Introduction
Kagura Academy is one of the well known schools in the city. Good students, nice behavior, not very rude-- But of course, there's always the troublemakers. Or the airhead. Or the crippled. Anyway, in Kagura, these kinds of students are placed in the other dorm for specialized students- Hanako is the nickname the gave it. Now, this is not exactly the best dorm, but it's filled with life and laughter and the occasional freak-outs from the dorm's scaredy-cats.
This place is filled with problematic people, but still, the place is still filled with activity and happiness. The people here are sometimes just "out there", but still.

The Story So Far... Write a Post » as written by 6 authors
"Oh, I see how this is going to play. You might want to think about the area you're in, first. We're at a popular tourist attraction, not to mention a popular date spot for Hanako students. In fact, this is the day of the opening of the baby seal. Many people will be coming, no? However. I'm willing to talk here if you really want to." She smiled cheekily at Billy.
Ai's original plan was to see the opening of the baby seal alone, but honestly, this is a lot more fun then being alone.
"Hm, I wonder when Akira's going to be back?"
"Well, lets get on with it, shall we? I've been here billions of times, so lets go through the map so you get it." Ai, who had a map folded neatly into her purse, took it out and unfolded it gently, so it wouldn't tear.
"They put the animals in their continents, for example, the Tigers and Pandas are found in Asia, while the Kangaroos and the Wallabies are found in Oceania, or Australia, if you would prefer to call it that. Both of the Arctics will be found at the very bottom of the map here-"
She pointed to the bottom of the map, where the Seal exhibit is marked as 57; there are 70 exhibits in total.
"-And that is where we will find the Seals, and the Seal show, where it will show off the newest Seal, and the mama and the papa seal. Apparently they all can do tricks! Also, after the Seal show, which is at 11:45, I've reserved a very special restaurant. This is my favorite restaurant in the whole of the city, mainly because they give you any meal; beyond reasoning of course! Trust me, I've tried a lot of things here, so you can not have... A live sheep, for example. As if anyone would want a live sheep, though. You also can not have Poison Ivy, Pudding made with Tomato Sauce, and Custard made with Wassabi!"
Both Akira and Billy shrugged, as they didn't know the number to Sakura. Ai smiled though.
"Don't worry, I'll just call the reception to Hanako, they do have a phone." She said as she got out her smartphone, and dialled Hanako.
Ring... Ring...
"Hello?" She heard an answer, and Ai answered in her best man voice (which wasn't even that good because her voice is very feminine.)
"This is a robbery."
"Who the hell is this?!"
"I'm sorry, I'm sorry! It's Ai, it's Ai! I'm joking, don't hurt me! Anyway, I'm going to assume this is Sakura and tell you this, but me and Akira have gone go the zoo, and we're wondering if you would like to come. Since it's the weekend, you don't have many people coming through Hanako, so I think it would be a great way for us to get to know each other!"
There was an awkward silence, until the girl spoke.
Somehow, Sakura prefers to listen to the news during long, boring days instead of music. Music mostly just puts her to sleep and at least she can stay updated. A few moments later, the feed brought back the news regarding the new mode of operations of the new crime syndicate. They will supposedly pose as residents of the dorm, trying to get to know some dormers and inviting them to places. Then, they'll kidnap them or possibly even murder them. Sakura started listening more attentively, down to the last detail.
Ring...Ring...
She turned around to hear the reception phone ringing. She toned down the volume before picking up the phone. "Hello, you've reached the Hanako Dorm hotline, may I help you?"
"This is a robbery."
"All right, who the hell is this?!" Sakura's tone immediately shifted from professional to aggressive. She hates it when people pull destructive pranks like these. In the case of a real criminal, at least she would be able to mask any nervousness she has. She felt relieved when she heard that it was only Ai. She apologized quickly and even asked her to accompany them to the zoo.
"Ah, it's only you AI. Don't pull off pranks like that on the main hotline. Even if this is the "problematic dorm", the administration will take that seriously and they might suspend you." Sakura informed her, her voice much calmer and nicer now. "Thanks for inviting me by the way but, my companion left so I'm the only one watching over the dorm today. Shame really." Sakura then thought that to say her farewells but suddenly remembered the news earlier.
"Hey Ai, Akira's with you right? You hitched a ride with Billy this morning didn't you? Does he seem weird, in any way?" Sakura paused for a bit. She originally found the guy Billy Reed annoying and suspicious at first but, it was still too early to completely judge him.
"Never mind, maybe I'll just explain after class. If Akira's with you, then you should be fine. Anyway be careful alright?" Sakura hanged up as soon as she heard Ai say goodbye. She wondered about this development. "I guess you're not completely safe wherever you go huh..."
