Introduction

Story

The Universe began with the birth of the Gods. The Gods found that they needed mortals to sustain their existence. Various races including Humans had already existed as primitive cavemen, but their worship still gave the Gods power and this power gave them the chance to survive. In the beginning, their power was weak.. and limited as there was only so many humans, but slowly over time the human population has grown and so has the Gods Influence and power, but power comes at a cost.

Gods are much like the Humans beneath them. They feel greed, envy, and love just like any other. They grow attached to their mortals, attached to their power... attachments lead to pain, and pain leads to hate. Sometimes the smallest slights would set God against God.. and in turn, Their Mortals against other Gods Mortals. The Gods found that through this struggle they could gain power!.. and lose it, but there is a price for everything.

War and Chaos soon followed as the Gods and their mortals battled for supremacy, and the world ran red in rivers of blood. Great Nations, Mighty civilizations all crushed to dust in the span of a few centuries. The world had been scared.. A Goddess arose amongst her peers, she was a humble Goddess by the name of Neshka. She had small power when compared to the others, but she had heart. Neshka convinced several other of the stronger Gods to support her, and with them at her side she crushed the opposition forcing them to submit to her or die.

Neshka would become the Queen of the Gods. With the Gods in a uneasy truce, the world started to mend. The scars slowly began to heal, in the minds of mortals the Great War of the Gods faded into myth, and while the world had not quite returned to its former glory, it was progress. Instead of mighty nations, the world was splintered. Each God had a city-state that was dedicated to them.. but the future for once was bright, but nothing stays the same. One day Neshka the Great Queen disappeared. Vanished without a trace. Her disappearance created a great power vacuum. Chaos once again reigned supreme as the Gods argued their right of succession. When this appeared futile, the Gods quietly began making plans of their own. All have their own motivations: some fueled ambition wished to sit in the seat of ultimate power, some fueled vengeance wishing to crush the gods who thwarted them last time, some wishing for entertainment, some wishing only for stability and peace.. but in the end, the tide cannot be stopped. The world will bleed once more.

E.I.N.-Z.W.E.I.-God's Kingdom
E.I.N. was in human form, sitting his throne while thinking of what he is going to do in the future. It isn't enough for him that he has control over one realm where Warewolves are the ones in charge, he wanted to get any realm that he can get his hands on. Neshka said that a God should care for the whole flock and not just his children, which is why Neshka never liked him because he only cares for Warewolves while Humans are there for the work they can give. He called for General Muzherfauker to enter his throne is they can discuss their next move. Once General Muzherfauker entered the room, he kneeled before him as E.I.N. requires all of his subordinates to do when they enter his presence. "You called for me, sir." "Yes, as you know, I plan to expand on my reach. To do this, I may need assistance from another realm..." Something like this is very unusual for E.I.N. to say who always insists on using Warewolves or Human fodders so this was a surprise to Muzherfauker. "What about um... Neshka sir?" Muzherfauker is the most knowledgeable of the subject on Gods that aren't E.I.N. "You mean that annoying bitch? There is not a chance she would ally herself with me and even then, I wouldn't want her. Think, naive. Hmm... Now that I think of it, the one who would seem like the best canidate for my alliance would be Nagash with his army of vampire and necromancy. Leave Naive but send in Viola." Muzherfauker shrugged, "I have a name" E.I.N. had let out a small laugh, "You sound like it's going to get you respect."

Muzherfauker left and Viola entered afterwards. "Yes, majesty?" Viola said while kneeling down. E.I.N. got up off his chair and walk a little while he was thinking about his next move. "For my plan and our species future, we are going to more assistance. We will need more than just Warewolves and worthless Humans." He pulled out a rolled-up document and gave it to Viola. "I am going to send you Nagash and see if he can negotiate a partnership between two gods, Warewolves and Vampires. If this works, we will have more than what we need in support." Viola turned her head up and looked at E.I.N. "Why Nagash?" E.I.N. looked back, "He is the most likely to ally with me because of our motives and is the most reasonable." He had then sent Viola to Nagash without warning. Viola knew what she had to do in the face of Nagash, "Sorry for the abrupt entrance but my god, E.I.N. would like to join forces with you so both of you can accomplish your goals." She handed him the document which is a peace treaty signed from E.I.N. himself. "This peace treaty was signed by our own god himself, which shows that he truly wishes to cooperate."

In the mist of the never ceasing thunder and raging winds it was more than obvious that a shed of daylight would not make it into this place, leaving it in a rather perpetual constant state of night, it had a sky that seemed to be utterly black or dark and deep gray at points while other times it seemd to be a smudged like mixture of the two as if the sky was a painting from a rather gloomy and melancholy based picture. The lack of sun and the isoaltion of any natural stars or moon due to the huddles of countless clouds fogged up all the realm and when mixed with the lack of glowing, lights or even flames to light the way it would appear that the figure that centred around all this was nothing more a shadowry stalk with big bulp nesting in its rightful place of the realm, or at least far away it would seem as such a thing. The domains lack of sight for any guests was quickly made up by the horrid smells that drifted about the area, the scents of freshly squeesed rotting corpses was gently swayed about by the wind and delivered into ones nostrils, the hint of vomit wnadered about and the filthy, mud filled rain lavished down a rather earthly yet soiled odor into the way of any darring to fly above and as such it was strongly likely that anyone that came here would get dirty in some way or another. As the god flew deeper into the place of this being desires and mindset it did not take a effectively long time for the scale of its size to be seen, all gods had some sense of size to them or at least seen in some sense of taller size than human but the creature that stood here was effecively a showing tiself to be a giant.

A long tally of organs sat ontop of each other, greeting the god of logics eyes first while slowing leading up, each of them throbbing at first when he entered as if to vibrate to him comming closer for a moment before slowing into a still fast beat, a pounding from within that sent slight throbbs into the air as squishy liquids were slushed about with in as they exspanded and shrunk just an inch and occasionally burping out spittles of fluids as well as rotting interriors. The massive set of organs up above that clammbered under the head of the beast started to wobble froms side to side for a moment before stopping after a second of churning and twisting there innards. A smll drip of red started to leak down the side of his body, flowing out of the creatures corrupted giant liver for a moment, travelling across it skin and thus leaving a tiny trail of rotton red. As the tiny drop of blood made its way from the creatures body a small twicth of flesh was formed around its sealed off section of crooked and decayed teeth which started to lazily open as time went on which revealed a number of now thumblnig hearts that made random bumps as if something was strecthing its soft organic skin about yet never breaking free. The mouth only dropped open, not moving or showing any sign of a throat although the sounds of a voice still entered the air.

"Existence turns..." The voice spoke, it seemed to have a sense of flowing all around as if the wind was carrying it, it tune was hard to pin point as it was random, silent yet when it spoke many other voice uttered in its place. Children and old men, women and demons, angels and teenagers all whispered forth towards him in a calm yet united manner.

"Reality bends...what has happend does not matter. What is future becomes past again...you're words offer nothing. You're presence is but a event un-worthy of my attention...my brother is all I desire.."

"I will grant you the luxury of leaving..."

Heckteth-Sindris realm.

