The Jigowatt Galaxy is statistically one of the safest Galaxies in the universe, with a Crime rate of 1.3 Percent, and that's combining every planet there.

However, there existed a Super determined young man with the intent of ruling this Galaxy in order to show them all he is the greatest being of power existing in this life, leading the evil Gokuto Organization. With his four finest subordinates, the great leader Caesar will rule all!

Of course, he'll face heavy opposition by the planetary governments, other thugs, other conquerers, animalistic beings, and much, much more!

1) Daisuke Gorotsuki, AKA Caesar

A Super Psychic that can teleport, levitate, use telekinesis, and channel ESP Energy as a weapon. An Eccentric fellow inspired by such people as Genghis Khan, Alexander the great, and most of all, M. Bison from the Street Fighter games, evidenced by the Red uniform and cap he constantly wears. His power is constantly growing, and you're going to wish you were fighting an army, rather than this madman.

2) Jin Roh (Me)

Caesar's Closest friend, Advisor, Vice President, and Enforcer. If Solid Snake and Evil Ryu ever became one person, this would be it. Jin Roh is a FIghter who desires strong opponents, yet has the patience to help his insane pal conquer the Galaxy, believing it will provide him with opponents to fight. He and Caesar promised to fight eachother once everything had been conquered, and Only The leader of Gokuto stood. The two have known eachother since Preschool, and Jin Roh was the one making sure Daisuke didn't get himself killed.

Unlike Caesar who relies on Psychic power, Jin Roh uses a Demonic force known as Satsuki coupled with years of martial arts.

3) Shepherd Royce AKA PlagueViper

Caesar's Assassin. A real Deadpool type of guy, who's just in it 'for the lulz.' Despite seeming difficult to trust and easily ready to, quote, 'pop a cap in your ass,' he's truly a loyal guy, doing everything for the sake of patriotism, his next meal, and the joy in violence. Thought to be married, but his wife is busy tending to main base. He is thought to be from a race of beings that can re-attach limbs and have amazing endurance.

4) Cynthia Cornelia

Daisuke's Femme Fatale. a Mysterious girl that even has Jin Roh questioning. Her skills as a magic wielding ninja are rarely questioned, even if she's a british girl with soft white skin and flowing blonde hair. Her ruthlessness and dedication to missions are respected by the others, and her loyalty to Caesar could almost be considered love. Believe it or not, she used to be a cute geek who hid being a pair of glasses, training everyday to impress Caesar.

5) Jun Genki

A Spirited girl that tricked Jin Roh into marrying her and teaching her his fighting secrets. She just goes along with Caesar's plan because Jin Roh's old job of hunting down strong fighters on their home continent kept them apart. She has all the same superhuman powers as Jin Roh, but usually not as demonic, unless angered to a certain point which she rarely is, or during 'that time of the month.'
