Personality
Her primary mode of living is focused internally, where she deals with things rationally and logically. Her secondary mode is external, where she take things in via her five senses in a literal, concrete fashion. She has a compelling drive to understand the way things work. Good at logical analysis, she likes to use it on practical concerns. Typically having strong powers of reasoning, although she's not interested in theories or concepts unless she can see a practical application. She likes to take things apart and see the way they work.

Naomi is fiercely independent, needing to have the space to make her own decisions about her next step. She does not believe in or follow rules and regulations, as this would prohibit her ability to "do her own thing". Her sense of adventure and desire for constant action makes her prone to becoming bored rather quickly. Although she does not respect the rules of the "System", she follows her own rules and guidelines for behavior faithfully. She will not take part in something which violates her personal laws.

She likes and needs to spend time alone, because this is when she can sort things out in their minds most clearly. She absorbs large quantities of impersonal facts from the external world, and sort through those facts, making judgments, when she is alone. Naomi is an action-oriented person. She likes to be up and about, doing thing, which means she won't sit behind a desk all day and do long-range planning. Adaptable and spontaneous, she responds to what is immediately before her. She usually has strong technical skills, and can be as effective technical leaders.

She does not pay attention to her own feelings, and even distrust them and try to ignore them, because she has difficulty distinguishing between emotional reactions and value judgments. This may be a problem area for her.

When over-stressed, she may exhibit rash emotional outbursts of anger, or on the other extreme may be overwhelmed by emotions and feelings which she feels compelled to share with people (often inappropriately). When down on herself she will foray into the world of value judgments - a place which is not natural for the her - and judge herself by the inability to perform some task. Naomi will then approach the task in a grim emotional state, expecting the worst.

History
Naomi's mother died when she was ten. She only lived about a month after Naomi's brother was born. They named him after her, or well, a more masculine version of the name Jackie. So her brother became Jack. Every time she thought about it, sometimes even when she just heard his name, it sends shivers throughout her. Naomi may have only been ten, but she was permanently scarred by her mothers death.

Her father took up a second job once her mother died, hardly ever came home, didn't want his children to see his tears. Gran moved into their house for awhile, to take care of Jack, and Naomi hid away in her room for months. Or well, two, until a dear friend from when she was little moved back. When he found out about her mothers death and then recent depression, he did everything he could to get her out of it. Long story short, they became best friends again and soon she was back to normal.

Popular, smart, cute, Naomi had what most girls wanted. Too happy, though. Her father still beat her at home, and finally her and her brother ran off to live together. She became a writer, and then joined the band as their Journalist.

So begins...

Naomi was just behind Sutton as they exited the plane. During the flight she'd read a book and listened to music, and she still seemed more awake then everyone else. She watched as Sutton pulled out his phone, and without thinking she reached behind her and pulled her phone out of her back pocket before handing the boy the black iPhone. "We'll get you a Monster as soon as we can." She teased, guessing the boy was craving some of the liquid energy as much as she was, before falling back behind him.

She'd been reluctant to come back home. Their last destination was so much more pleasing to the writer, she always had something new to write about. But here, she knew everything here, it wasn't new and exciting to her. Perhaps now she would begin to write more about the band. An interview with each maybe, if they would ever agree to it. Especially with her, it didn't seem like the band trusted her much, simply because she kept to herself.

Biting her lip, she tried to stop the negative train of thoughts as she followed Sutton to the baggage claim area, where it seemed they were talking about where the bands instruments were.

"We'll get you a Monster as soon as we can." Turning to look at Naomi, Sutton smiled and nodded. "I feel like I'm DYING. Glad to see someone took notice of that fact..." He took the phone she offered him, then looked down at it and smiled. "Did you conquer that level of Angry Birds just yet?"