Heckteth gave a laugh towards Sindri , wiping a tear made of a purplish liquid away from his eye and smiling honestly up at him "Times like this I miss what I had. But! No time to look at Heckteth the artist....No , no. Even -you- must be able to feel it Sindri , that wonderfull , horrible feeling like last time." Heckteths body was almost...smoking oddly. A black steam was rising off him and the grin on his face whent from honest to nothing short of sadistic. "Last time I felt this good and in pieces was when my followers -sky- rocketed! Ah yes , last time I became powerfull , I became me...I became Heckteth the mad. That -is- what you call me now , correct?"

Heckteth huffed as he turned from Sindri , his body growing in size to that of a lanky adult. Thin and frail but tall. The outfit made his apearence almost comecal were it not for the sheer power radiating off the gods body "Fourty -thousand- worshippers to my name. By sheer volume my powers should dwarf all of you." Heckteth turned , throwing out his hand as the air around it cracked and spider webbed like broken glass "I SHOULD BE KING! I DESERVE IT FOR WHAT HAS BEEN DONE TO ME! This wonderous thing that you and the others have done!" Heckteth laughed madly , grabbing the sides of his head as his eyes cracked to pieces , floating around his ink like face like leaves on a pond "And what would you do to stop me!? What could -any- of you do against every insane being on the mortal realm!? NOTHING! You are -bugs- to me! To be stomped out at my will! But what do you do!? LAUGH! Even Mother is brought to tears by the mere -sight- of me!"

Heckteth gritted his teeth , he was only getting worse as he continued and his bodys ink like skin was now bubbling like boilnig water "So let there be war again! Let there be scars and bruises and blood! For every city you and the others destroy will only scar the minds of more! More followers , more worshippers , more soldiers for ME and ME alone and at its crooked end will stand the mad god! The -only- god! I -will- take the throne for Mother and you -WILL- help me!" With that Heckteth started to shutter , his eyes were reforming and his skin had stopped its mad bubbling.

Looking around Heckteth rubbed his temples again , turning back to his normal form as he floated on air up to Sindri , the same purple tears streaming out of his eyes as before "Sorry for yelling brother. Please , -please- dont let this happen again. I dont want to be any more broken." Heckteth was nearly begging his brother for some form of stability , every now and again his voice rang with nostalgia , of Heckteth the Artist who wished too be whole again...But no , not yet , not now. With a quick and akward ;for Sindri anyways; kiss on the cheek Heckteth vanished from the realm , leaving only behind the imprint his unstabble power always left to return to his own mad realm for now.

Arathol-Jaylaers realm

Arathol smiled at Fynnion calmly. He would do perfectly to test his metal man. Putting the small statue on the ground Arathol snapped his fingers , with a loud sound that could be mistaken for thunder radiating from Arathols snap the statue grew and stood tall and proud infront of its challenger. With a nod Arathol put the end of his sheath against Fynnions shoulder "Too you I offer my hopes that you run faster then you ever have. Push every muscle , ignore all strain. Work for victory or victory will not come."

Tapping his sheath on to his statues shoulder he grinned widely "And too you my silver mortal , I give my greatest gift. Too you in hopes that you will see this challenge , that you will run with the fury of a thousand blazing fires. Too you I give the breath of -life-." With the words complete the statues fingers started to twitch before it flexed , twisting a leg forward and putting its hands together to try and warp its metal muscles out more. The eye sockets now spitting out flames and the soles of its feet red hot with Arathols fire of life. Quickly turning to Fynnion it nodded to him and then crouched down , putting it's fingers against the ground and pushing its feet back , igniting bits of grass as it dug in to its starting point. This creation of Arathols would run tell the heat in its body ran dry and it would run with a speed known only to said heat , competition was what it craved and competition was what it was glad to be getting.

Arathol laughed and turned back to Jaylaer and Draegott "He is ready when ever your chosen is Jaylaer. Shall we say that mountain in the distance shall be their goal? Once there and back. Arathol pointed far off , it would take more then speed to reach the mountain he pointed at , it would take super human levels of endurance as well. Something he knew his creation had more of then any mortal.

Giving a bow to Draegott Arathol smiled calmly too him "I would speak too you in the way you are accustome lord Draegott but I do not wish Jaylaer to miss out on the conversations. I have no doute that your wisdome has come to bless us with reason? Nay , perhaps you simply wished company , I apolagize for such assumptions." So was Arathols way. A compliment , a greeting and a apolagy was standard for him. He wished to anger no other god but to do so made him apear meek even with his muscular build. Still this was his way and he waited eagerly not only on Draegotts response but on his contest with Jaylaer as well.

Draegott

Draegott nodded in response to Jaylears hospitality. The God was certainly one of the more amiable, reasonable ones, not fond of war, if Draegott remembered correctly. This was one of the reasons he had chosen Jaylears domain to come to first. That Arathol was here also pleased Draegott. He held the Blacksmith God in high esteem.

Yes, it has been far too long, Draegott replied to Jaylear, it is good to see that there is still amiability amongst us Gods, and at least some of us are not plotting for the throne, as I am sure some are already doing. And no, Arathol, I am afraid my visit has more purpose than companionship, though more should certainly be made for such a reason.

The friendliness in his voice slipping slightly, Draegott adopted a more serious tone. There was some apprehension stirring in his eyes, fear for what may yet happen.

I'm here to speak about Neshka. No doubt you realize that her disappearance leaves a vacuum... and as is the nature of vacuums, I fear that if it is not filled peaceably, it will inevitably be filled violently. This time, there is no Neshka to rally the cause and to end the war. I came to you because you are both Gods that are honourable and reasonable. I think none of us here have foul intentions for the throne, nor particularly lust after it ourselves.

With that he paused for but a moment, his eyes registering the reactions on their faces. He knew them to be good Gods, with fair intentions... but the prospect of power did strange things to people. Fortunately, he saw not so much as a glimmer of malice or greed in their eyes.

I propose that we band together now, before war splits us apart. We must speak with the other Gods of noble heart, or who would at least be opposed to war, such as Sindri, or Callixtus. If we do not choose a fitting God to lead amongst us, there are certainly those who would force themselves upon the throne. I sat out of the last war, content to keep to myself and my people, but I refuse to do so again.

Before either God had a chance to answer his proposal, Draegott felt a ripple. No... a ripple is not right. A ripple would suggest something smooth, fluid. This was more... a tear. It was gradual, yet somehow violent. Draegott shuddered, his eyes narrowing at this unnatural disturbance. Something was disturbing creation itself... and who would know better as to what then the Creator?

Forgive me, but I must be away momentarily. Please, enjoy your competition, but consider my proposal. I fear there may be dark times ahead, but they are not yet here. I will not be long

With that, Draegott enclosed his wings around himself, fading from sight. If Aether did not know what was happening, Sindri may... not as attuned to creation as Aether was, Sindri was still wise indeed. A slight smoke trickled into Aether's domain, forming the Golden armoured God, wings spreading wide as he hovered slightly above the ground, careful not do disturb Aether's precious realm. Draegott spotted the God laying in the shade provided by one of his many trees, eyes closed. Drifting over to the God, he spoke.

Aether, it is good to see you enjoying your creation. Your realm is as splendid as the last time I visited you... however long ago that was. Might I have a word with you?

