Introduction

Jamellee is an old, bold mare leading the Mystic Herd. Her herd is weak and thin, alongside that, she is dying of age. The plains have turned cold, no water, no food, no shelter. What happens when the little ones are born? They die. Who is brave enough from the herd to take the mare's place? Which one is it?
