Early one morning on December 31st, 2015, ten people are on their way to do different things. One girl is on her way to do a last minute photo shoot, three girls are their way to three different coffee shops for some coffee and one girl is taking a cab home after spending the night at a friend's party. Two boys are getting coffee at two different coffee shops, two more are waking up after a one night stand and the last is making his way to the tip top of the Empire State Building to watch the city all around him. All ten of these people are visited by the same man, an apparently homeless elderly man that refers to himself as Mr. Fate. He tells them that their life is about to take a turn for the better in the form of the worst. All ten of them take it for granted until they meet the love of their lives that night. And then they start to realize that sometimes moving on is letting go.