Lyse Brann

Lyse wheeled high above the city. She and DΓΈd-Kjeve flew above Hoyevar, his powerful wings propelling them easily through the strong winds. She needed times like these. She never needed to just sit still, or lie down, or have a little rest, but she did to escape it all sometimes. Escape the worries, and the stress, and all the responsibilities of being the leader of the Mennavis, and of being the only dragon rider left. She looked forward to the day when finally, the eight drakes would reach maturity, and would take their places with their partners as eight new riders. It was times like these, times when the worry she felt for the dragon-kind became too much that she had to escape. And so she and DΓΈd-Kjeve, just the two of them, flew through the air now, high above the city. It gave her time to think.

Hoyevar was a grand city. Far grander than those that had inhabited it, it had been built for the thousands upon thousands of Svelts that had originally moved here. Dragons had even helped with some of the more colossal buildings, in exchange for gold. Well, that was before the war. The war between Svelt and Dragon that had led to the near extinction of both. Now, the Mennavis, a union of the two, were all that were left, trying to rebuild. She was not sure how aware the rest of the world was as to their existence. Recently, they had pretty much kept to themselves. If there were to be any kind of incident, or war at this point, it may be the end of Dragon-kind. But now there were eight drakes, approaching maturity, 25 drakelings and many more eggs. There were those that argued that it was time to venture out into the world, establish trade and alliances. This was a topic of much debate, and it would fall to her soon to decide if they were to venture out, and where to. So far, the council was at a stalemate, so the decision would not be made for her. Hallvard Kaetil, her trusted advisor and the Lord Seer for the Mennavis, advised that they begin branching out as soon as possible, preferring an attempted alliance with the city of Aerethsfalls. She was suspicious that this may have something to do with his inclination to magic, and the cities reputable academy of magic. She had prayed to Draegott, but he had told her little. Only that the way forward was unclear, that one could not yet be sure of who to put their faith in. He promised to return to council her, but she did not know what to do until then. The Mennavis put all their faith into their God, and trusted his judgement, but there were many who wished he would grant them guidance sooner.

Lahar looked to the being seeing only a god and a mind. Lahar waited for a second being total unimpressed by anything no sense of disgust was in Lahar only a slight feeling of amusement his eye's rolled over the body and it's size calmly "Your brother? Why would you want that god he's not the smartest is he, didn't he let the throne go to Neshka? That's the reason why you suffered and became what you are wouldn't you be angry on him? wouldn't you wish to kill him just to repay his deed?" Lahar turned the things around with only a little attention as he focused on the behavior of this new pawn "Also I would like to point to your power not being so much bigger than mine you can't force me too leave and I'm not a person to feel disgust or catch ill can steel even become ill? Well I guess you became god of the sickness if I look upon your realm so your mind would come up with a way." Lahar was really acting incredible strange he didn't feel any kind of danger instead a he had a goal to analyze this being "How may I call you? Because really I'm not wishing to kill you and I never did something wrong against you so were not enemies or do you think about murdering every god? Yes you are, great in that case I would begin with your brother." Lahar didn't though the ground instead he came a little bit closer to the god looking to his body now finding it a interesting thing it seemed to be largely logical in Lahars eye's was everything logic even magic had logic behind it even gods had logic just as this was logic so he analyzed "Still do your business your welcome in my realm when ever you wish." Lahar disappeared after a bow going back to his realm sending this out for the archive Tria she began her research as soon as he asked for it and she did it well.

Aether Consatio : God of Creation : Aether's Domain

Carefri, the direct brother of Aether and the one he had killed with his own hands. Was it really possible that the God came back to life? Such a thing was unheard of, but then so was a new God being born. Aether had loved his brother dearly and felt regret for what he had did, but his brother was becoming out of control β€” he had to kill him. There was no question about it. There was the question; what had Carefri become? Surely a God of Innocence and Hope could not remain in such a form when bent on the emotion of revenge β€” if Carefri even wanted revenge, perhaps he had forgiven Aether for what he did… in that case then there was still hope for the two brother’s relationship yet.

So caught up in the thoughts of his brother that Aether didn’t notice another God slip silently into his realm. β€œAether,” the voice seemed familiar as if he knew the person, the God suddenly opened his eyes and sat up, ready to call out his brother’s name. However it wasn’t his brother, instead it was a God he hadn’t seen since the previous was β€” Draegott; The God of Dragons and Unity, the one who stood idly by during the war before. β€œIt is good to see you enjoying your creation. Your realm is as splendid as the last time I visited you... however long ago that was.” Aether looked the being up and down, another creature made of armor but this time with large wings. Thankfully the thing had enough respect to hover above ground as to not disturb the life beneath, Aether was somewhat grateful. β€œMight I have a word with you?” Usually the God would decline, especially with someone who entered without his permission β€” but at least the God didn’t destroy his realm. Aether replied with a nod, lying back down and closing his eyes.

β€œI think I already know your reasoning of being here,” Aether said with a small sigh. β€œSadly it’s not to pledge your allegiance to me is it?” The God once again opened his eyes and sighed. β€œIt’s about that small break isn’t it? Something breaking the laws of creation, a powerful soul β€” belonging to a God β€” once again coming into existence.” he sat up now and crossed his legs, glancing up at the God in front and brushing his hand across the delicate grass; an action Aether did when he was nervous β€” he found comfort within the land. β€œI don’t know what it was,” he murmured under his breath whilst he looked down at both of his hands and his land. β€œI have a good guess though, my brother…Carefri…” Aether now got to his feet and turned away from the other God, looking out to the horizon and wrapping both of his arms around his chest. β€œMy brother became corrupt, I had to kill him,” The God spoke mainly to himself as he kept his tone low, desperately trying to back-up his actions. β€œI fear that he may have come back and if so… then he’ll want me dead.” he shivered, flinching and closing his eyes, shrinking backwards and closing up his posture more. β€œI don’t blame him…” it was unknown if Aether had even remembered that another God was right behind him, it seemed as the God was merely talking to himself β€” he would never act like this in front of another God.

But then again Lahar knew Aether had some information about his brother and so he appeared right behind the creator looking only to Draegott with a respective nod "I got to visit the reappeared god and he wants to talk with you. He didn't tell his name but I'm as good as sure he's your brother not on looks of course but on the fact he said that I was unworthy to visit him that only you had his interest. I would suggest you go and take a look but I warn you he changed a bit." Lahar stepped back next to Draegott as he observed the god of unity "I greet you Draegott god of unity. May I ask why you are here?" Lahar never liked Draegott not because of the guys personality but because of his power as the god of dragons had a very powerful army being his entire people making him Lahar's superior on earth but in mind he knew he could take the god of the dragons the guy was one of the typical honer god's Lahar had taken down many of these they always where the first on his conquering agenda. "Wait I know you wish alliance with the creator may I point you that I have a alliance with him and I know you dislike my way of being I'm not a honer full god in fact I believe honor to be fools act but I'm not to judge and your my equal never the less." Lahar took his focus back on Aether he wanted the god to break under the weight of his brother the angels would then lawfully belong to him or more they would prefer to go to him as he had an alliance with Aether but the god didn't fade if he went in a depression but madness would still be nice.

