Introduction

October 6th, 1882: Alice Liddel, a psychologically damaged and earth-shatteringly insane young lady, is finally offered help by the doctors at the City of London Mental Hospital. Considering how helpful medical attention has been for her the first two times she was told she needed it, Alice refuses to cooperate with those who attempt to help her, and constantly tries to return to her beloved though mutilated Wonderland for emotional support. On this very day, three eager college graduates and inseparable friends clock in for their first official day of work: they had been shadowing the doctors for months, and were certain that they were able to help through together whomever they're given as their first big project.
And that's when they met Alice.
It started out as considerably tedious and near aggrivating to try and help the young lady, but after some time she opened up to the three and was even confident in telling them of her Wonderland. Every pattern of thinking, every emotion, every inch of blood she spilt in her mind kept the trio on their toes and always wanting to hear more; it became less of a chore and more like story-telling time every day, until they almost began to perceive Wonderland as a real place.
But it is real.
And before anyone could blink, the trio found themselves in her world, forced to live the battles she lived, to witness the killings she witnessed. She had trapped them without knowing it, and now they have to fight their way out. Will they make it in one piece? Will they get sliced to bits by one of Alice’s mutant hallucinations? Will they go mad themselves? Only time can tell…

Toggle Rules

1. Please keep to the story of the games; you can't stray too far from what's given to us.
2. Don't use too much videogame jargon in writing; I don't mind it at all, it'd just be preferred if you stuck to more formal literary usage.
3. You might have noticed that in the cast* below, there are both characters that actually exist in the game, and new four new characters. Canon characters are to be expected to be like those in the games; any characters that are supposed to be new to the story will be looked over before being approved.
4. The story will start when the characters with karat signs (^) are taken.
5. You DO NOT have to ask to reserve a character-- just go for it! If I see more than one version of the character, I'll just select which version I like more. You can always come back and do another one!
6. Please, please, please do not just post a picture for your character's physical appearance. If you have enough imagination, I say use it.
7. More than anything, have a good time; I can't say I can make this roleplay as fun as the actual games, but I'll try my best to keep everyone in check.
