Name- Azailia "Zazie" Norton

Personality- Quick tempered with a short attention span. She's usually reserved, hanging back with little to say.
History- Zazie lived in a different city her whole life. She had a perfect family, but a strained relationship with her mother. When she moved out to the big city, she rebelled against her mother by dating any guy within twenty feet of her and still was before the virus. Now she stands in the corner, wishing it were all a dream.
How they survived- A few weeks later the initial infection started, Zazie locked herself in her third-floor apartment. One night, they broke into her apartment through the door, forcing her to leap from her window to a three story fall. Thankfully, she was able to land on a soft bush and escaped with relatively few bumps and scratches. She ran to the only place she knew would be safe- the school.
Appearance- Zazie is 5'5", skinny as a twig in a healthy way. Her long, auburn-colored hair hangs past her shoulders, glistening in the sunlight. Her face is youthful for her age, looking 18 rather than 23. Bright, stunning green eyes watch from under long, hooded eyelashes. In any situation, she holds herself high, as if she were the queen. Her air of supremacy adds to her height, but takes away from her friend list since most people are annoyed with how she carries herself.

Personality- He used to be fun, happy and a real ladies man, but after the infection began he was pretty shuck up as he watched his freinds turn into the things. Now, hes ever so slowly starting down the path of insanity, the 3 way path. Hes currently on the first step, doubt, he doubts they will get out alive and is scared at the same time, hes afraid to sleep, he doesnt mind going places alone but gets angry easily, he would attack you if you were stupid enough to play a joke on him, especially now the things, are out there.
History- He was a normal boy, he lived in the town and came to this school, when the infection began, he screamed and cried as he watched his father rip his mothers eyes out and kill her. He then ran outside to escape, he ran into his freinds, who were equally shocked and they headed towards the school as it seemed people were going towards there, however before they got there his three freinds were cornered by them and killed. He made it to the school alive.
How they survived- History pretty much says it, he was just lucky enough to be watching his father kill his mother from the back garden through the window, after running out he ran and avoided what things there were all he could, he went withhis freinds about half a miled on bycicles towards the school, at wich point one of his freinds skidded and fell, followed by the other two who ran into him. Jack however swurved and hit the curb, landing on his front he got up and looked around, his freinds were cornered, and he were to scared to help them. So he ran and lucky enough didnt run into any more things when he got to the school
Appearance- he has blonde spiky hair and a face that's usually miserable and nervous now. his eyes are blue and he wears jeans and a white shirt, aswell as a Green camoflauge NATO jacket his best freind, bill gave him for his birthday, a week before the things came and killed everyone. He also wears white sneekers, and you can see a slight bulk in his jacket pocket where he keeps a lighter, fags, and a 4 inch pocket knife.

Personality- He's a fairly good guy, but has his moments where he is a complete prick. It takes a long time for him to trust people since the people he was travaling with left him behind during the outbreak.
History- Grew up in a large family. Being the youngest, he learned how to fend for himself early on. At 18 he attended culinary school. He just graduated and was on his way to the beach to celebrate with a few close friends.
How he survived- He and his friends had stopped at the local diner to get a quick bite to eat before finishing their night drive. They had finished their meal and Steve had to use the bathroom so his friends went to the car to wait. He heard a scream so he hurried(missed alittle) and ran out to see what was goin on. He saw his friends car peel away as their was mass havok running through the streets. He decide to sprint through backyards and after about 3 blocks ended up at the School.
Appearance- 6'1 275 with broad shoulders. He use to have dreads but cut them off when he reached the school. He wears a black undershirt and a pair of basketball short(he was on his way to the beach) He has a few scars on his chest and neck.

Personality- Gabe is a very shy but hyper girl. She often keeps to herself but doesn't mind chatting with people from time to time.
History- (So gonna write a big sob story lol j/k) Gabe has always been your fit in the cliche kind of girl. Even though most of her high school life she was mistaken as a boy, due to her short hair and small breast. She never cared what people thought of her though, she was just herself.
How they survived- Gabe was in the nurses office when it happened. Once she came out she saw almost the whole school whipped out. She then caught up to the others that had made it.