Muketsu's Realm

Muketsu wiped off his lips with the back of his hand. He chuckled slightly as he did so. He pointed the Cardius Malifus at the Blood Sword. A surge of red bursted forth into the blade.Β
"Well, that'll teach you to commit adultery. Soon you'll be free from the constraints of marriage. You may sleep with whosoever you choose. I'm insinuating you'll be divorced. Don't worry, she'll only take about half your stuff." Muketsu pulled a lit cigarette from thin air, and placed it between his lips.Β
"Man, nobody has control of anything these days. Soon, it might happen again. Another Godly War." Muketsu sat calmly in his throne, contemplating.
"Noctril will need allies. And I'm talking to myself. I think it's necessary that I... Socialize. But which god? Jaylear? No, I made diabetes, which has yet to be cured, he might resent me. Well, he's a reasonable man. Heckteth? WAY too creepy. Nagash? Too dark, even for me. Sindri? Too boring. Callixtus? Bah, alcohol is concentrated sin. Aether? Douchebag pretty-boy control freak. Nyx? Too self-centered. Lahar? He freaks me the f*ck out. E.I.N? Only cares about himself. I'm not even going to think about Arathemus. Draegott? Has some possibility. Questella? I don't even know, might as well find out. Arathol? He seems like a pretty nice guy. So I guess I'll try Jaylear Draegott, Questella, and Arathol. Hmm... I'll start with Jaylear. Wait, I sense other presences in his realm. Two godly presences. It appears to be... Well whaddya know, Arathol and Draegott. Three birds with one stone." Muketsu crushed his cigarette, and produced some more fitting clothing. The open jacket and skull belt thing wasn't really going to be appropriate. He instead summoned a black dress shirt, red tie, and a normal belt. He left the top 3 buttons open on the shirt however. He pulled back the ribbon on his eyes, and looked at the reflective surface of his gauntlet. His eyes had dark yellow sclera, with red irises, and blue pupils. They were hideous. One of the few things he couldn't change. He replaced the ribbon, sighing. Well, moping won't do anything. Guess I should go." Muketsu's body transformed into a pool of blood. It seeped into the floor slowly.

Jaylear's Realm - Muketsu

As the bloody pool seeped into the ground in Muketsu's realm, it rose from the ground in Jaylear's. When it fully emerged, it retook Muketsu's shape. He looked around, marveling at the sights. A discus flew towards his head, which he leaned backwards to avoid. He walked towards the other gods. "Uh, greetings friends. I, uh, wasn't Draegott here just a second ago? Um, so, what are you two doing?" He struggled with socializing, as he had literally just started. He scratched the back of his head, and smiled weakly. He began to think to himself.
Don't seem desperate Muketsu, just keep cool. What did I tell you about talking to yourself?! I don't care that it's just in my head, don't do it! Oh come on, dont be like that. Look, I'm sorry. You wanna talk about it? Wrong answer, we're not talking! Good Neshka you're stupid sometimes. And you're still talking to yourself. Don't take that tone with me! I know you are but what am I? Oh, that's a low blow. But I guess you're right, I am more loony than Heckteth. Ok, I'm done, starting now.

Just outside Layena - Leon

Leon stood outside the gates to Layena. He flapped his wings a few times, and flew over them. He came upon a young man selling fruit on the roadside. The boy was covered in dirt and sweat, with simple clothes strung loosely upon him. The boy looked like he knew little of the world, yet had a tough life. The boy frowned, and grabbed an apple.
"Please Mr. Lion, would you buy an apple? I need the money to pay for my mother's medicine. The other stores sell them for more than I do, and mine are really fresh! Please Mr. Lion!" Leon put one paw on the boy's chest. When he removed it, a picture of a mosquito was in it's place.
"Don't call me a lion. Now please, tell me where your mother is. I'll help you and her get to a safer place. You may ride on my back. I created an illusion, that makes sure you are invisible to all those I don't want to see you. Guide me to your mother, then I'll explain things to you, and then I'll see if I can't get into the inner city, and get some of your medicine for the trip to safety." The boy nodded, climbing onto Leon's back. He led Leon to his mother, who was given the same speech. Leon walked towards the gate to the inner city, explaining the truth behind Noctril as he went. Upon reaching the gate, he nodded at his passengers to get off. He stood on his hind legs. The symbol of Muketsu was emblazoned upon his chest. Muketsu, manticore, they should probably connect it to the legend and realize: let him through.

Noctril Council Center - Spettro/Jackson

Jackson Thundrane sat in the council center, twirling a guard baton.Β
How in Muketsu's name does he always get here so late? If he doesnt get here in the next 30 seconds, I swear... 25... 20... 15... 10... 5... 3,2, At that moment, Seer Spettro walked into the Council Center.
... I hate my life. The congregation sighed and began to arrange some papers.
"Ciao bene everybody." The whole group nodded, except for Thundrane.
It's buongiorno, ciao bene is an over-breakdown of the phrase. I doubt he can even truly speak the language. Imbecille.
"It's a good day for bill signing, is it not? And it's also Anderson's birthday. Did any of you know that?" Most members of the group nodded their heads no. Except Anderson and Jackson.
He just used the same phrase twice, and simply covered it up by altering the language. He also started a sentence with the word and. Then he ended a sentence with an adverb, and ended another sentence with a preposition. I gave Anderson a few extra ration coupons as a present, which he enjoyed, so I obviously didn't forget.
"SHUT UP WARDEN! NOBODY CARES ABOUT MY GRAMMAR!"
"But I didn't say that stuff, I thought it! Can you read minds?"
"You think out loud, "imbecille." Anyway, let's begin. Please bring all bills and their results before me." Several people in the group stood and brought forms before Spettro. He looked over each, signing them each with a positive comment.
"Ration coupon distribution recount, 27% approval... The way it's spread out now is good, no veto... Street vendor licensing system abolishment, 68% approval. Well, it'll make more services and goods available, no veto... Ah, this one's a prison matter. Your discretion Jack."
Spettro slid the papers to the Warden, who caught them gracefully.
"Hmm... Budgeting more money to militia supplies? Hah, I don't even care about the approval rating, that's a veto. Our iron war supply is fine. We've got about 3,000 light armor sets, and enough swords to make Arathol himself jealous."
"Be reasonable Warden. We need weaponry. A war is certain to break out soon.
"But we have no money as it is! We're lucky that Arathemus allows us to have as much as we do! If we want to get more supplies, we should start a prisoner trade agreement with another country. Trade prison workers for supplies. With permission of Muketsu of course."
[color=green]"Alright, we'll look into it. Next bill. Continue to keep true city info concealed, 84% approval. War is going to break soon. We will be caught in the fire. Unless Muketsu advises us otherwise, retaining neutrality will be impossible. It's only the second time I've had to do this... But... Bill vetoed."

(Conversation between Viola and Nagash played through the PMs. All of Nagash's words are in bold )

Nagash was examine one of the many large walls of wailing skulls. His last.. visitor had just departed, and it seemed another visitor had already replaced that one. My, he was popular lately. He gently turned his head, the blue mist surrounding it obscuring it from view. "Sorry for the abrupt entrance but my god, E.I.N. would like to join forces with you so both of you can accomplish your goals." the small girl said. He tilted his head to the side curiously.