Out of the whole group, besides Dan, most of Sutton's conversations happened with Naomi. The girl actually gave him the time of day, and he was glad to have someone to exhange words with on more than a 'How's the weather' basis. Scanning the baggage claim, he found his two bags and pulled them off the revolving belt, then glanced at the band members as he slung one of them on his shoulder. He made a mental note to back up the personal data on his laptop when they got to the hotel, you could never be too careful with these things. Apperantly, some of the luggage didn't make the trip. That's gonna piss some people off when they recover from their drowsy states... Sutton honestly has never seen one of the band members lose their cool, but that was probably because the majority of the time, he wasn't around them enough to do so.

"I know how you feel." A quiet laugh escaped her mouth, and she was quick to stop it. "But no, I swear it's impossible." Angry Birds was perhaps the worst game ever invented, or so she'd decided after spending over twenty-four hours trying to kill little green creature things.

"Shit." Naomi had gotten one of her bags, which had all of her clothing in it, but her other bag was nowhere in sight. Tapping her foot, she waited for more bags to come down, but none did. All of her journals, stories, articles, everything!, was in that bag.

And she noticed other people didn't have some of their things either. Deciding she would stay quiet, and let them decide how they were getting their stuff back, she took her place beside Sutton in the group again. He was the only one who seemed to tolerate her presence, and frankly she felt comfier next to him rather than the people who actually played in the band. Her fingers clenched and unclenched at her sides, silently willing them to start planning how they'd get their stuff back.

Once glance down at Naomi told Sutton that she also had something missing, something that was probably sitting in an airport in Miami, just waiting to be claimed. Stuffing his hands in his jean pockets once again, his eyes scanned the airport. People of all races, claiming bags of their own and walking out of terminals, talking and laughing. Somtimes Sutton wondered if others did what he is doing now, wondering where these people are going, where they came from, what kind of problems they have in their own worlds. He would sometimes lose himself for hours just observing the natural flow of life, and would have to be forced back into the real world. All in all, observing was more interesting than talking, it didn't take a genius to figure out that was Sutton's favorite past time.

Glancing down at Naomi again, he frowned slightly, then bumped his arm playfully against hers. "What are you missing...?" As if it mattered. He knew he would be freaking himself out right now if his luggage hadn't all arrived.

Morgan

'You want some water Zach'? Morgan asked after she recovered her bag. It was a heavy one. She took out hor bag with deodorant and sprayed some on her. 'Almost as good as new!' Morgan glanced at the journalist. That Annie girl. The manager said she had do come with us. The problem was that Morgan felled watched... as if someone noted everything she did... like in the somg 'every step you take, every move you make, I'll be watching you'. She felt a shiver running over her spine. I hope i'm not going to make a fool of myself when I'm drunk. She planned on partying a lot. She wasn't realy the party girl but she wanted to change that. She wanted to reinvent herself...

James

'THAT'S MY BAG!' James yelled. 'GET IT OFF!' he was a madmenn. The bag came rolling down and went slowely the other side. James was anxious. He was scared. What if the drums were broken? What if they were lost. What if he would never see them again? When he got the bag he opened it and dove up some drumsticks and a can of energy drink. 'want a sip?' he asked Indiana. She looked exhausted. After a while he was so nervous he begann drumming on the floor an on people's bags. It must have been irritating for other people but yes... waiting was boring for everybody. 'Who is missing stuff?' he asked slowely because he noticed other people looking around scared.

OOC: just wanted to point out that no one knows Annie's name is actually Annie.

"Hm?" She was pulled out of her shocked state by Sutton's voice, and her eyes flitted upwards to meet his. "Oh, just like, my whole life." Naomi sighed, knowing her lost items weren't ones easily replaced. Her brother had told her she shouldn't keep all of her writing in a single bag, but she had anyways. It would be easier to carry, she remembered saying to him. They'd bickered up until the moment she got onto the plane. But even with all their fighting, she missed her brother, a lot. Perhaps she would even return home to him, her bags were probably back at Miami anyways, the band probably wouldn't mind. It was like she was the little sister that no one really wanted to take with them, but their parents made them anyways. Though she knew her brother wouldn't let her return home, not after she worked so hard to be here with them.

