History

It all started in the year 2006 the start of the fall of the economy. It began with a few job loses a few small businesses falling through but it wasn't anything that couldn't be overcame. Then in 2009 there was another blow to the economy with the impeachment of current Mayor, Toronto was now aware of the struggle that was upon them. The few job loses went to a 65% unemployment rate that seemed to grow higher every week. A lot of people turned to robberies, murders and the life of crime. Cops struggled to keep the city under control for years, without a mayor and with more and more people becoming desperate the city was falling to its people. In 2014 the Commissioner of the Toronto was accepted to act as the cities Mayor, his name was Micheal Van Cunning. After a year in office the people of Toronto seemed to fall in love with their new Mayor, jobs were coming, money was stabling and things seemed to be going good, or at least as good as to be expected at the time, but as they say ALL good things must come to and End. In 2016 North America had finally fallen to its debt, hitting rock bottom every country was on its own, now making Mayor Cunning, President Cunning of Toronto. His monarchy ways were soon made clear.

Rare Memory is the leader of the ThunderKats gang, one of the leading Rebel forces battling the monarchy of President Cunning. His reign over the last 4 years went from success and on a rise to curfew hours, regulated TV and reading, public executions and more. Rare Memory once known as Priscilla Cunning is the daughter of the president, running away at the age of 19 in 2017 she set off to stop her father from destroying the city with the way he was ruling. She made a name for herself when she organized a small group and broke into one of the state building stealing monitors, TVs, phones, books, and anything that would help her start her rebellion and then burning it to the ground. Her father publicly placed a bounty on her head and the head of those who worked with her, not knowing that his biggest threat was his only off spring

Present

Now with it being 2020 the regulations have grown, no one was allowed to own anything but their lives. No books, No TV, No radios, No cellphones, with the president being more cautious then ever with the rebels on the rise he is desperate to shut the city down in order to kill them off. No one is allowed out after 6pm without security clearance and punishment for breaking these rules is being charged with treason against the president and being executed. There were three main rebel gangs, who split Toronto up in three separate territories, the south territory belonged to (TK) The north belonging to (BCB) The BadCountyBoy and the rest belonged to (V) V stood for Venom, no one really knew how many people were in that gang, but all that was really known was somehow on the night of one of the biggest raids of the year the President knew their plans and was prepared for them. The next day there was an execution of 7 people among them was the man called V, with a public message to the two remaining gangs that this was only the beginning of the end for the Rebels. THe next day there were rumors around the city that the gang had a mole, and the mole was a snitch for the president and also talk of betrayal from the rival gangs. Leaving just two rebel gangs left can they work together to take down President Cunning before he takes them down, will they be able to find the snitch among them as well?