He slowly moved towards the small girl, his dark robes swishing around him gently stroking the wailing skulls on the ground. This was not a place for Mortals. This could be her fate, to be one of the skulls screaming and writhing in pain as a part of his walls. Perhaps the girl believed her God would keep her safe. A foolish notion, but he applauded her bravery none the less.

"This peace treaty was signed by our own god himself, which shows that he truly wishes to cooperate." She contiuned, showing much strength for a Mortal. He contiuned his walk towards the small girl, the White Citadel darkening with every step as this was a place of Death and Decay. Light and Life were not meant to be. He leaned in close to the girl tilting his head left and right taking measure of the small Mortal.

"You know, It is terribly rude to enter a Gods domain with out an introduction." He said his voice soft like a breeze, but to mortals it caused chills for his was the voice of the cold grasp morality. "Then again. It is rude for him to send you instead of coming himself. Does he think I am not worth his time?" He asked, although it seemed the question was more for him then her.

He reached out his long thin fingers gently tugging on a piece of her hair. Inspecting it with a soft hmm "Interesting Choice of an Avatar. Tell me girl. Did he choose you because he found you attractive?"

Viola had noticed that the God Nagash had walked over to her and started tugging her hair. He asked if he wasn't worth E.I.N.'s time but that seemed more like a question towards him, not her. Nagash had then asked another question, "Interesting Choice of an Avatar. Tell me girl. Did he choose you because he found you attractive?" she had a pretty good feeling that by "interesting", he ment "poor". "With all due respect, I didn't make it solely on my good looks. E.I.N. chose me because of my ability to negotiate and socialize which he found to be extremely useful. I am also one of the few Warewolves that can do a partial transformation between our two forms. On the topic of the alliance, he wants to combine our power and forces together so that both sides can achieve their goals. Vampires and Werewolfs, Undead and Human, God and God. With the combined power, both sides would be unbeatable"

"Oh aren't you a rude one. You still have yet to introduce yourself." The God replied releasing her hair from his grasp. It was almost humorous that he chose this girl because of her ability at diplomacy when she was failing miserably, he would hate to see the rest of their diplomats. She had not introduced herself, even when he commented on it, she still had not told him her name. She was a cheeky mortal.

He wasn't a fool. He doubted E.I.N would be willing to step down and support him, so instead he wished to become 'allies'. Such alliances usually end with one side betraying the other. Much like his alliance with Lahar, only E.I.N wasn't as clever as Lahar. He walked around the Avatar letting his hidden eyes roam over her body. Interesting choice of an Avatar indeed. Combine their forces?

He glanced at her wolf ears and with curiosity reached up and stroked one. Such strange creatures these warewolves. What purpose did they serve? He was unsure that said Vampires had been an accidental creation as it was. "Allies." He mused. "Perhaps." He had never been fond of E.I.N but nor did he ever dislike the other God. With the.. upcoming plans he had set in motion perhaps this would be best.

"Very well my adorable little puppy." He said letting go of her wolf ear. "I will agree to this.. Alliance. On a two conditions." He said. He held up his fingers to indicate the number "One: All conversations with me are to be done through you. I quite like you, even if you refuse indulge me with your name. Two: Your people are to stay away from Dorn. Even If I agree to be your ally, Not all vampires are as willing to commit."

Viola was worried that he would have refused. "Oh aren't you a rude one. You still have yet to introduce yourself" Viola answered to that, "I apologize. I was under the assumption that for someone to randomly appear in your presence, my name wouldn't be something of your concern but rather it was the message that was being carried. My name is Viola." Viola noticed Nagash stroking her wolf ears. "Very well my adorable little puppy." A comment that Viola did not particularly like but she didn't show it. he let go of her ear, "I will agree to this.. Alliance. On a two conditions. One: All conversations with me are to be done through you. I quite like you, even if you refuse indulge me with your name. Two: Your people are to stay away from Dorn. Even If I agree to be your ally, Not all vampires are as willing to commit." Viola looked Nagash, "Their your people, wouldn't they be loyal to your will? People in Z.W.E.I. do not question E.I.N.'s word." She handed him the peace treaty, "Anyway, just sign this so E.I.N. knows that you agree"

"Viola." He repeated softly. Interesting name for a rather outspoken Avatar. "Their your people, wouldn't they be loyal to your will? People in Z.W.E.I. do not question E.I.N.'s word." Oh my, even insulting him now. If he was not going to accept this Alliance it would be a simple matter to kill her, so simply it was laughable. She was in his domain, the heart of his power. This was his world. Not even her precious God could save her her. He could not bring her back from his realm. She was trapped for eternity if he desired it, but he had use for her.

"I have no use for slaves." He responded smoothly. Let her understand that in his view those Z.W.E.I Were mindless slaves much like his zombies. Sign a paper? This Avatar was strange. This paper held no power to compel him to do anything, he waved his hand and his name appeared on the bottom of the page. "Till we meet again Puppy." He said as he snapped his fingers and then she was gone. Sent back to her Gods Realm.

Viola returned to E.I.N. with the peace treaty. "Nagash accepted the alliance offer but on two conditions: All of the conversation between you two has to be done through me because he was taken a liking to me and that Warewolves are to stay away from Dorn because the Vampires wouldn't agree to have Warewolves around." E.I.N. sat in his chair, stroking his chin before he laughed. "So a God can't get his own followers to accept, how pathetic. But at least we have the extra power we need in order for my plans to be put in fruition."

Draegott : Aether's Realm

Draegott had rarely seen another God like this... Aether seemed to crumple inwards, fear and guilt from his brothers murder and return evident in his posture. There was a haunted tone to his voice... as though he was not sure he had done the right thing, like he could still not reconcile killing his own brother. Draegott may not have fought in the war, but he knew what happened. What Aether had done was necessary, though he could understand his remorse. Gently, he drifted down, lightly setting upon the grass, so that though he stood upon it, it was as though no more than a soft wind ruffled the green blades. He placed his hand on Aether's shoulder, probably to the God's surprise. His armour may seem a cold shell, but it was a part of him as much as a dragons scale's. It was alive with warmth, and the flow of Draegott's energies, feeling more like skin than hard, cold metal.

Do not be too hard on yourself Aether. What you killed was not your brother. He had already lost him self to his own corruption. You merely put down the beast that killed him and stole his place. You do not deserve death, especially not at the hands of this beast, and it shall not happen. You forget, you are not alone. All of us Gods forget this far too often. There are dark times ahead, and we must not lose each other. None shall allow you to be killed, lest you bring it on yourself.

He did not know if the God of Creation would reply, but Aether did not get much of a chance to do so. Lahar, the God of Time and Logic had arrived. Draegott regarded him with cool, reappraising eyes. He had never been close with Lahar, but he respected him. Arrogant though he may be, he was no fool. A clever, most often reasonable God, Lahar was shrewd, if somewhat direct. Draegott had nothing against him, but it seemed Lahar assumed them opposed. Interesting. The news he brought though, was slightly more interesting. It was indeed Aether's brother returning that had caused the ripple.