"Perhaps I'll just get my brother to send it out. Actually I'm sure he could send everyone's missing stuff, it would be here within a few days." She suggested, already knowing that it was what she would be doing. Her brother would be proud of her decision to not return home. Naomi glanced up at Sutton again. "Want to go find those Monster's?"

"Want to go find some Monsters?"

Smiling at her suggestion, Sutton nodded down at Naomi, then glanced at the rest of the group. He felt like Harry Potter wearing his invisibility cloak around these people, and he was pretty sure that Naomi was feeling the same. But at least Harry Potter had a better chance of being heard even if he was wearing the cloak. He was also sure that he wasn't the only one that sometimes thought about returning home, to his job at the Apple Store where his daily activity was conducting people to the nearest restroom and talking about the newest upgrades on the tecnology he was trying to sell. When he thought about it that way, the job seemed like a real drag, hell, who wouldn't rather travel Europe with a great band and hear awesome music.

The question didn't need an answer. "Lead the way, my dear," Sutton replied to Naomi, and waited for her to walk in front of him. He wasn't sure if she was still glancing around the belt for her luggage, but if she was, he had no problem with it. Patience has always been one of his good qualities.

"Pft, I don't know where to go either." Naomi smiled, nudging Sutton lightly. "Looks like we're going on an adventure." Reaching down, she grabbed her clothing bag and started off towards where all the stores were usually located. That would be a good place to start.

The last airport they'd been at wasn't as fancy as this. Back in Miami there was maybe a Starbucks and a McDonalds, perhaps even a book/magazine store but other than that your only choice was to sit and wait for your flight. And they'd done a lot of waiting. Naomi was probably the least patient person ever, especially when she had nothing to do. Back at home she used to send samples of her writing to publishing companies, and waiting for a reply from them was usually unbearable. When she wasn't writing she was at their local bookstore, which she had worked at since she was old enough to read.

They arrived at the big circle of fast food restaurants and last minute clothing shops and, well whatever else you could imagine. Her eyes widened slightly. "Um, where to now?" She looked up at him, hoping he would know.

Watching as Naomi picked up her bags, Sutton did the same and began to follow her, moving out of the way of other people who were too entranced in their phones to realize his existance. One would think that since he was at least six feet tall, someone would notice and move out of his way in order not to hit him. "Looks like we're going on an adventure."

Laughing, Sutton smirked down at her, then looked around. For some reason, the statement struck him as funny, considering he has never been an adventure type of guy. The biggest adventure he's ever had was running after a thief who snatched his friend's bag in Los Angeles, and that situation didn't end too well. Then again, he wasn't the fastest runner, so that probably had something to do with it, too. As his eyes scanned the stores, he spotted one of those souvenir joints which also had a fridge somewhere in the back, behind the keychain wracks and little flags sticking out of baskets. "How bout that place over there? If they don't have energy drinks, at least I can get a damn Coke or something. Before I collapse right here on the airport floor."

Naomi's eyes widened as she looked up at the male. "I hope you're kidding about the collapsing thing. The band already doesn't like me, if I have to drag your unconscious, and probably dead-looking, body back there..." She teased, though she really was hoping he was joking about collapsing. They didn't need any more attention, considering how many people were already staring at them. What an odd couple, one so short and one so tall. She could only imagine what else. Though they did stop crashing into them once they'd come to a halt in the circle of stores.

"C'mon." Gesturing towards the store he'd already pointed out, she began walking over. Naomi quickly made her way to the back of the store, not wanting to attract anyone's attention. Eyeing the few fridges they had, her eyes caught the wonderful green Monster symbol. Pulling the door open, she grabbed two of the energy drinks, handing one to Sutton before shutting the door again. "You like the green ones, yeah?" The green was her and Kellin's favorite, and she just assumed it was his too. The others were okay but, green was always preferred.