The young blonde cleared his throat and entered, feeling his lip quiver. Jamie approached the front desk and glanced up at the female. "... H-Hello, my name is... is Ja-Jahh..." He took in a deep breath and straightened his posture. "... Jamie Chafton... I was wondering what my dorm number would be?" He stuttered, twiddling his thumbs.
Kling...
She heard the wind chime tinkle by the main door. It was placed there to notify the people at the counter if someone was entering so they can immediately check it out. She stretched her arms and sat up straight, looking at the person, in this case, the young man who walked in. He approached the counter and introduced himself."...H-Hello my name is... is Ja-Jahh... (deep breath)...Jamie Chafton... I was wondering what my dorm number would be?"
Sakura looked at the guy. He was obviously new, judging by his introduction but what really gave him away was how he seemed hesitant to approach at first. "Ai was a bit shaky as well..." she recalled. She took out a registry and handed it to him, with some instructions. "You're a new resident huh? In that case, list your name on this registry along with your signature." She took out a pen from one of the mugs on the desk, just in case he didn't have one. "After that, present your file at the mini-office on the second floor, third door to the right. They'll assign you your room and your roommate--if you already have one. After that, just come back here and give me the paper they'll give you so I can hand you your room key." She explained the process clearly to him.
"I would have accompanied him myself, like I did with Ai but, the desk will need someone to watch over it." She thought as she fiddled with another pen from the mug.
Jamie took the registry from Sakura's hand, along with the pen and started writing. "... Yes, I s-s-supp- .... suppose I am." He replied, clearing his throat. Jamie felt like he'd pass out, he was trying to listen to the blonde's instructions, but trying to push his fears away in the process made him dizzy. After managing to fill in what he needed on the slip of paper, he reached over to put the pen back in it's place, but pushed over the cup. "Oh dear! I- sorry, let me..." He picked up the cup, but it slipped from it's hold and cracked, pens rolling off the desk. "Gahhh! No, I-- forgive me this- I- dah!!" He got onto his knees and started to pick up the pens and cup shards.
Jamie stood up and placed all the pens on the desk, a embarrassed blush filled his cheeks. He glanced down at the cup. "... S... Sorry..." He choked out.
She kind of paused for a moment after that gesture. She realized that in her two years in this dorm, she hasn't really seen what the storage actually contains. She snapped back and helped Jamie up. "I'll just sweep the broken porcelain. You should get going to the offices. They only stay open until 7." She glanced at the wall clock. "It's twenty minutes to seven and those teachers might still interview you a bit, and that could drag on." She informed him as she headed back to the counter to get a broom and a dustpan. "At least he's nice and polite for a newcomer, like Ai. The other new guys didn't even stop by here to sign-in let alone register." She thought as she went back outside.
Jamie glanced over his shoulder to where Sakura pointed. "Oh, I see..." He mumbled, brushing himself off. He looked back at the female. "You're a nice person... I d-do-wah... I do apologize once again." Jamie said, clenching the slip of paper in his hand to make sure it was still there.
He nodded once again. "Okay, I suppose I should get going then." He said, turning on his heal and making his way to the office. About 10 minutes later after turning hallways and peaking through door windows, he finally found the place he was looking for.
--10 more minutes later--
Jamie left the room and let out a frustrated groan. Room mates. As he made his way back to the desk, he thought of what his room mate was like. Was he mean? Would he tease him? Would he harass him? Oh, Jamie felt sick to the stomach at the thought. After achieving his key from Sakura, he made his way to his dorm to get settled in.
"He's probably assigned to the fourth floor. That's an all boys area." She thought as she sat in her chair again, a little bored since there's no one to talk to. Akira and Ai still hasn't returned even though it's already evening. She wondered if Billy was part of the new syndicate after all. She simply shrugged off this feeling of paranoia and turned on the TV to watch some news.
It mostly consisted of the usual. Weather, tourism, stocks, accidents here and there. Sakura somehow felt bored so she shut it off again, wondering how she'll kill time. That's when she remembered the storage room. She walked up to it, until she was directly in front of the door. There, she debated whether to get in or not. She grasped the knob and realized it was locked.
"Never mind. What was I thinking?" She muttered as she went back to the desk. As she sat down, she heard a crash come from the storage room. It was like someone fell from a certain height.
"What was that?"