You assume too much, Lahar. I have nothing against you. To the contrary, there are certainly qualities you have that are admirable. The God of Logic, not one to allow prejudice or silly emotion to interfere with the path that is logicically best. Not a fool by any means, and, if your last statement is anything to go on, one that at least holds respect, if not any fondness, for his equals. No, I do not have anything against you. As the God of Logic, I hadn't thought you one to be making such assumptions.

The last statement was said with some joviality, clearly no offence intended.

Besides, surely you are not opposed to me simply making friendly conversation with Aether? Surely as your ally, you are interested in his welfare and state of mind? At that point, Draegott's voice lost it's friendliness. It was a clear, cold message that, though Draegott had nothing against Lahar, he was not fooled. He knew Lahar had no interest in the other Gods, and any alliance with Aether was most likely just Lahar trying to use him. If this was the case, and Lahar truly planned to murderously back-stab a God Draegott perceived to be essentially good, it would not bode well for Lahar, and no 'honour' would save him.

Turning to Aether, the momentary coldness in Draegott's voice disappeared.

Aether, be careful. If you're brother is not who he once was, it would be foolish to rush into his domain without knowing what awaits you. In fact, why don't I accompany you. Even if he bears no foul will towards you, surely there is no reason I should not meet with him now that he has returned? I trust you are not opposed to this idea Lahar?

Lyse Brann : Hoyevar

The decision had been made to expand outwards, into the world. Fortunately, the council rarely deliberated for long. There were no political agendas to be filled out, so they needed only deal with what everyone felt to be the best way forward, rather than wasting time on bickering and back-stabbing. Unfortunately, this only presented them with another problem. Where to? Draegott spoke with her, but did not give her a definitive answer. Such was not his way. If he hand-held his people, how would they become strong? They fought their own way forward, striding towards his guidance. He had provided her with several lands he thought were worth communing diplomatic intentions too, and had left the decision to the Mennavis. She presented his guidance and her opinion to the council. At first, it had appeared that the council would deliberate even longer, each member pouring over their knowledge of these other nations. They were rarely slow, but there was fear here. The Dragon-kind, though strong, were very few, and none wanted to lose them to the outside world. This did not stop one individual from making quick work at persuading the other council members to agree with him.

Hallvard was as hell-bent as ever on forming some kind of magical, knowledge-exchanging union with the city of Aerethsfalls. He had quickly persuaded the other council members that if they could gain back some of their old magics, the knowledge of how to harness dragon-magic, it would mark the ascent of the Mennavis. More powerful magic and enchantment would lead to an improvement in everything. It was a long and convincing speech, far more than any other had prepared. Lyse knew the man well enough to trust him with this advice. He rarely put so much effort into one thing, with such fervour, and she knew that he had no interest in personal greatness, but in the glory of the Mennavis. Ultimately, it was her decision. To Hallvards delight, she had chosen Aerethsfalls as the first city to attempt diplomacy with. Instantly, he had demanded that he would be amongst those travelling amongst the diplomatic party. He was an excellent sailor, and it was a truly mighty storm that would keep him off the water. Similarly, he had no trouble with rough conditions, and would press a caravan as fast as they could possibly travel over land.

Lyse hadn't been able to contain a grin as she announced that he would be accompanying the expedition. It was even harder when she announced that she would personally be flying there with DΓΈd-Kjeve, and that he would carry Hallvard as well. As intrepid and fearless a sailor he was, flying was a whole new matter. Clinging for dear life to a Dragon hundreds of meters in the air travelling at incredible speeds was definitely not for some, and Hallvard was one of those who was strictly opposed to the idea of falling hundreds of meters and becoming a red splat on the ground. All knew that Hallvard was one of their bravest, and it made the sight of him sitting behind Lyse as they bid their farewells, hands like vice-grips on the harness, all the more amusing. Gudrik Anasthil, Leader of the Warrior Caste, had been left in charge, and would no doubt remind Hallvard of his moment of indignity the second he had returned.

With a final wave to her people, Lyse gave a slight nudge with her knee, and DΓΈd-Kjeve leaped to the air, sending his farewell to all that were in range. Being a mature dragon, this meant everyone on the island could hear his telepathic goodbye. Plowing forward into the air, DΓΈd-Kjeve began the flight to Aerethsfalls, Lyse and Hallvard strapped to his back.

Aether Consatio : God of Creation : Aether's Domain

Looking out to the horizon and the ground below, Aether calmed himself from shaking. Even if Carefri was still alive, it wasn’t like he was here right now… There was a sudden hand on the God’s shoulder and he span around frantically to see who it was β€” Draegott. Aether had forgotten about the other God’s presence, however he quickly acknowledged it as he straightened up his posture and allowed both arms to relax at his side. β€œDo not be too hard on yourself Aether.” Draegott said, evoking a small huff from the other. β€œWhat you killed was not your brother. He had already lost him self to his own corruption. You merely put down the beast that killed him and stole his place. You do not deserve death, especially not at the hands of this beast, and it shall not happen.” The sheer mention of the same issue again made Aether shiver from an invisible cold breeze, but the God nodded in understanding β€” Carefri had gone long before Aether killed him. β€œYou forget, you are not alone. All of us Gods forget this far too often. There are dark times ahead, and we must not lose each other. None shall allow you to be killed, lest you bring it on yourself.” As Draegott finished on a more lighter note, Aether smiled and opened his mouth to give his words of gratitude, however he was quickly stopped by another God appearing in his realm.

β€œI got to visit the reappeared god and he wants to talk with you.” Lahar spoke out from directly behind him, Aether span around and blinked a few times at the God standing right behind him. He took a step back and concentrated on nothing more than where Lahar was standing. Aether’s eyes narrowed to where his feet were β€” directly on the grass. Aether would have said something β€” shouted his words of rage but the next words of said God brought Aether back to the matter at hand. β€œHe didn't tell his name but I'm as good as sure he's your brother not on looks of course but on the fact he said that I was unworthy to visit him that only you had his interest.” Carefri...He was still alive. Aether shook his head, wandering past Lahar and staring down at the water. β€œI would suggest you go and take a look but I warn you he changed a bit.” As Lahar spoke to Draegott, Aether watched the gently flowing water at his feet. With a sudden widening of his eyes, the words of Lahar registered. Carefri was back and he wanted to see Aether and only Aether β€” to kill him. The God whimpered under his breath, immediately adopting his closed up stance once again. β€œIt’s not my fault…” Aether muttered under his breath several times.

There was no doubt about it now, stated by Lahar himself; Carefri had come back. Of course the God said he was only guessing, but then it could not be another God. Aether shook his head violently, β€œI didn’t want to, I didn’t want to!” he yelled to some unseen voice in his head. Pained and silent sobs could almost be heard as the God bit down hard on his own hand; enough to draw blood. β€œAether, be careful.” He heard Draegott’s seemingly soft voice from behind him and Aether turned, dropping his bleeding hand down by his side. β€œIf you're brother is not who he once was, it would be foolish to rush into his domain without knowing what awaits you.” Aether stayed silent as he merely watched with no anger as the blood dripped from his hand and stained the grass below. Usually the God would freak out at the sight of a single blade being damaged, but now that just didn’t matter to him. β€œIn fact, why don't I accompany you.” Aether’s attention was immediately brought upon Draegott and the God regarded him with a somewhat confused look, as if the other had just asked to be killed. β€œEven if he bears no foul will towards you, surely there is no reason I should not meet with him now that he has returned? I trust you are not opposed to this idea Lahar?” Lahar... Aether had forgotten all about his ally being here, his shocked eyes quickly darted over to the other but regarded him with nothing but a scared look.