Personality- Previously Mathew had been a straight up gentleman, worked a 9 till 5 office job to pay for his house car and family, whom he loved very much, but after the horribleness happened Mathew began to become distant and detached reacting more calculate analytical and unfeeling, eventually his calculations led him to his own demise and now he walks the earth and a bloodthirsty harbinger of chaos and damnation, slowly his blood soaked brain simmers with rage and boils down his last remaining memories slowly haunting him into undeath.
History- Caught in a dire situation Mathew had the choice of jumping into a mob of zombies to save his family or run for his life, he ran for his life… he then met up with another group of survivors who were convoying from the city, after casualties and lack of leadership Mathew took over and decided that going back to the city was their only hope of acquiring the necessary food and supplies the plan was a slaughter, most of the convoy didn’t make it out and the survivors holed up in an apartment building. While out gathering food Mathew unwittingly led a couple of stalking zombies back to the apartment building after the hordes amassed outside he knew what he had done, and did the only thing he could remember how to do, he ran, he climbed down the outside of the building and took a vehicle away from the apartment building to save the people he had once nearly led to their deaths, he managed to distract the hordes but on speeding away he crashed the car and was mauled by the ensuing mass of undead.
How they survived- he didn’t since the crash Mathew has participated in mass hunts throughout the city finding survivors running them down the hunger and anger driving him forward a pain burning in his chest as if unleashing his hellbent destruction on the civilians will redeem him for running from his wife his children and everything he ever cared about. In his psychotic existential search for revenge Mathew found the bodies of his family slain by anonymous survivors, and since then has been haunted by memories and human concepts that were thought wrenched from his mind at death, could he be regaining his mind or are the fractured pieces of his brain just tormenting him onwards, and onwards until he arrived at his daughters old school…
Appearance- with once wavy brown locks his hair has become tattered and soaked in dry blood his clothes a nice new suit ripped and tieless his jacket stained with blood his pants ripped at the knees, he still wears the shiny black shoes though wearing at the bottom. He has a locket round his neck with a family picture in it, though he never checks it as his demented zombie brain is yet to figure such fine motor skills. His expression is of perpetual worry, like permanently shocked by what’s around him he treats everything like and enemy brutalising other zombies out of surprise and emotional distress, though confused he is always thinking reminded of his past while unable to re-take control of his body his consciousness is constantly tortured by the abhorrent path that now lies before him, an ever expanding trail of human butchery.

Personality- Wracked with paranoia and OCD, he would always devote his free time to cleaning up any mess nearby. He really hasn't changed much since the outbreak, always making sure to keep the barricades up and the bloodstains disinfected.
History- Born into a family of five brothers, he was raised verrrrrrry strictly, his parents putting all their hopes into him to succeed in life. Unfortunately, his SAT score didn't earn him a scholarship from Harvard, his family immediately disowned him (just like they did all of his siblings). The poor guy.
How they survived- It has his first day at work as the school's accountant when news of the outbreak was released. As the infected burst through the school doors, he panicked at the sight of rotten bacteria-infested flesh and hid in a supply closet, not daring to so much as open the door until several hours later.
Appearance- Easily recognized by his typical Indian skin, he sports bushy eyebrows and equally bushy hair kept in a ponytail (think Bobby Chinn). He is rather short, and has average muscle build. He is often seen in a clean light blue shirt and brown pants, often raiding department stores when he can to obtain them.

Personality: A stubborn, quick tempered woman who is used to getting what she wants.
History: Inez was born in a downtown suburb of Chicago and raised by her grandfather. He taught her to never bow down or let others take advantage of her, something she has taken to heart. Inez moved down south to take a job writing computer programs for a small company, leading to where she is present day.
How They Survived: In short, Inez is a workaholic. Computer parts and machinery are required to be kept sterol, and since she spent most of her time in the lab working, she managed to avoid the first wave of infection. When the building was finally overrun she snuck out the back entrance and ran to the closest durable structure in sight- the school.
Appearance: A relatively short woman with a round face. Her skin is smooth and tan. Inez usually wears plain tee-shirts and jeans, with a white lab coat thrown over them. She has small, oval shaped spectacles and her wiry black hair is almost always drawn up in a bun.

History- Grew up in the town of the school as a gunsmith's apprentice. When the attack happened he stayed with the gun smith and protected the shop and it was overrun within a few weeks.
How they survived- When the shop was overrun Eugene was forced to kill his mentor, and then gatherd all the weapons he could find and ran from the shop. As he found survivors he gave them guns and was kept on the run. After 2 days of running and shooting he finally made it to the school with a shotgun and a small pistol to spare.
Appearance- Black hair, brown eyes, a black best over a white T shirt, dark green slightly baggy cargo pants, and large black steel toe boots.

Personality- Very distant, dreamy living in a slight fantasy world, she is fascinated by most everything, she has a young soul and doesn't quite accept when things go wrong, instead she escapes into her dreamland. In the situation that she has been place in, she usually keeps to herself, making up her own reality.
History- Alyss was raised by her Mother alone, she lived a simple life and was in her last year of high school.
How they survived- Alyss was in the school when the infection hit. She realized something was amiss, but did not panic as the others did, instead she stayed quiet and hidden until, she caught up with others who had made it.
Appearance- A very simple looking girl, a pretty face with light blue eyes, her hair is an unkempt mop of dirty blond hair hanging in wisp about her face, usually she wears a dreamy expression on her face. Alyss always had an average frame, more so on the skinny side being that she'd rather daydream than eat.