"Trust me, I'd doubt they would give a fuck," Sutton replied with a sigh, then adjusted the bag slung over his shoulder. Following Naomi into the open store, he breathed in a long sigh of relief at the sight of the beautiful cans of energy drink. "The Green ones are the BEST," he replied, then gave her a warm smile and took out his wallet from his back pocket. "I can get it, you know. Do you want anything else?"

Though quiet, one could always count on Sutton to be a gentleman. If there was anything he was grateful to his dad about, it was his lessons on how to behave around the female population. Of course, his Dad was still more smooth with the ladies, and there was a twenty-two age difference between the two. Sutton wouldn't admit to this fact out loud, though, but it was an unspoken fact. How humiliating would it be to have your girlfriend stolen...by your Dad... The thought itself caused Sutton to laugh out loud, but he immediately stopped and glanced back at Naomi. The last thing he wanted her to think is that he had odd mental conversations with himself. At times, he found himself observing her, too. The girl was beautiful, no question.

With a quick shake of the head, Sutton snapped out of his inner babble, then looked at Naomi and let out a nervous laugh, then ran a hand through the back of his hair, something he tended to do when he was caught in awkward situations. "Yeahh...I kind of, erm, I do that a lot...." A lot was an understatement. He mentally debated almost everything. At the mention of her not having her money, Sutton simply waved her off, then grabbed her Monster out of her hand, ready to pay.

"I won't hear of it, don't worry about it." Taking the energy drinks to the front, Sutton took out a ten from his wallet and placed it on the counter, then waited while he recieved his change back, which he stuffed into his wallet lazily. He wasn't one for having everything just where it needed to be, he considered it a waste of time. Handing Naomi her Monster, he then led her through a string of people who just walked into the store, then out into the open again. "We should see what the others are up to...."

Popping the cap of the energy drink open, he took a quick sip, then began to lead Naomi back to the luggage claim. Instead of exchanging words with the band mates, he turned his searching eyes on Dan, who was leaning against a pillar, then smiled slightly. "You okay?" He seemed sort of zoned out.

Sighing, Naomi accepted the Monster and followed him back to where the band was still gathered at the baggage claim. As soon as she got her bag back, she would find some way to pay Sutton back, even if he wouldn't accept the money directly. Watching as he moved over to Dan, the journalist returned to her spot away from the band. But instead of observing them like usual, she occupied herself with pulling at the hem of her shirt before leaning lazily on the railing that they used to keep bags on the conveyor belt.

Her blonde hair fell in front of her face as she moved to grab her phone, realizing Sutton still had it. Fabulous, she thought, not even wanting her phone back since she'd have to initiate another awkward conversation with the boy. Putting her hands back in her lap, she tried to remember if things had ever been different for her. She was always the awkward one in groups, and the quiet one. Why waste your words when you can learn so much more by just observing? Many people, as she discovered, mindlessly babbled on about random things just for the sake of avoiding an awkward silence. But perhaps if sometimes they just listened, they wouldn't ever suffer from an awkward silence.

And that was why she didn't have friends. She over-analyzed everything, and was usually the most mature one in a group, also known as the "un-fun one".

"I'll be fine, Mi," Dan said, smiling a little and pushing her water back toward her. He ignored the pain and put on his usual grin, scratching the back of his head. He looked over to the bag and shook his head. "It's alright. I can go a couple days without them, right? Ha! You'll just have to deal with me being way more hyper than usual, yknow? Thanks for looking though, cutie. It might turn up. Hey, Su, Mi, you wanna go wait by the carousel to see if we can track down anymore bags?" He shrugged a little, his usual smile faltering with his inhales.

As everyone moved around him, in a panic about their bags and whatever else, Sutton had nothing else to do but stand there, leaning against the pillar, messing with the cap of his energy drink. He chose to concentrate on the bubbles inside of the can rather than the commotion around him, for he wasn't missing anything, so why should he complain. He stuck his free hand in his back pocket, then realized he still had Naomi's phone. Fishing it out and glancing at it, his eyes shot up to look for her.