"Now, since you all probably haven't been to this zoo, I should show you the map. This map is so big, like the Zoo! It was originally a park that had a really massive tree, that was almost 4000 years old. But, they turned it into a zoo. But, the tree is in the very middle of the zoo, where they keep the family petting zoo. They've created a very big tree house, and in the tree house, it's like a barn. They had birds, and butterflies, and... Hapi! Hapi is the Orangutan they found in the wild, abused and mistreated for, the poachers killed it's family, which I found is really sad. Family are the friends that are there for the rest of your life, so my family is really important, obviously! Haha!"
She didn't want to say much about her sister, as it was the reason she was at Hanako, so she needed to stay smart about what she says, especially with Billy around. She continued speaking.
"So, if your have noticed, the Park is similar to a oval map of the world; with the tree in the middle. They've put the animals into their respective parts of the world, for example. Pandas would be found in Asia here-" She pointed to the Asian continent on the zoo map. "-And the Wallabies will be found here!" She pointed to Oceania, which was in the North East part of the map, next to Antartica.
"The seal show will be found in Antartica at 11:45. Obviously, we have a bit of time to pass, so lets go see some animals!" She said, as she walked off. Billy and Akira followed Ai, as she showed them her favorite parts of the zoo, including the Feed The Monkeys exhibit, the Butterfly Room, and the Lion Roar.
"So Ai," Billy said somewhat nervously. "Why do you love this place so much?" He smiled, and she smiled back. "Well, it's because I have so many fond memories here; Like when I climbed into the Penguin Exhibit and gave Waddles a hug, or when my baby cousin saw the Lion Roar and then she cried for 30 minutes!" She really did love this place; and they could tell. She checked the time on her watch.
"Lets start going over to the Seal Show; apparently they're going to do tricks!"
As she stood in front of the door, a feeling of anxiety swept over her. Would she dare go inside? She decided to just go with it; she was already there after all. She inserted the key and turned the knob, knowing full well that if someone caught her, she could just say that she was looking for a replacement mug. She flicked on the light switch, flooding the dark room with light.
Inside, several, dusty crates and boxes were stacked neatly. She walked around the room, parting some cobwebs as she investigated the source of the sound. A large box of files had fallen down, spilling the contents unto the floor. She wondered what could have caused it to fall. Suddenly, a soft, warm object skidded by her feet. She looked down and saw a giant rat, making her shriek a bit.
"Aaahh!" She yelled as she moved her foot away from the thing, tripping her over, sending her crashing down to the floor. "Urgh..." She mumbled, annoyed at this. Her hand landed on a file so she picked it up and gave it a good look.
Student No. 603: Year 1993-1997
She took a quick look around the others and saw that they all contained the same student file. "Why would they keep several copies of the same file in here?" She thought as she placed them back on their box, growing more curious as time passed. This got her an idea.
"Maybe I should read this, you know, just to kill some time." She muttered, remembering that she has nothing else to do. She grabbed a new mug and placed it on the top of the box as she made her way out. As she was closing the door, she saw a large cabinet propped up on one section of the wall, as if covering something. She wanted to check it out but she can't possibly leave the counter too long. So she decided against it.
She washed the replacement mug, her thoughts still on that weird file as she felt the waters run through her fingers, striking the smooth, porcelain surface. She finished up and headed back to her desk, rearranging the pens and taking out a file from the box. She opened the folder and proceeded to read, wondering why Akira and Ai were taking too long.

Re: Star-Crossed Dorm
@DeathScythe386 I just realized that we don't have any specific floors on our rooms so I came up with something. A layout, if you could call it that:
First floor: That is where the counter and lounge is (common sense). There are also around four rooms that can accommodate boarders (Including Sakura's, Akira's and Ai's room, if you don't mind.) as well as the storage, kitchen and two showers (girls and boys). There is also a door you can go through to access the cafeteria. First floor has mixed genders.
Second Floor: Mostly offices of some staff that were assigned to 'watch over' the students and monitor their behavior. Basically, the lair of adults. Since this is kind of a dumpsite for problem students, I kind of assume that they don't really care much about monitoring the students. They have their own bathroom but, I think no teacher would live there.
Third Floor: All-girls corner. Basically six rooms each on the left and right sides. They also have their own shower room.
Fourth Floor: All boys. Same layout as the third floor, with the exception of the shower. (evil...) But--
Fifth Floor: Vacant. But there is a shower here, so maybe the boys could either use this one or the one on the ground floor. This floor can probably serve as some sort of mystery floor, filled with odd rumors and weird events, which most dorms have, at least the dorms around my country. It also contains the laundry area, if you do it yourself.
Rooftop: Self-explanatory. People can hang their laundry here, if you trust the others that they won't steal your clothes that is.
Well, that's what I thought and propose. On a side note, the counter has some sort of small room fit for one person that Sakura sleeps in when she does overtime. What do you think? Think it's okay?
