Jaden stood at the platform, waiting for the Hogwarts Express to arrive, when a group of giggling girls past her. She could tell that they all wore big red buttons that read:



Jaden had to try to bite back a laugh when a bright pink lip mark appeared, covering the letters. She chuckled to herself. She knew that Sirius had girls that had crushes on him, but a group of girls who made buttons proclaiming their "love"? A gust of wind blew her hair behind her head. Her small white fox walked up to her and she she kneeled down to stroke it's soft, snow white fur. She stood back up, looking around, seeing that the group of giggling girls had past. She held up her schedule and read:



She checked her watch. It was already 10:40. She scanned the area, looking for anyone she knew but failed to see a familiar face. She looked at her new class schedule and sighed. This was going to be a busy year.

Seeing a small white fox walk up to a girl, Arabella could not help but smile. She closed her notebook that she had been writing songs in and put it in her black and white messenger bag. She stood up and dusted off her jeans. She loved the comfortable muggle clothing and tried to get across to the girl. She ran head on into a girl who was wearing an "I love Sirius Black!" pin.

"Watch where you're going!" The other girl said, her black hair was perfectly straight. Her skirt was a little, too short. Arabella disliked the now-forth years.

"Sorry,"Arabella muttered, but her melodic voice carried. She tried to step around the girll, but her friend stepped in front of her and towered over her. Arabella hated being short, and was tempted to pull out her wand.

"Listen, Tilling. I don't think it's wise of you to be pushing my friends like that." Arabella fought the urge to blast the girl away, but instead she transformed into a fox. Her newest trick that she just learned over the summer. She sank her teeth into the girls shin before running to make the train. Still in her wolf form, she ran past the girl and her fox. Here purple eyes were blazing as she looked for an open compartment and avoided peoples' feet.

Jaden saw the Sirius Black fan girls and walked over. "I'd watch it if I were you." She turned and got onto the train, finding a compartment with Arabella in it. She smiled. "Nice work back there." She looked out into the hallways. "Where's Lily?"

Arabella leaped up onto the seat and transformed back to herself at the same time. Back to being her blonde, short self she looked at Jaden.. "I'm not sure, she said she would be here."A small squeak came from her pocket and she pulled out her small, black and white mouse. "Hey Chapin, sorry you hate it when I change like that!" She apologized to her mouse and fed him a treat. He sqeaked and went to her shoulder. Tapping Chapin on the head, she joked with Jaden, 'Hopefully Peter doesn't change his colors and become black and white. I might end up confusing him as a rat for Chapin getting fat!"

Jaded laughed. She turned and looked at Arabella. "Yeah, just look out for Sirius. He gets worse and worse every year." She smiled

James snuck up behind Jaden and grabbed her. She screamed, then started thrashing before he put her down. "You foul git!" she hugged him, both of them laughing. "Seen lily yet Jaden?" "No. not yet."

Arabella smiled at the two, then tried to look over James's shoulder. She was too short which wasn't a big suprise to her. "This is turning into a Gryffindor party in here," The Ravenclaw said, still trying to look around James. "Have you seen Regulus by chance? I know you and Sirius are tight, but I'm not a part of the club: I LOVE SIRIUS. One of them tried to maul me before."

"Last I saw he was talking to Snivellus." James remarked, smiling towards Arabella. "And dont worry, Sirius's fangirls are harmless." He looked out into the corridor. "Speaking of Sirius, where is that lazy sod?"

Glancing out of their cabin, Arabella muttered, "I hate when he talks to him." Suddenly, her eyes widened as she squealed, "Regulus!" Running up to the younger boy, Arabella threw herself into his arms. He was nearly a foot taller than her.


I have something to tell you later," He told her and absently rubbed his forearm. Overcome by joy, Arabella didn't bother noticing the suspicious way he held himself. Arabella tried to get him to come back to her cabin, but upon seeing James Regulus decided not to. Feeling left, Arabella went back to her Gryffindor friends.