Spotting her, he made his way over and came to stand behind her. "Here, you might want this back," he smiled, feeling a little foolish, if not embarrassed. He didn't ponder on that thought though, his only concern at the moment was getting to the hotel and plugging his own phone into the nearest wall outlet. He only hoped that his converter wouldn't act up and decide not to take the energy. That was an annoying part about traveling, why couldn't the world all use the same outlet voltage.

Naomi was being well, in the background, like usual. Her eyes flicked over each band member, but all of them were busy with someone else. Pulling her recently returned phone out of her pocket, she tapped a few buttons and raised the phone to her ear. "Hello?" A smile pulled at her lips as she heard her brothers still-sleepy voice. "Kellin honey, I need you to run back to the airport and have my stuff sent out." She heard him groan and rummage around, probably trying to find somewhere to write the new information down so he'd remember when he re-woke up in a few hours.

Within a few minutes she was off the phone, tucking it back into her pocket as she glanced around at the others. No one really trusted her, or seemed to care what she did. So as she took once last look at the band, she grabbed her bag and began to walk back towards the shops. So what if she didn't have money? Her Monster hadn't even been opened yet, she could find somewhere to sit and drink that. Or just find some people to annoy, but it seemed as she already did enough of annoying people.

With a serious nod at Evony's words, Sutton hung up, then got to this feet again and looked around, dusting his hands off. Evony wanted a list of what everyone was missing, which meant that Sutton had to do what he almost never did and talk to the whole band at the same time. "YO, THAT WAS EVONY," he called out, then looked down at Dan. "Can you get all of em to get over here? Urgent message from the manager. She wants a list of everything we lost and told us to meet at the Servisair Executive Lounge in Terminal One with all the crap we DO have." He opened a new message addressed to Evony and began typing at lightning speed: "I have all of my stuff, Dan is missing some of his tech equipment, then I think everyone else is missing something. I will let you know in a couple."

Having typed that, he turned to look at Naomi, then quickly walked over to her. "What are ya missing again? Manager wants to know so we can get this problem solved as quickly as possible."

This was the good thing about Sutton. When it came to serious times in which action had to be taken, he knew exactly what to do. His leader mode kicked in, reguardless of who he was speaking to at that given time. And if anything, he did not want to let Evony down.

Dan thought for a long moment while looking over at Naomi after taking his charger back from Sutton. He could go, and could probably charm his way into a drink, but it just didn't seem appealing right now. Maybe it was the way his cancer was flaring in his chest tonight or just the jetlag. "Actually, yknow what? I'm going to take you up on that Naomi. Thanks for the offer." He grabbed his cases and his backpack and walked toward her, a tired smile touching his lips and remaining there comfortably. He started feeling the buzzing from the meds take his head and he nodded vigorously. "I could definitely use somewhere with some peace and quiet. Thanks."

Morgan

Hey, where are you guys going? she asked Dan and Naomi. Evony asked us to wait at the ... what's it called again Sutton? She has all the information and the phone number of the mini van that was supposed to pick us up together with our instruments. Morgan said. They were all walking towards customs trying to get through so they could go to terminal one. She looked over her shoulder to make shure everybody was there. Sutton was walking next to Naomi and James seemed to be talking to Indiana. Morgan looked at her feet while walking. She was quiet because the exhaustion was starting to weigh on her. When she would arrive at the hotel she would just get into her bed and do a nap... or maybe take a bath!

James

Everybody was moving. Where they were going James couldn't care less. He just wanted somewhere to sit... preferably a car that would bring them to their hotel where there would be beds and showers and bahts... no, a bed would already be enough. He was tired. He put his hand on Indiana's head and messed with her hair. So how are you doing? Not too tired I hope? he smiled. The group looked as if they received some shot of energy... or maybe everybody was just exited because they were moving and actualy going somewhere... excited because they were getting out of the airport and officialy into Europe. He was!