Aether rubbed his face with his hands and run them both through his hair, dropped them back down by his sides as he turned once again to face the horizon. β€œMy brother wants to see me?” Aether questioned himself and dipped his bleeding hand into the cold water β€” it stung slightly but it stopped the bleeding. He once again rose to his feet and glanced over his shoulder at the two Gods, adopting his regular personality. β€œGo, just leave me alone to think.” he instructed them, turning back to face the horizon, his eyes widening in another sense of fear and realization. β€œJust go!” Aether yelled at them, wrapping both arms around his chest and staring down at his own reflection in the water. "I'm sorry brother..." the God uttered under his breath.

E.I.N.-E.I.N.'s Domain

E.I.N. was sitting on his throne thinking about his next move. He had formed his alliance with Nagash but if history serves, then he can't be completely trusted. It was laughable that he couldn't control his own people but that doesn't change the fact that he is a powerful god and one that isn't trusted. The fact that he has set up these conditions seemed odd. "Nagash is a powerful ally but I am going to need more given his reputation. This would be a good time to hold a council meeting with the Z.W.E.I. officials to discuss future plans." He began speaking telepathically to Viola. "Viola, I need you to hold a council meeting in the Kingdom of Chaos. They won't hesitate when they hear that E.I.N. is the one arranging it." Viola just got done eating when she heard this. "Understood."

Viola-Z.W.E.I.-Kingdom of Chaos

Once she told everyone that E.I.N. is holding a council meeting, the others attended without any sort of hesitation. Those who attended were Viola who acts as E.I.N.'s voice in the discussion, Gerard, General Muzherfauker, V.I.E.R. and a few other Z.W.E.I. officials. "I will be acting as E.I.N.'s voice, the words I say will be what E.I.N. is saying." Viola told them before she began speaking of the subject matter. "As you already know, Nagash has agreed to ally with us and his forces will assist ours in future battles." V.I.E.R. had raised his hand, "So, why are we here? We have excellent support from another god. Everything that we need is there, so what is with the meeting?" Viola answered to that response with a stern answer from their god. "Isn't it obvious? Think for a seond. This is Nagash we are speaking of, he can't be trusted. The only reason I made you the leader of Z.W.E.I. was because I needed someone to carry out my will so I can rule Z.W.E.I.! Your lack of knowledge is disturbing." V.I.E.R. had lowered his head down in shame.

"Anyways, while it is beneficial that we use Nagash for all he is worth, we should also make sure not to lower our guards down and leave ourselves open for attack. Nagash has been part of alliances before and they didn't end well for his partners so we best not make that mistake. My solution? Form another alliance but keep Nagash in the dark about it. There are a number of other god's to choose from that would be useful, not only for their strength but for battling Nagash if he tries something against our alliance. I considered all of the god's availible and the one I think would be the most useful is Aether, The God of Creation. I could use him for my own purposes and to combat the untrustworthy Nagash. This is something I will take care of myself."

E.I.N.-E.I.N.'s domain

E.I.N. had concluded the meeting with the decision that he will be allying himself with Aether while keeping Nagash in the dark about it. He was in his human form, wanting to look civil. "Hmm, these clothes won't do for making negotiations." With the wave of his hand, he changed the clothes he normally wears to a nice suit that includes a tie. Now that he is dressed properly for buisness, he teleported himself to Aether's realm. "Long time no see, Aether." He had also sensed the presence of another god-Draegott but decided to ignore him, his deals were with Aether. "I have some very important buisness I would like to discuss."

Draegott

Aether wished privacy, and Draegott respected this. It was clear that he was suffering, but just needed to be alone for the time being. Nodding his head towards Aether, he turned to depart.

Take whatever time you need Creator. You know where to find me.

As he readied to fade away from this realm, another Godly presence arrived, E.I.N. The God ignored both him and Lahar, turning directly to Aether. Before he could get close, Draegott extended one wing, blocking off Aether from E.I.N.

Now is not a good time E.I.N. Aether wishes to be alone. Perhaps you should come back later, when he is in a better mood to entertain guests.

Draegott's eyes made it clear that this was the only option. Aether was in no state to be visited, and it would be best to leave before they were forcibly removed form the Creators realm. He faded into smoke, dissipating from this realm, his wing the last to go.

He returned to Jaylears realm, to see what he and Arathol had thought of his proposal so far. To his surprise, he discovered that another God had joined them - Muketsu

#, as written by Thorait
Lahar didn't say a thing instead he disappeared following the order out leaving to his realm. Lahar bent over his war frowning at Guardians choices but even more at the army clearly belonging to Nagash. All logic said that Nagash was going to attack him serving his name of the deceiver. A second time did he check the army confirming it was Nagash the thing would make everything harder for Guardian and so Lahar began controlling the thoughts of his avatar wile doing that he simply materialized right behind Nagash "What is your army doing on my future grounds?" Lahar walked past Nagash looking to the ground for a second as something flew into his hands but he burned it quickly as it was a mere hair small and almost not see able "You had a visitor from E.I.N only he has a Avatar so weak to be human. Aethers brother has resurrected himself and he's going to be a blade cutting trough air and that air is going to be all of us gods he's sickness. Not important now why are you having your Karn in the way of my campaign?"

Aether Consatio : God of Creation : Aether's Domain

Glancing over his shoulder, Aether watched as Lahar disappeared and Draegott prepared himself to, however the Gods eyes didn’t look directly at either of them β€” they were glassy as if the God was looking straight through them and out towards the opposite horizon. No matter where he looked, nothing was there β€” Aether was just being paranoid. β€œTake whatever time you need Creator. You know where to find me.” Stiffened eyes slowly moved to stare at Draegott, with no real emotion showed in them. As another God entered his realm, Aether flinched at the sound of his voice. β€œLong time no see, Aether. I have some very important buisness I would like to discuss.” his eyes darted over to the newly appeared God, however his vision was quickly obscured by the wing of Draegott, he only realized what God appeared by Draegott’s words. β€œNow is not a good time E.I.N. Aether wishes to be alone. Perhaps you should come back later, when he is in a better mood to entertain guests.” he finished by disappearing completely from the realm, leaving Aether and E.I.N alone. The God was grateful that Draegott had tried to help him, however now wasn’t the time to show weakness β€” important business was to be attended too.

Still with a slight tremor to his body, Aether made up another cup of tea and took up residence at the shade of a nearby tree. His hand shook as he tried to drink the liquid, almost spilling it in the process. β€œW-what E.I.N?” he stumbled over his first word but took in a deep breath and suppressed the fear dwelling inside of him. β€œWhat is it you needed to see me so urgently about?” Aether had adopted his calmed and cold front, however he couldn’t quite fit the arrogance back in there. "Please make it quick, I have a rather pressing matter I need to attend to." he tried very hard to seem arrogant once again, as it was a tactic Aether did to gain respect β€” his voice was slightly trembling and thus he couldn't quite give off the same air. The thoughts of his brother were tearing him from the inside out, the only real way to stop it was to go and see his brother himself; alone.

