.
There is some sort of rivalry between the hunters and other warriors, especially from the guild in Sandstorm (capital of the Anakiini Kingdom) who fight dragons and other large creatures like trolls and ogres.
World will be slowly explored as we play, and anyone is free to add parts of it, monsters, places etc.

Agrodawn – City of known for its finest warriors and kings, one of few such places.

Shadestar – City under the darkest sky, nights are chilly and dangerous, monsters live in this city freely, sometimes such monsters create problems and that’s when hunters are called.

Graycairn – City of mage called Wise Ashen, city is prospering with an academy and library free to all who search for knowledge.

Keletonpride – Cursed town, once famous for Keleton, mighty hero of long lost war against demons, hero that became a demon himself…
Anyone could be a hunter, so feel free to create whatever backstory you would like, though I think some cases won’t be accepted…like god becoming hunter, Or dragon becoming a hunter, at least in his natural form.

Things worth of note :

Hunters have rules :
1. Never kill one of your own, unless he or she becomes a monster.
2. Hunter can became a monster just like anyone else and so you as a hunter are obliged to kill him or her.
3. Life is simple, so enjoy it while you can, but avoid angering wrong people.

Just as stated above, you can became a monster, actually I’m fine if someone wants to play as “corruptor” and annoy hunters, though don’t overdo it :)
