Many tourists come to the old town of Kasei city to get souvenirs and crafted items. The road where the most shops are seems to be friendly with shopowners chatting with each other. However they do not always get along and brawls between clans break out because of petty things like littering in front of another store or passing gas during a conversation. The clans use wooden versions of traditional weapons such as wooden swords or dull tipped arrows. Conflict comes when there are plans of the city to evict the shopowners to build a modern shopping strip. How are the clans suppose to successfully battle a probably illegal move by the city when the clans cant set aside their own differences?

Old town: The old town is a mile long stretch within Kasei city. The next subway station there is Isamacho. Most of the building are of pre-modern traditional style. Shops sell food, knives, swords, kimonos, shoes, tatami mats and so on. Many shop owners wear traditional clothes for the atmosphere. However the old town is known for brief brawls between shop owners along with their clans.