Arathol-Jaylaers realm

Arathol had watched his competition with Jaylaer. Too no surprise for himself his silver mortal had lost but only just. He had laughed and congradulated Jaylaers chosen for winning and let his silver mortal stay should others wish to challenge him.

After that tho Jaylaer had other matters to attend too. No surprise , he was a god and as busy if not more so as Arathol himself. With a huff Arathol sat down , letting the light breeze of Jaylaers realm flow over him. This was as close as Arathol would get to peace for some time. Draegott was right , he would not be able to stay out of what was happening. If he wished for the throne to stay empty he needed to help the others. Giving a deep breath in and snorting out a small flame Arathol stood up , looking down at his sword and smiling lightly "Years ago I was a warrior....I wonder if I will ever have to take the blade out of the sheath again..."

Arathol turned as another god apeared , tilting his head at Muketsu before bowing "Jaylaer and I were having a friendly competition , he won. Draegott just stepped out." Arathol held out his hand to Muketsu , offering it for a handshake "What brings you here Muketsu? You rarely socialize with out great reason." Arathol then blinked again when Draegott reapeared and he gave a bow before looking between the two "Draegott I have...considered your words very carefully. As I am sure you are aware my people are no longer the war machines they once were , they are crafters now."

Arathol gave a wave of his hand "Come , With Jaylaer gone it would be rude to stay. We have much too discuss and my realm will do for that....Ah , Muketsu please come as well , we may be able to kill two birds with one stone that way." with that Arathol disapeared in a flash of flame , already preparing his grand hall for his fellow gods so they would feel at ease in his marvelouse home.

Arathol-Own realm.

Sitting at the head of the table Arathol gave a smile when the others finnaly came , turning his head to Draegott first and giving a nod "Draegott While I am sure I need not tell you , I do not like armies or the act of talking of such coalitions behind our brothers and sisters backs....However , with recent events I find myself at a severe disadventage." Arathol stood up , placing his sword sheath on the solid gold table infront of him and starting to pace , tapping his fingers against his wrists as he interlocked his hands behind his back "My people see peace and prosper greatly from what the land allows them to take. My avatars need for life see's the climate is always right for farming , thus they worry not of food shortage. A plentyfull sea see's too the crafters of pearls and fish bones and many fishing boats see to a healthy diet. But again , my people are -not- warriors."

Arathol Turned to Draegott , stopping his pace as he looked at him stirnly , his entire body seemed to be in tune , no muscle out of place , no movement unthought and no blink uncalculated "However your people....your people are." Arathol gave a light smile , nodding to his fellow god "My lands , the ones not in use by my people are mountainous , not but stone and cold airs. Were it not for the Volcano my Avatar rests in , it would be very simular to the mountains your people call home. I know what I am about to ask is alot and I am aware of what it would mean too do so...but..."

Arathol sighed , sitting down again "Too put it shortly , I wish you too move your peoples army too those mountains in my lands. The large islands year long farms and fishing will see to any food they need...It is more for my crafters tho , they need protection and in exchange I will personaly see too it that any form of armor or weapon you need is crafted by them. I am not asking you too act on behalf on my people Draegott , but Were one of us too get attack , the other would perish by the time we could reach out and help."

Arathol closed his eyes , resting his hands together on the table "Of course , negotiations or other plans are always welcome and I am sure you understand what a tremendouse task it is that I am proposing." Arathol opened one of his eyes , looking too Muketsu. After this matter was settled he would speak too him to , he deserved that for asking the gods to follow him too his own realm just so Arathol could feel secure that his words would not be heard by those he did not want them too be heard by.

Muketsu - Arathol's Realm

Muketsu followed Arathol into his realm, nodding at his speech with Draegott. He took much note of these ideas, contemplating them.

Hm, this sounds like it would be a favorable agreement for the both of them. I dont know how Draegott will respond though. If I'm correct, the past means much to his people. Those lands have long been their domain. If I'm correct, they've never moved since the Svelt came down and met the dragons. Hm, I wanna help Arathol and Draegott's people get closer, but I don't want to be incredibly blunt, and still bring up the thing about his land. I should mention a union, as it's his domain, and prosperity, as all gods truly enjoy that. And he prefers peace over violence if necessary. Alright, I think I've got an idea.

When Arathol finished, Muketsu nodded and gave his opinion.

"If I were you Draegott, I'd snap that offer right up. It would bring much prosperity to your people. Arathol's weaponry and armaments will double your people's strength, if not more. But then, if your lands mean much to your people, I could see why you wouldn't. The things your people hold dear should not be trifled with, if they truly care. But then again, a union between your peoples would be a force to be reckoned." He turned to face Arathol.

[color=red]"As for why I'm here... Well, to tell you the truth, I believe that my people would die were war to break loose. But that's not the only reason. I'm going completely bat-sh*t crazy. I've not only been talking to myself, but I've been holding long, drawn-out discussions and debates with myself. No offense to him, but soon I might become as crazy as Heckteth. I need to actually speak with somebody for a while. Y'know, not just sit around playing the organ all day."[color=red]

Draegott - Arathol's Realm

Draegott thought about Arathol's proposition, taking into account Muketsus advice as well. Muketsu interested Draegott. The God seemed shy, unsure of himself, though his intentions were undoubtedly pure. There was a sort of open innocence to his face, as though he wouldn't see any reason for lying, and wouldn't think of it.

I don't think that re-location is really necessary. I propose that rather, since the two islands our people inhabit are very close, we simply establish connections between the two. There would be a mutual exchange between our peoples. While my people would patrol the two islands, defending your artisans, your people would be able to take a good look at Hoyevar. It would be interesting for them to see the grandeur that having dragons help in the construction can achieve. More of your people would be able to find work as artisans, working on the cities reconstruction. They might be interested in seeing how the dragons, drakes, and drakelings contribute to work in the mines and such, and forge armour for them. They would make a difficult target to attack. With an aerial view the dragons would spot any attackers several miles off, in all but the very worst conditions, and the Mennavis would be able to mobilise themselves incredibly quickly, to counter the threat. In fact, this could be a path to mutual gain in power between us. Though we would naturally remain the patron deity of our peoples, such an alliance would cause a branching of worship. The Mennavis would worship you as well as me, and vice versa. By the way, I have no intention of having this be an alliance formed behind the backs of others. I think we should propose to all other gods who would have peace that they be a part of it. That would include you too, Muketsu, if you're interested.

Draegott was already thinking about the other gods that could be a part of this alliance. Jaylear certainly had the option to join. Sindri too would likely agree with the need for a peaceful alliance between those who would wish for no war. Perhaps Callixtus too. Aether could be a fine addition, though he was a bit borderline. He could be incredibly self-serving, and the alliance with Lahar was questionable, but Draegott believed he was good at heart. It would be a shame if another God were to fall to the temptations of selfishness and short-sightedness. Surely they would prosper most when they could all work together? War only corrupts, turning bitter and twisted even those that win.
