Martian is a charismatic, charming, cunning, calculating, sarcastic, ruthless, and paranoid man. He has a real all-or-nothing personality. But he is emotionally fragile when it comes to personal relationships. He has struggled with depression for many years over the loss of his family. He keeps this depression away by focusing solely on gaining power, feeling that in some way it might fill the hole in his heart.
He can be pretty sarcastic at times, and always has a sassy comment up his sleeve. He's a bit of a womanizer as well. With most of his interactions with the fairer sex he exhibits a charismatic, suave persona that is meant to put them at ease and easier to manipulate.
He is extremely ruthless, and calculating. He won't hesitate to kill someone if it furthers his own ends. But he's far from reckless, and always assesses a situation before making a move, making sure he sees all the angles. He suffers from severe paranoia, and never trusts anyone. Martian was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, the eldest of two kids. he lived a relatively happy life, his family was poor, but still happy. That was until he was sixteen. Him and his parents were driving home from a soccer tournament for his little sister when they were hit by a drunk driver. Martian barely survived, his family weren't so lucky. When they pulled him out of the wreckage, he was fading in and out of unconsciousness, and could see his parents dead, and his sister choking on her own blood.
Martian was placed in the foster system, and bounced around from home to home until a few months later. The home he was stuck in was run by a cruel, drunk bastard of a man who took great pleasure in beating on his wards. Roughly a year later Martian had enough of the abuse, and ran away. He was found by a traveling pack. The Alpha took particular interest in Martian, seeing the pain and anger in his eyes.
The Alpha gave Martian a choice. He can join his pack, and never have to take that kind of abuse from a human ever again, to be powerful, or he could go back to his life, and endure more hardships. Martian opted to take the former. So the Alpha turned Martian, and he formally became apart of the pack. And thus he was introduced to the supernatural world.
But before he would go on with his new 'family', he had some unfinished business at home. He went home, tore his foster father to shreds, that was his first kill, and far from his last. As the years rolled by he proved to be a very violent Beta. He would go looking for fights with humans, and on occasion kill them. His pack knew that if he kept this up he would bring the Hunters down on him.
With only two options, either kill him, or ban him from the pack, forcing him to become a Omega. The Alpha chose to make him an Omega, that way he would have some chance of survival. As an Omega Martian continued his violent lifestyle, but soon found the wraith of the Hunters. He had a few close calls with the Hunters before he realized he couldn't act the way he has been. So he straightened up, and became the much more calculating, and paranoid man he is today.
He found himself in Carter Falls. He was taken in by the Cunningham pack when Tommy was in charge, a few months before Duncan took over. He was fairly content with how Tommy ran things, but he found himself craving the power of an Alpha. When Duncan took over, Martian saw this as his chance. But Duncan was fair too powerful, and experienced for him to take alone. No, he needed allies. He started sowing seeds of deception within the pack, and gained a small following.
But still this wasn't enough. He went to outside forces. He gathered Omegas who wanted desperately to be apart of a pack with the promise of joining his new pack, corrupt Hunters that he paid off, assassins with knowledge of the supernatural, and even a couple of Wendigos with the promise of a place in Carter Falls. It took nearly a decade, but he had his army. When the coup failed, he was forced to retreat within the wilderness of the forest near Carter Falls. Now he waits for his chance to kill Cole, and take his rightful Alpha status.
